Ceci est un condo au premier étage avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain, bâtiment 3. Wifi gratuit. Le salon offre un canapé-lit queen TV 32 pouces et un foyer au bois. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de nombreux accessoires. Il y a des sièges pour 4 dans la salle à manger avec des sièges supplémentaires disponibles au bar. La chambre principale offre un lit queen size. La chambre d'hôtes offre un lit queen size. De votre balcon privé, vous profiterez d'une vue ski in / out de Oma's Meadow. Un nouveau club-house est en construction et la date d'achèvement prévue est septembre 2020. Il aura une piscine intérieure, bain à remous, sauna, salle de fitness. L'établissement possède également des courts de tennis et des zones de grillades en plein air.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Furniture is a little old and the decor is dated, but this place was clean and exceeded my expectations. If you're an intermediate skier, you can take a blue run straight down the mountain. If you have an inexperienced skier in tow like me, then it's a 10 min drive to the lots. Don't forget to check out the heated pool/hot tub/sauna after the slopes!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was highly disappointed in the unit, particularly for the cost. The entire unit is in a state of general disrepair. The wallpaper is peeling, the paint is cracking. The floors look like there was a flood and they were never repaired. All of this pales in comparison to the state of the mattresses and pillows. Upon leaving, we stripped the beds as we were instructed in the check out directions. There were numerous large stains that one can only assume were bodily fluids on the mattresses and pillows. I have pictures of you would like to see. I am shocked that the same housekeepers who leave an envelope requesting a tip would see these stains and not report them immediately. Perhaps they did and if so, I’m horrified that the management wouldn’t immediately purchase new mattresses and pillows. This unit does not belong in a “country club”, it belongs in a motel on the side of the interstate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed the location of this condo. It had a nice view that wasn't directly in front of the shoe but you could see it off to the side. There is a small closet for your ski equipment just outside your front door which is convenient. We did not find the beds to be that comfortable. They were very basic mattresses, firm, but my husband and I rolled toward the middle and I tossed and turned a few times during the night. I pulled out the sofa bed one night to lay out our feet and watch a movie but 2e couldn't sit on it because the mattress just sank right down through the frame underneath. The kitchen had all the utensils and cooking supplies we needed and a big fridge. The heating was easy to figure out and it was nice to be able to heat the bathrooms. I wished there were hooks along the bathroom and hallway for all of the coats and items a family needs to hang up. We arrived late and couldn't find the code we were supposed to have had by email to get in the gate. An emergency number let us in and I saw later that I did have the code in my email and had overlooked it. I was also supposed to call in advance to let them know I'd be there after they close at 5pm but I didn't read that part until later as well; I just want to mention that for others to be aware and read every detail before arriving. We used the hot tub and pool and they were a nice change from the ski activities.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and staff were great. The unit location was great. The unit needs updating. Specifically furniture in bedrooms. As a Property Manager I did not feel the cleanliness of the unit was acceptable. Bulb under stove greasy with bugs stuck on bulb. Top bedding both rooms needs to be professionally cleaned and or replaced. Stains on the decorative pillows as well. No guest book with wifi or information was left. I will stay at this resort again but not this condo.

Reviewer Comments: enjoyed the stay. loved the location at top of lift. unit needed a little work, cosmetic issues (floor, window treatments, dryer vent, vacuum cleaner). would like double beds in 2nd room. biggest issue is with lift tickets for mountain. power outage really brought to light. need options for tickets in package. only mountain in area that does not do online ticketing. this would make everything just right. really like location.

Dated, cold, and not exceptionally clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management company was helpful. Emails before we arrived explained the gate code/key retrieval process clearly. We had no problems getting into the unit. Once in the unit, we quickly discovered that the electric heater in the master bedroom did not work at all. The bedroom was very cold. Maintenance could not get to the unit until the next day. We paid for a full day of skiing and my husband had to wait for the maintenance man to arrive, tell us that it was broken and that he did not have another unit. Because of this, the bedroom did not have heat for our entire stay. Also, my husband missed at least a 1/2 day of skiing waiting around for no resolution to the problem. Management did provide a tiny space heater, was COLD! The master bathroom outlets did not work. An outlet in the main dining area did not have a plate, exposing a large hole in the wall. I'm pretty sure that's not to code. Floor boards throughout the unit were missing and/or cracked and splintering. There were blankets thrown on the floor of the closet, not folded. I would not let anyone use those blankets because they didn't appear to be washed. The dryer was not effective. Upon taking out the lint trap, it was full of lint from the renters before us. The chair in the living room was torn. The unit overall was a hodge-podge of dated furniture and uncomfortable beds. There was change and garbage left in the bathroom, unfortunately not enough to cover the expensive stay. There were 2 pairs of men's shoes in the closet of the guest bedroom. The unit did not appear to be exceptionally clean, despite assurances that extra precautions were being taken. The only thing that I can say that was nice, was the location....However, there are other ski facilities that are cheaper than Sugar and offer nicer accommodations. I understand that the condos are privately owned. Management needs to check the units out regularly for wear, tear, and code violations.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was fine. Location is fantastic, the amenities are adequate. The condo is dated, stove top sometimes worksheets shut off, and there's not even a coffee maker. My experience with Sugar mountain ski resort was awful. I spent lots of time standing in lines when I should've been spending that with family and friends. The ski resort should certainly be encouraging people to purchase lift tickets online instead of standing in line especially during these days of Covid. They should be ashamed. I will not be back to that resort. I'll spend my money elsewhere, somewhere that offers better online service.

Awesome weekend getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great. Right at the top of the slopes. So just walk out snowboard done and get your lift ticket. Everyone can come and go as they please since there were 4 of us. It snowed a foot while we were there too so it was like the icing on the cake. Our friends actually ended up staying in the same place the next weekend and they had a blast too

Also property mgrs shoveled the sidewalk to the lift but not the walkway into the bldg. Poor mgt given the 8 inches of fresh snow.

Holiday weekend

Reviewer Comments: The location was great and the weather was perfect with snow 2 out of 3 days. The unit could have been cleaner, we found some empty beer cans under one of the beds and the living room needed another couch/chair. The pool and hot tub were nice perks but were frequently overrun with teens and pre-teens with no parental oversight. At one point they were stockpiling snow from outside and having snowball fights in the pool and hot tub. Once one of them knocked into my 2yr old we left. I understand that kids will be kids but some management oversight in the pool area would have been welcomed as it was completely out of control on both of our visits to the pool.
