Ocean & Racquet Club est l'un des plus grands développements sur la plage. Il y a deux piscines sur place, 4 courts de tennis, 2 courts de racquetball et un jacuzzi. Ce condo a une cuisine complÚte, laveuse / sécheuse et a une connexion Internet sans fil. La chambre principale a un lit queen avec salle de bain privée. La deuxiÚme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et le salon a une couchette pour l'invité supplémentaire qui peut apparaßtre! Clean and beautiful

Definitely recommend. Much enjoyed, and clean. Well-equipped kitchen, but lack of space to store your food. Not a big problem though! Thank you.

Room was filthy when we entered. Dead bugs on beds and in bathroom. Stains all over carpet and couch. Air smelled very stale and mouldy. Pictures looked nothing like the condo we walked into!

Fine for quick spring getaway

Overall okay stay. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities needed and the unit was conveniently located close to the beach entrance and pools. Though the floors were not clean at all, the bottom of our feet and shoes were black with dirt after about ten mins. There were multiple visible stains on the carpet in the bedrooms and the living room couch was just plain dirty. Both are past due to be replaced.

Great stay!

I had read several of the previous reviews saying the place was outdated and while it wasn’t super modern, I found outdated to be a stretch. We thought it was a great beach condo! The condo was super clean when we came in. The check in process was minimal and just involved checking our email. I would say there really isn’t an ocean view at this time because of the large palm tree growing right in front of the balcony. If you lean over the railing you will see a sliver of ocean BUT it would be ocean view if the palm tree was trimmed. Really pleased with the price and amenities here. Also, the complex guard were thorough and the place was extremely safe and secure. No outside folks coming and going.

July 4 Getaway

The property had great access to the beach and the pool was perfect for hanging out in the late afternoon after a hot day exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again. Be aware that the condos aren’t huge. Even though the listing says it sleeps 6, I don’t think it would have been comfortable. You’d need two units. It was just right for our family of 4 that included two college age young adults. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen had plenty of everything.

We were very pleased with the condo size and location. The floors were very dirty and sandy. I didn't use the washer because it was also dirty. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The pool was amazing!

Spacious but dated

Nice sized apartment but furnishings could be improved. Coffee table in main room was too big and awkward. Kitchen cabinets were overloaded with way more dishes and kitchenware than anyone could use. But there were only 3 bath towels between the 2 full baths which made it awkward! Further, local Association rules seemed a bit over-restrictive, especially for families with children. One plus was nice access to the beach.

Fabulous condo despite the front office woes!

Absolutely perfect for a family of four! Quiet and comfortable, they had everything you need for a nice vacation. We loved the condo! Each building in this complex has a hot tub in the center, and the pool was right next door. The beach is only a short walk away through the parking lot, and the complex is a perfect location close to all the fun stuff that St. Augustine has to offer. Sunshine Realty rents this condo for the owner through VRBO and we had a great experience with them. You pick your keys up at their office and then drive to the Ocean & Raquet Club. Nobody told us there was a required parking fee (in CASH-no less) and when we checked in to the front office of the Ocean & Raquet Club, Stacy at the front desk was exceptionally rude. Her attitude was worse than my teenage son has ever been, and told us we should've rented directly through them instead of using Sunshine Realty, who were 'the worst.' She was very proud of keeping the realty company in the dark about the correct beach gate code and other communications. I will definitely rent through VRBO for this condo again (and NEVER through the Club), but I feel sorry for the owner to have such negative people impeding the rental process. Discounting dealing with her, we had a fabulous experience!
