While our housekeeping team was putting the finishing touches on the home to ensure everything was clean and ready, we understand the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your patience. We're also sorry about the unexpected A/C issue. While we can't always prevent mechanical failures, our team works hard to respond as quickly as possible to minimize the impact on our guests. We're glad we were able to provide temporary window units immediately while working toward a permanent repair. As for the bears, they are a common part of the Smoky Mountain experience, and while exciting for many guests, we understand they can make others more cautious. We always encourage guests to admire them from a safe distance, never approach or feed them, and follow the local wildlife guidelines. We also appreciate your comments regarding the supplies provided. We stock each home with a starter supply of essentials, including paper products, trash bags, and toiletries, to help guests settle in upon arrival.
