Cet appartement 1 chambre a été décorée avec soin pour accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes, vous offrant le confort nécessaire loin de la maison. Il est dans un emplacement privilégié avec une boulangerie à sa porte et toutes les commodités à quelques minutes à pied.

Cet appartement spacieux dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, une salle de bains avec baignoire et douche, une chambre spacieuse avec un lit double, salon et salle à manger avec un canapé-lit double pour accueillir jusqu'à 2 personnes supplémentaires, ainsi que d'un balcon avec vue sur Funchal et à la mer, qui a une belle situation ensoleillée.

Les clients auront accÚs à l'ensemble du balcon plat et l'accÚs à un parking sur place avec arrangement préalable. Si vous souhaitez utiliser le parking, s'il vous plaßt demander avant l'arrivée.

La zone autour de l'appartement est rempli de tout ce que vous pourriez demander. Vous avez une boulangerie, un choix de cafés et de restaurants, boutiques, musées et un grand supermarché (400m à pied) une question de minutes, ainsi que le parc Santa Luzia 5 minutes à pied qui comprend des jardins et une aire de jeux pour enfants. La promenade le long de la mer est à 750m de distance, ainsi que d'un voyage à la célÚbre fruits et poissons marché «Farmers Market».
L'autre attraction de la ville est la vieille ville, qui est situĂ© Ă  seulement 9 minutes de l'appartement Ă  pied, oĂč vous pouvez splendeur aux portes peintes et prendre un cafĂ© ou «Poncha» dans l'un des cafĂ©s ou restaurants dans les rues Ă©troites .

Exploration de Funchal peut se faire facilement Ă  pied de l'appartement est situĂ© dans un endroit trĂšs accessible, cependant, ne devrait pas vous souhaitez prendre un bus, vous trouverez une gamme de arrĂȘts de bus autour du coin et bien sĂ»r la possibilitĂ© de sauter sur un tourisme visites bus aussi.

Central location, spectacular views

Perfect place to stay, close to the centre of Funchal. Ideal for getting fit as everywhere is either up, or down. Bakery below the apartment sells the best pastel de nata - according to the expert!

Excellent central apartment in residential neighbourhood

Great location and amenities - we stayed for a month. 8 minutes walking to 2 grocery stores and fruit/veggy markets, 10 minutes to Old Town and downtown. Most equipped kitchen we’ve stayed in but the bathroom amenities were pretty basic - bring or simple to buy your own supplies. Apartment is super comfortable for 2 people for long stays, we made ourselves at home. A few minor issues which Corinna was quick to respond and attend to within the next hours or day. Bakery right downstairs was too convenient for a daily chinesa e pastel de nata. All in all, a great stay that I could heartily recommend!

Lovely flat, great location

We stayed at this flat for four weeks in January 2017. The flat was exactly as described in the website and the photos. It's located in a modern, clean, well maintained apartment building in an older part of central Funchal. We loved the location as we prefer to mingle with the locals, prowl the many squares and plazas, and visit the numerous coffee shops and cafes. And it's only a ten minute walk to the "Old Town" and all the wonderful restaurants in that area. Corina, the owner, was very helpful in a number of aspects including waiting for us on our arrival after our flight was delayed a couple of times. We took advantage of the secure parking spot that was offered as street parking is quite a challenge in this area and we wanted to have a car to explore other parts of the island. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice of accommodation and would certainly feel very comfortable in recommending it to our friends. We felt that our experience was considerable enhanced by being in this area as compared to doing the daily stroll with the throngs of holiday visitors over in the hotel zone. Accueil trĂšs sympathique des propriĂ©taires. Appartement confortable , lumineux et trĂšs conventionnel, correspond aux attentes d’un couple avec ou sans enfant. Fantastic stay in Funchal

We stayed 15 days in the appartement and we really enjoyed it. It is very well located in Funchal: approx. 8 minutes walking to the old town, a bakery is located under the appartement and a supermarket 5 minutes far. A lot of restaurants are also very close such as every facilities in town. Although it is situated in city center, the building and the street surronding are quiet. The appartement is spacious, clean and well-equiped. We felt really cumfortable there. Corina and Alex are very friendly and helpful. We have been well received. They have made themselves available for us on the arrival despite our very late flight. They also have been very helpful during our stay and they can provide you some advises for your stay in Madeira. We highly recommend !

Agréable séjour à Funchal

Nous avons passons un séjour agréable à Funchal. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Corina est trÚs accueillante et disponible. L'appartement se situe à proximité des lieux importants de Funchal (cathédrale, téléphérique, terminus de bus...) et de supermarchés. En bas de l'appartement, il y a une boulangerie.

Nette Unterkunft in perfekter Lage.

In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man benötigt inkl.. Waschmaschine und allem. Die Lagr ist super Zentral und man kommt ĂŒberall zu Fuß hin. Sauberkeit und GrĂ¶ĂŸe der Wohnung war mehr als ausreichend. Klare Empfehlung.

Sehr zentral

Das appartment war wie in de Beschreibun. Es war alles da was man braucht . Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt,auch wenn es oft etwas laut war. DafĂŒr war es aber zentral und man konnte alles ( Museen, Supermarkt Promenade ) zu fuss erreichen. Auch gibt es direkt am eingang einen tollen BĂ€cker.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung zum Stadtzentrum ist hervorragend, allerdings um den Preis einer sehr lauten Umgebung. Ein- und Ausschecken lief nur ĂŒber e-Mail. Es war aber alles perfekt organisiert.

Convenient Location

The accomodation was everything as described in the listing. Unfortunately although the location is convenient, there is considerable traffic and dog barking noise in the evening and early morning. Earplugs are helpful for sleeping. We loved waking to the smell of the bakery on the corner of the building. The baked goods are very inexpensive. We enjoyed being able to walk to all the public transportation buses that we required to visit the entire island. Two supermarkets are a 10/15 minute walk away, making shopping very accessible.

Fantastic flat, would stay again

The flat is far more spacious than it looks in the pictures and is in a great location. Very well equipped and the views from the little balcony are great. Lovely helpful hosts. Lots of life and noise outside but we always bring earplugs on holiday so not a problem. Everything within a few minute’s walk. Just perfect.

GREAT LOCATION

Correspondence was very good. Apartment was clean. This was our 4th property during our Portugal trip and had one of best locations. We could walk down to the water; there was a bakery below us. We could sit on our small balcony and had fabulous views of ocean. Corina ordered a taxi for us upon request. Our other 3 properties:Lisbon, Porto, Faro had extra welcoming amenities. None here. We wish there had been written instructions for TV, taxi numbers, where to find extra sheets. Alex did show us briefly how to use TV, but needed more info available at fingertips. We had just stayed at a property that had a binder with very detailed information on all aspects of property and area. I guess we were spoiled. Because of location and balcony, we would stay at apt again. Sandi MI, USA

Lovely apartment, everything at the doorstep

We wish we stayed longer... We had a lovely stay at Corina's apartment for the short 3 days in Funchal. Alex and Corina were great hosts. Loved the location and the beautiful view from the flat. It is a 10 minutes walk into the town. The cafe downstairs was very handy. We would definitely recommend the place to our friends. if we have another holiday in Madeira, we would love to book again, surely for at least a week. Thank you Corina.

Corina’s apartment is clean, cozy and comfortable. After just a day or two you feel like it’s home.

We enjoyed everything about this apartment, especially the location. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We walked to Old Town, grocery stores, and the waterfront Prominard. It seemed like there was a bakery around every corner. There was a variety of shopping, restaurants, cafe’s, gelato shops and museums close by. You can rent a car, but the local cab drivers are courteous, knowledgeable and well priced. Corina and Alex are perfect hosts. They helped make our stay very special.

Comfortable, welcoming apartment in a perfect location - no need for a car.

We spent 10 happy days here and enjoyed all the amenities of the flat. Light and sunny accommodation with a balcony and glimpses of the sea. It was well equipped and much thought had been put into it which added to the comfort. Cooking facilities were excellent with all the right implements available. A good place to relax in the evenings too. In rush hours it was a trifle noisy if the windows were open which we liked to do. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable but perhaps we are getting old! The location was excellent and is definitely a big plus point. A 12 minute walk took one to the waterfront, 10 minutes to the Cathedral and about 7 minutes to a very good supermarket. A bakers is actually underneath the apartment block. A place that demands a return visit. The plentiful bus services can all be reached easily.

Super zentral und gemĂŒtlich

Das Apartement von Corina bietet alles was man braucht und noch mehr! Wir waren zwei Wochen zu Gast in dem liebevoll und elegant eingerichteten Apartement direkt in Funchal im Zentrumsbereich. FußlĂ€ufig ist die Avenue de Mar, die Teleferico, das Mercado, die Altstadt, das Rathaus, die Madeira Wine Company und vieles weitere, sowie viele Shoppingmöglichkeiten und diverse SupermĂ€rkte zu erreichen. Das Apartement verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, die an WĂŒnschen nichts offen lĂ€sst. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Corina haben wir als eine außerordentlich aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin kennengelernt, bei Bedarf steht sie jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und unterstĂŒtzt auch bei der Autovermietung. Ein Parkplatz im Innehof steht dazu auch zur VerfĂŒgung. Wir bedanken uns fĂŒr den tollen Aufenthalt!

Lovely apartment, no need to hire car,lots to see and do on your doorstep.

We have just spent a week in Corina's apartment, Corina met us at the apartment on arrival, and when we went inside it was lovely and clean and new looking,it was fully equipt with microwave,toaster, coffee machine ,cooker and a washing machine. The apartment was only a 10 minute walk into the town where we found resturants and bars and the fish market. We went in the cable car which took us up to the botanical gardens (well worth a look), also took a ride on a bus,lots of places to visit and lots of walking! We are already thinking about booking again in the near future.
