Mer Maison, grand salon ouvre sur la pelouse élevée. 2 minutes à pied de la plage

Rabbit Hill a une très grande, ouverte salon. Il y a trois ailes principales de cet espace central. Chaque aile a sa propre salle de bains et chambres à coucher. Il y a cinq chambres pour un total de 11 (+ lit et lit d'enfant)

Le côté de l'océan de la maison dispose d'une terrasse vitrée, de sorte que vous pouvez vérifier les vagues en pyjama ou profiter d'un verre en soirée tout en regardant le soleil se coucher sur la mer. La partie arrière de la surface habitable est lambrissée avec un mobilier confortable autour d'un poêle à bois.

Il y a deux tables à manger. Le plus grand des deux sièges 12 et est sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la côte environnante.

Le jardin est très privé avec des pelouses en terrasses donnant sur la mer. La terrasse supérieure, près de la maison, est bon pour les jeux de plein air, bain de soleil et de manger en plein air.

Pour ceux qui aiment le surf, il y a un jardin clos derrière la maison avec une douche extérieure chaude quand vous venez de la plage.

Rabbit Hill est entourée de terres National Trust avec de nombreux sentiers côtiers ferme et.
Marcher à gauche jusqu'à l'estuaire de Camel Rock et le ferry pour Padstow ou marcher droit à Pentire Point, les Rumps et profiter de la vue panoramique sur l'océan Atlantique.

Pour les fournitures les magasins sont à 10 minutes à pied sur la plage.

Il y a un parking pour 3 voitures sur l'allée et un garage sécurisé pour 2 autres voitures.

The Iles family stay

The property was amazing, the kitchen had every utensil you could need and plenty of glasses and mugs! The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean, the view was incredible and faced the sunset. Ample parking and it is literally a 2 min walk to the beach! It is a bit dated but we don’t like modern decor anyway and to us it added to its charm! The rooms are really spacious and communication with the owner was really quick, easy and very friendly. We’ve just left and already looking at booking again for next year!!

A perfect stay in the perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay at Rabbit Hill. We’ve been coming to Polzeath for many years and this house ticked all the boxes. The decor is definitely quirky but we loved that about it and the house was spotlessly clean & incredibly spacious. Also the views are beautiful and it is less than a minute’s walk to the beach. We’ll definitely be back.

Memory rich holiday

Our family grew up visiting Polzeath every summer, so were keen that the next generation should discover it. Rabbit Hill was all we could have asked for - the three wings suited us exactly, the facilities were great & the way the owner looked after us was outstanding (not least as we had to defer the booking for a year because of Covid). We’ve come away with rich memories and the hope we may be able to return before too long

Great location

Interior design a little quirky! But amazing location, lovely garden, loads of space for our large family group and lots of toys to play with on the beach. Wonderful place if you are keen on surfing etc as you can check the waves from the garden. Property manger very helpful also. We had a great week!

Wonderful place to stay !!!

We were lucky to choose Rabbit Hill for our short break in October (half term). The house is magical. Big enough for five children, six adults and two dogs to have lots of fun throughout the day but still cosy during cold evenings by the fire. The view from the main room was absolutely spectacular. We enjoyed morning coffees looking at the ocean. The house was very well equipped for all our needs, big garden and huge garage only add to the whole experience. The house is located few minutes walk from the beach although it's very quiet. Ideally situated for exploring nearby towns and attractions. The owner couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. We would recommend Rabbit Hill for both long and short stay. Overall very enjoyable stay and we would definitely go back.

We love Rabbit Hill! It was perfect for us.

The best bits about Rabbit Hill is the very big communal living space, the terraced lawns and privacy. No road noise just the sound of the sea. We could decide when to surf by looking out of the window and then run down in bare feet. In fact we didn't wear shoes for the whole holiday. We walked across the beach when we needed the shops. It was a truly magical! We had one wet and windy day but inside is so spacious, we could watch the rain coming towards us across the sea but at the same time lounge by the fire at the heart of the house listening to music and reading. There are loads of amazing books! The house actually comfortably sleeps 12. We will be going again. As many times as we can!
