Cette unité est une unité 2 BR 3 BA (occupation 6 personnes), de niveau, avec une vue magnifique sur les pistes de ski ci-dessous. Dans une promenade de 200 mètres, vous êtes au sommet du télésiège Big Birch pour commencer votre journée sur les pistes. Pendant que vous êtes dans le condo, vous pourrez profiter de la table de baby-foot et de la table de billard, situés dans le loft. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire jacuzzi. Il y a des bûches à gaz offrant une atmosphère romantique et une cuisine merveilleusement équipée pour savourer des plats faits maison. Il s’agit du 2BR le moins cher avec unité loft Reserve disponible - un excellent rapport qualité-prix. * SEULEMENT DEUX (2) PERMIS DE STATIONNEMENT PAR UNITÉ. Wonderful condo! We love the huge windows and view! Good sleeping arrangements and the game room was a big hit for the kids.

Great Rental for Ski Weekend

Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed with everything you needed. A few more pans would’ve been nice for cooking, but we definitely made due. The house lives larger than you would imagine. One nice thing was that we ended up being able to ski in and out.

Quick snow ski weekend

All was great except the coffee maker did not work. We enjoyed the location and it was easy ski in and out location. 4-wheel drive truck was definitely needed on those snow days!

I would only suggest to add some larger stock pots we were unable to find anything big enough to boil spaghetti. I’m sure someone ruined the one there and threw it out because everything else was fully stocked. Thanks again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This our fourth summer in the Banner Elk area. We were here prior to Covid and this is the first year back. We love this area, all there is to do, the Sugar Mtn. golf course is our favorite., great restaurants, lovely area and wonderful weather. The condo was dirty, we spent two days cleaning, but the rental agency fairly compensated us. I could live with the dates furniture, but the cleaning issue was a problem. I would only recommend this unit if we were guaranteed it was cleaned prior to another visit

Good view clean

The unit was clean and comfortable with great views. I would not recommend trying to ski with young kids. While you can walk to the lift you need to walk down multiple flights of stairs which is very hard with young kids especially if there is weather. Be aware of the four wheel drive recommendation as it is a steep slope

Parking was a problem. Even though we were told we could have 2 cars, there was not space. The condo needs attention. The shower curtain liner was barely hanging by a thread, and the foosball table is on its last leg. The location, view, and the fireplace were plusses.

First time in NC

Everything went smooth, from check in to check out. The place is located right on the mountain and views are spectacular. The place was big for the 5 of us. My kids loved it that they had their own room. Highly recommend. Food Lion dow. The road is great.
