Charmante maison en bord de mer, idéale pour les familles

Charmante maison et jardin situĂ© sur la plage de MojĂĄcar (AlmerĂ­a), avec accĂšs direct Ă  une plage presque privĂ©e. TrĂšs proche du Parador de Turismo, du centre commercial et Ă  seulement deux kilomĂštres de la ville de MojĂĄcar. Il s'agit du Parc Naturel de Cabo de Gata (RĂ©serve de biosphĂšre). Villa de conception architecturale locale et deux terrasses avec vue panoramique au bord de la mer et de la ville de MojĂĄcar. Il dispose Ă©galement d'un grand jardin arborĂ© et gazonnĂ©. L'intĂ©rieur de la maison est composĂ© d'un trĂšs grand salon, cuisine et 3 chambres sĂ©parĂ©es avec deux salles de bain. Il y a un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon. Pour les grands groupes familiaux, il y a la possibilitĂ© de louer deux appartements Ă  100 mĂštres de la maison appartenant Ă  la mĂȘme famille et avec une capacitĂ© de 4 et 5 personnes supplĂ©mentaires. Le salon est reliĂ© au porche par deux grandes fenĂȘtres avec des vues spectaculaires qui sont trĂšs utiles, compte tenu de la mĂ©tĂ©o locale. Bon ameublement de meubles et meubles de jardin. L'environnement est attractif pour des vacances indĂ©pendantes, calmes et sportives (sports nautiques, 5 golfs, randonnĂ©es, Ă©quitation, etc.). Lovely House

This house was excellent for our stay in Mojacar. The nearby shops and bars are excellent but you will spend most of your time in the garden admiring the view of the Mediterranean. We particularly enjoyed snorkelling from the back of the house looking at the fish swimming around the rocks. The house has everything that you need and Luisa and Antonio we’re really helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Marvelous Mojacar

Everything was as perfect as perfect can be. The location is central with great access to restaurants and grocery stores. The view is beyond words. You are living virtually right on the Mediterranean. The house is roomy and comfortable. Easy access to cycling and walks to the Village or along the coast. To top it off the owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing lots of information regarding local sightseeing, restaurants and excursions! A must place to stay.

Älteres Haus in traumhafter Lage

Die Lage ist toll! Direkt am Wasser mit Blick auf Mond und Sonne und Wolken. Fantastisch. Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Einrichtung leider auch und könnte etwas Auffrischung gebrauchen.

Truly memorable & very special property

The house and location were even more incredible than we'd hoped for; so much so it was hard to leave and we'll definitely book again in the future. Hearing the waves crash on an almost private stretch of beach with views of gthe sea from almost every window was a dream. Its truly a million dollar view. Plenty of space, indoors and out. Tons of places to eat and drink within walking distance along with lots of other beaches too. Supermarket close by as well. We had a car and explored the coastline and into the mountains. The pueblo is well worth a visit. Onlt thing I would flag, especially for a family with kids, is that getting into sea from the beach outside is a little tricky but plenty of other beaches nearby. Thank you for such a memorable trip; somewhere we'll never forget.

Amazing accomodation

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. The ocean is only 5 - 7 meter away and to watch the sunrise is really wunderful from the nice garden. Everything was perfect and we really rest at this very special place.

Wonderful Views

Stunning position with breath-taking views, especially wonderful at sunrise. Spacious and clean accommodation with everything needed. Fabulous beach bar almost on the doorstep. The beach was a little disappointing as it was not really useable and you could not access the sea from directly in front of the property but it was only a short walk, however for better beaches, jump on the bus (€1.20) in either direction for 5-10 minutes. Great place, excellent hosts.

For sea lovers

When I saw the picture of this place I knew right away that it would be perfect. The house exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is super convenient with so many amazing restaurants nearby and right on the walking path to town. The hosts were gracious and so accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

Vacaciones Mojacar

La ubicación de la casa es simplemente espectacular. Es un placer poder despertarte y contemplar los amaneceres desde la casa, que estå pegada al mar. La casa permite hacer toda la vida fuera, en cualquiera de estancias exteriores. La playa de la casa no es de arena fina, mas bien de piedritas y los accesos no son del todo fåciles para personas de poca movilidad, pero por la transparencia del agua y la tranquilidad de las olas permite tomar el baño perfectamente y disfrutar de todo el entorno marino. El interior de la casa tiene aspectos que son mejorables, especialmente las camas de las habitaciones dobles, los colchones simplemente no estån a la altura y necesitan renovarse. El resto del interior no dispone de lujos pero tiene todas las comodidades. El wifi funciona perfectamente, lo cual es digno de mención a mi entender.

Maravillosa estancia en AlmerĂ­a

Nos ha encantado la casa y cuando el mar ha estado en calma, la zona de baño es maravillosa aĂșn sin arena. Se puede ver la maravillosa fauna marina a apenas tres metros de la parcela. Aguas cristalinas y calidas. La casa es muy grande y tiene unos espacios comunes maravillosos. La habitaciĂłn principal es muy grande y agradable. Las otras dos habitaciones aceptables aunque alguno de los colchones merece ya un cambio. El trato con Jose y con Elisa ha sido muy cordial y siempre han estado atentos y para lo que pudiĂ©ramos necesitar. Esperamos repetir el prĂłximo año. Gracias

Beach Vacation in January

My wife and I stayed here the 2nd week of January 2020. We were traveling during the month throughout Andalucia, and this was by far our best stay of the trip. The house is beachfront on the Med., is spacious and airy, has lovely patios, and a great garden/yard. The views were "to die for" and the location is just across the street from grocery shopping, stores, and restaurants. We enjoyed the Flamenco night at La Dolce Vita, about 50 meters from the house, very nice restaurant. Luisa was very prompt with all email communications, and Jose is a great local manager. He responded within minutes to phone calls and helped us promptly twice with minor issues during the week. The master bedroom is quite good with a queen bed, and the other two bedrooms have single twin beds. The kitchen is well stocked, and asked for advice on using the stove top and washer/dryer (Chistina or Jose will give all instructions). It is a quick 10 minute drive up to the Pueblo town of Mojacar, which is very nice to visit. Walk out the back door and stroll the Playa in winter or jump in the water in the warm months. I highly recommend this house for a relaxing beach stay in Molacar

We've been visiting Mojacar for 10 years and have finally found the ideal apartment. Great location, well equipped and clean. Check in was quick and easy with a great host. We will be back!

Another fantastic week at this fabulous property

We love staying here, it's in the most perfect location, stunning views and couldn't be more convenient for shops, restaurants, buses and beach. The house is very spacious so you don't feel on top of each other and has lots of places to sit out - our favourite being the back terrace as the view of the sea is just perfect!
