Appartement de luxe 5 *. 200m à pied de la plage de Porto de Mos, Lagos

Vous allez adorer cet appartement. Il est situé à Porto de Mos juste à l'extérieur de la ville de Lagos et offre un luxe 5 * pour votre plaisir. Dans un complexe de seulement 8 appartements, achevé seulement en 2015, c'est tout simplement un superbe appartement (espace intérieur vivant = 117m2 / m). C'est assez près de la plage que vous vous réveillez au son de la mer!

Avec le chauffage au sol en hiver et le WIFi totalement illimité, c'est un appartement vraiment complet. Il est entièrement équipé avec tout ce que vous attendez, y compris des lits Hypnos dans les deux chambres, un système de son surround intégré et des appareils de cuisine Bosch et une baignoire jacuzzi dans la salle de bains principale. Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée.

La cuisine est complète. La cafetière intégrée n'est pas disponible mais il y a une cafetière séparée à utiliser. Plaque de cuisson à induction. 200 chaînes de télévision et plus de 200 DVD au choix. Cet appartement est juste un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre.

La grande terrasse / balcon (23 m²) offre 2 chaises longues de luxe et un grand espace pour manger, tout en profitant du soleil toute la journée. Il y a un deuxième balcon près de la chambre 1, donnant sur la piscine.

La piscine commune dispose de 4 chaises longues à utiliser; ou déplacez-les sur la terrasse du toit si vous préférez! La terrasse sur le toit est partagée entre tous les appartements, mais très rarement occupée. Cependant, il a une vue panoramique imprenable sur l'océan avec un espace barbecue et dispose même d'un bain à remous jacuzzi (fermé en hiver de novembre à mi-avril)

Ceci est un appartement vraiment toute l'année.

Veuillez noter que les lits peuvent être transformés en deux
lits doubles (un lit queen / un lit king) ou quatre lits simples. Faites-le nous savoir au moment de la réservation.

La magnifique plage de Porto de Mos est à seulement 5 minutes à pied avec deux restaurants et le golf est abondant dans la région. La ville de Lagos est à 30 minutes à pied ou à 5 € en taxi. Nous recommandons une voiture, bien que ce ne soit pas absolument nécessaire, et l'appartement dispose d'un parking souterrain dédié, ainsi que de nombreuses places à l'extérieur.

Fabulous time in Algarve

Terrific property with wonderful views. The property was beautiful and in an ideal location for our time in the area. The host was wonderful and very responsive, and we had a terrific time.

Great apartment and great location

Beautiful apartment

Fabulous apartment, Very quiet, has all the amenities you need. As a sole female traveller I felt very safe and secure and the management Company were brilliant. I will definitely return.

Fantastic Stay

We always stay in Porto de Mos and once again our accommodation didn’t disappoint.The apartment is very very spacious, clean, light and airy with fantastic views from the beautiful balcony. The kitchen it well equipped too and love the large bath towels in all the bathrooms.We love the pool area as it never gets too crowded and the location to walk or drive to the beach is perfect!We love staying in this area and have found another fabulous property which I wouldn’t hesitate in renting again!

Excellent location!

Loved staying in this beautiful apartment. Great location and fab views. Easy walk to the beach and slightly longer walk into Lagos. A bit disappointed the lady who manages the property couldn't help us print our tickets for Easy Jet so had to spend 3 hours in town trying to sort that out. Be great if the salt and pepper supplies were filled up in the kitchen - otherwise fab trip!

A stunning apartment

We have to agree with all the other reviewers comments. This apartment is furnished to a very high standard and was squeaky clean. The attention to detail in the furnishings did not go unnoticed. We highly recommend a visit.

Outstanding location, views and property!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Well suited for a family of 4 ( with 2 kids). All amenities are excellent. Kitchen was well equipped with the exception of a functional coffee maker. That was our biggest complaint:(. Location and views are exceptional. We will return to Algarve one day and would recommend this property to friends and family. Thanks

Excellente surprise

Rien à redire l appartement est hyper confortable et a proximité de la plage (-de 5 mns à pied). Le mobilier est en excellent état tout comme la literie. Résidence calme. Nous avons déjà réservé pour la saison prochaine ❤️❤️

Très bel appartement avec prestations de hautes qualités Les photos sont le reflet exact de la réalité La vue reste magnifique malgré l'immeuble en construction et la résidence est très bien entretenue . La vidéothèque est impressionnante mais toutefois peu de choix pour les francophones !! L'accès à la plage (superbe) se fait en moins de 5 mn à pied et l on y trouve 2 bons restaurants Je reviendrai avec plaisir

Lovely apartment with a large south facing balcony.

This apartment is well equipped with everything from coffee machine to wrap around music! It is spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished to a high standard. We were met at the apartment by Andrea who explained fully the workings of the apartment, gave us maps of the area and was all in all most informative. Unfortunately the only draw backs were the building of a villa opposite (the noise was sometimes a nuisance) and the hot tub on the roof was out of order which was disappointing as this is something we would have used regularly throughout our stay. We would recommend this apartment to friends.

Thanks David for your feedback. Yes, it is a shame the hot tub is closed in winters. The condominium ‘powers to be’ decided so. Surprised about the noise from the villa, as it’s so nearly finished after 18 months. Most don’t notice a thing, so you must have had some bad luck with outside work being done. Apologies. Do stay again anytime. You can’t beat the view! Penny

feeling like at home

We are a golf loving couple, with three grown sons and love to get away playing in the sun. Currently we live in the Midlands in the UK but hope one day to be able to retire to Portugal, a place we've grown to love. We use the apartment more in the off season to be honest, hence its available a lot in the summer months. We do so hope you enjoy your stay with us, if you choose to book.

One thing..we love luxury and so we chose this place as its only one of 8 apartments, so not crowded. We bought it when it was just a piece of grass - so offplan. But we'd seen the superb work of this developer elsewhere and he builds top quality! We've also kitted it out with top quality too - good beds and good linen! A must in our eyes...... Enjoy!

It's light, airy, well equipt and in a spectacular position. We love to see the sea, whilst being close to Lagos town for the bars and restaurants.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The view from the roof terrace is second to none. You sit there and just exhale with an 'ahhhh'. It's that "I'm on holiday feeling". And inside, there are good comfy beds, fluffy towels, 400+ thread count linens, comfy sofas too. The area is accessible for anything one wants to do, but not crowded.
