Le condo à aire ouverte d'une chambre à coucher (701 pieds carrés plus grande véranda) est juste sur la plage de Waikiki et vous aurez une éblouissante place au premier rang des feux d'artifice du vendredi soir!

We slept at night with the blinds open so as to see the moon over the ocean and the city lights! We loved having a washer and dryer and full kitchen ! The parking spot was priceless! The building is very safe and secure, with Security Crew onsite 24/7. The kitchen and bathroom windows need attention/ fixing so that you can open and enjoy for fresh air and the view from the kitchen! The screws need to be changed out and or replaced! Having beach chairs and beach towels was such a nice addition! A/C was perfect and used daily!

Home Away from Home

Our third time staying in this building, first time in this unit. We found it very clean and comfortable. Communication and interaction with property manager excellent. Kitchen well stocked (we knew to bring our own seasonings and storage wrap). Furniture somewhat worn but still very comfortable. Air conditioning very effective. Overall, met our needs and desires well. Would stay here again.

Some of the utensils are showing their age ie:scratched non stick fry pans are scratched up. Paul the property manager was quick to respond for our request for more matching to replace missing wine classes, coffee cups , place mats and a vacumn cleaner. He said any further needs text message him, which I did but he never replied (the refrigerator was showing that the water filter needed replacement).the outside furniture was tattered (I understand sun and salt wreck havoc on them ) and could stand replacement. Overall a very good stay.

Views of the beach, ocean, park, and Friday night fireworks were amazing from the unit-wide lanai. The beach is just steps off the back gate with umbrella and chaise service available. The location is perfect with easy access to nearby dining options and shopping within easy walking distance. An assigned parking spot in the gated underground parking spot was also included! We will continue to be repeat customers of this home away from home spot.

Perfect location and the condo itself was beautiful. Only thing I wish it had was a vacuum and mop. The floors were dirty from us constantly coming in and out from the beach. But if we plan a trip to Waikiki again, we will definitely stay in this condo.

LOVE this apt!

This place is amazing! PROS: -The photos can’t do the view justice. Beach on one side, city on another, and hills on the last -It’s on the beach and steps from tons of shopping and restaurants -The huge patio doors open all the way, extending the apt onto the patio so you can enjoy the view and smell of the ocean anytime -The garage parking is an absolute game changer (parking is very challenging and expensive in Honolulu) -Comfy king size bed -Big tv (though we never turned it on) -Full kitchen (having a dishwasher was awesome) -In-unit laundry -Great water pressure in the shower -An amazing bidet -Provides beach chairs and beach towels -The beach is vast and beautiful with a gorgeous view of Diamond Head -There’s also a great pier you can walk down and watch for sea life- we saw a huge turtle! -NO mosquitos! At first I was disappointed the patio didn’t have screens but you won’t need them CONS: -none! -If I’m being picky, I wish there was a beach umbrella because those are expensive to rent on the beach. But there’s a Target nearby if you want to buy one (probably cheaper than renting for a day). RECOMMENDATIONS: -The ocean floor on the beach directly out the building door is very rocky and not great on bare feet so bring water shoes OR walk down the beach 100 yards, it gets sandier. -Get gelato at IL Gelato Cafe (5 mins walk from apt) -Try the dessert cafe on Saratoga St (2 mins walk from apt) -Cage dive with sharks with Hawai’i Shark Encounters

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very beautiful condo with exceptional views from the balcony and front door side. Very clean and everything provided so you can cook if you want to. Excellent washer and dryer. Excellent shower. King size bed, very comfortable. The only problem we had was that we were not informed about the planned electricity outage prior to arrival which was very disappointing. 8 hours without electricity was unacceptable. The electricity was also turned off the following day. This meant no aircon, cooking, tv, wifi or lighting. They also turned off the water for 4 hours during the day meaning no toilet or showers. If we had of been informed, we could have stayed elsewhere but we were not given the choice. This situation impacted our holiday quite significantly as we were not able to make contact with our family back in Australia. Very disappointed with the lack of communication.

The views from this property are outstanding! The view of Waikiki Beach, the Honolulu night skyline and sunsets from the balcony are worth the price and unforgettable. Garage parking is a great plus. Other guest have commented on the wait for the elevator. We found wait times were short and not an issue. The tile flooring in the unit does need a deep cleaning. Overall a wonderful property, you will love it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 10days in this gorgeous 12th floor condo in Waikiki Shores. The location is within walking distance of most of the restaurants and attractions in Waikiki Beach. From the condo we had a view of the beach, Honolulu and the fireworks on Friday night. Although one elevator was not working we didn’t have to wait very long for the elevator except for one day when someone was moving in. The condo was well stocked with dishes, cookware, towels, etc. The extra large washer/ dryer was very convenient to have although we had to stand up on a chair to see the controls on the huge dryer! Although the condo is on a small strip of beach in order to swim and sit on the beach you have to walk a short distance which was not a problem. The only complaint we had was that the floor was very dirty! My husband’s white socks were black with dirt after a short walk from the bed to the bathroom!

The building only had one working elevator which was inconvenient for many of the guests. Although our unit was clean, it needs updating. Sleeper sofa was quite noisy any time you moved.

Also I enjoyed very nice view from windows.I couldn’t watch TV when I tried, but probably it was due to lack of my knowledge about local TV systems.

This Condo is Wonderful!

This condo was perfect for us. The view from the lanai was spectacular and the perfect place to watch the Friday Night Fireworks. Everything was perfect

comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. And communicating with the property manager was effortless. We highly recommend this place to Waikiki visitors! Aloha
