Our second stay in three years, and it was every bit as good as the first. The property is immaculate, the location puts you steps from the beach, restaurants, and bars, what more do you need? We’ll definitely be back, and hopefully sooner rather than later.

This was our second stay and we enjoyed ourselves even more the second time. The villa is very well equipped which is appreciated when you are staying for three weeks. The pool is warm and beautiful and we loved sitting on the patio watching the waves roll in. The hosts are terrific—quick, helpful responses.

It was a wonderful stay! My husband who never really comments on our lodging, said SPECTULAR as soon as we walked in.Pool was nice and warm and crystal clear. Plenty of pool blankets.This is definitely 5 stars. Absolutely everything you need is here.Dee was very kind and helpful.Mojaca is just perfect!

This property is perfect for a relaxing family holiday!! The outside terrace area is great for enjoying the wonderful sea views. The heated pool is a great size and perfect for all the family. The table tennis another great fun feature too. The bedrooms and three bathrooms are well sized and very comfortable. The three upstairs bedrooms enjoy wonderful sea views from a shared balcony. There is an excellently equipped kitchen. The best we’ve ever had in Spain. It’s a short 5 minute walk to a fabulous family beach. The sea was beautifully clean and on a calm day the fish could be easily seen swimming around. There are a multitude of bars and restaurants to enjoy all along the beautiful promenade. Would highly recommend!

This was our second visit to this property, we really love it! Wonderful sea views, great new pool area, lovely restaurants a short walk away and a really helpful host. Thoroughly recommend this property!

My family and I had a fabulous holiday, we just wished we had stayed longer than a week! The villa was clean, well equipped and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. The only downside was having to wake up early to watch the amazing sunrise ;-)

The villa was superb, Amanda has thought about everything anyone could want to make their stay at the villa comfortable and easy. It’s beautifully decorated & spaciousThe check in process was excellent & communication brilliant. Dee was on hand locally and was immediately responsive to a couple of questions and to bring us a couple of parasols for the pool area - thank you. It was so lovely to have the pool and lots of lovely comfy loungers in shaded areas outside.There is nothing they haven’t thought about to meet your needs. The villa is very near to the sea front/beach - having excellent sea views. Mojacar has plenty of restaurants, but very little else in the immediate vacinity, except the odd shop & supermarket. However, the local bus stop is a 5 minute walk away with a very good service running to Mojacar Old Town, Garucha and further afield. Both of the aforementioned are worth a visit.We didn’t hire a car, but if you like to explore, then a car is your best bet.Mojacar was surprisingly quiet for September compared to other parts of Spain that are usually still bustling at this time pf the year. The green information folder is great and provides lots of useful information on the villa, places to eat and to explore. Guests have added their own info - also very handy.If you want a quiet getaway to a really superb villa, this is definitely one to choose.

Beautiful, tranquil villa with excellent views and sounds of the sea.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing with some excellent bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Amanda the owner and Dee the property agent are lovely and incredibly helpful. The villa is really well equipped and the property pack tells you all you need to know. What a wonderful place!

Check in was easy - we were sent instructions in advance and all worked as instructed. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and there is filtered water on tap so need to buy loads of bottles of water!

Fantastic villa with all you need for a great holiday

The villa is beautiful and has everything you need, including a huge selection of kitchen ware so you don't run out and can cook lovey meals with all the right equipment. The view is awesome, was so lovely sitting on the terrace and listening to the waves or even lying in bed listening with the balcony door open. The kids loved it too, pool is a great size and heated plus there was a table tennis table that kept them amused for hours while we relaxed. The beds are super comfy, which isn't usually the norm for holiday accommodation so we had great night sleeps as well.Would definitely recommend staying there!
