Really lovely cottage in a convenient location to explore Cornwall. Well equiped, comfy beds and clean upon arrival. Host communication was good at booking and with access information. Would absolutely recommend.

Beautiful , well equipped cottage in great location!

Superb for peaceful family holiday near great beaches and Cornish countryside. Lots of garden space for children to run around or sit in sunshine enjoying a glass of wine.

It was an absolutely perfect house in a beautiful quiet environment in Corwall. In the fridge was milk and wine ready and coffee, tea and biscuits were nicely served. Everything was needed and even beach equipment for our 3 kids. We would book this house again at any time for a new holiday in Carnwill

Another great stay

We had another wonderful stay at Rock Cottage. It is so well positioned and beautifully presented. As ever nothing was too much trouble for the hosts who are incredibly responsive and personable. We will definitely be back!

Another lovely stay

This was our 4th holiday at Rock Cottage and another lovely visit. The house is well equipped and comfortable allowing you to fully relax. The gardens surrounding the house are great for kids to play out on and the peaceful location is wonderful. We’ll be back again next year

Beautiful cottage, fantastic location

Beautiful cottage with ample room for our family of 6. Very clean and well set out with everything we could possibly need. Location perfect for Polzeath and many other great beaches and the ferry from Rock to Padstow. Hosts were very reapinsive and helpful. All in all 5 stars!

Amazing property!

Absolutely beautiful and lovely cottage. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and it was so nice to have a generous welcome pack when we arrived. The children loved the garden and we explored the woodland behind the property. It has been one of our favourite properties we have stayed at and would happily come back again in the future. Thank you to the owners who have made it a lovely, cosy cottage for their guests to enjoy.

Excellent holiday accommodation

Rock Cottage is as near to perfection as you could hope to get in holiday accommodation. The cottage is extremely well equipped and the surrounding grounds are weel kept. Attention has been paid to even the smallest of details.like the provision of a welcoming "hamper" and nuts for feeding the birds and squirrels. The weather was kind to us and we had a great time. Many thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay in their cottage.

An absolute gem of a property

We absolutely loved our stay at Rock Cottage. The cottage itself is beautifully appointed and so tasteful yet comfortable with small children. The hosts have thought of everything and the welcome package on arrival after a long journey was wonderfully received and enjoyed. The communal lawn at the back of the property is a great space too for the children to kick a ball about and very safe/enclosed. We honestly couldn’t fault the cottage and have already booked in to come back in August!

Unser zweiter Besuch

Schon unser zweiter Besuch in dem wunderschön eingerichteten Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Man vermisst nichts. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in ca. 15 min. Fahrtzeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. W-Lan ist sehr gut. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Brilliant property

I really loved staying here. The house was lovely, clean and very well appointed. It was well appointed too, very nice furniture, the kitchen had very good pots pans and loads of utensils, Loads of nice Cornish art. A step above what I expected for sure!

Perfect place to stay

We spent a week in Rock Cottage. The house is immaculately clean and a well kitted out kitchen - everything you need for self catering. Easy access by car to Rock, Padstow and all the other beautiful places Cornwall has to offer. We spent 6 of our days walking the South West Coast Path, which is stunning!

Easter Break

Lovely stay. We knew the location was not walking distance to anywhere but that was fine for a week. Beds nice and comfy. We travelled to various places in the day and cooked and stayed at the accommodation in the evenings. Would recommend.

Beautiful family friendly house

We were so pleased to have stayed at Rock Cottage. We cannot fault this place. It’s spacious and has an open kitchen, dining and living area which is perfect for families. It is well heated and the fireplace was fantastic for cold winter nights. We loved visiting North Cornwall as we haven’t explored much in this area, but will definitely come back to Rock Cottage in the future!!
