1 ch / 1BA condo entièrement meublé dans une résidence en toute sécurité dans le complexe Laughlin Bay Village. Minutes des casinos / Harrah, amusement de la rivière, le lac Mohave et beaucoup plus. Gaz, électricité, déchets, eau, câble inclus dans le prix, minimum de location de 30 jours. 4 piscines, un bain à remous et un barbecue situé dans le complexe et à proximité de cet appareil. Cette unité est au premier étage, a été récemment mis à jour avec un nouveau plancher et nouvelle peinture. Laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité et la grande promenade dans le placard avec la zone lavabo spacieux. Belle complexe calme avec beaucoup d'arbres. Parfait pour les snowbirds ou ceux qui recherchent amuser sur l'action de la rivière ou d'un casino. Ce condo est situé sur le côté de la rivière Laughlin, mais ce est une courte promenade à travers le pont pour Bullhead City, de nombreux magasins et restaurants à proximité. La distance parcourue à Las Vegas, Hoover Dam et le lac Havasu. Lit queen size dans la chambre, grande promenade dans le placard, la zone lavabo spacieux, cuisine et canapé confortable entièrement équipée. Capacité 2 personnes. RV parking disponibles pour bateau / jet maison ski / petit moteur, etc. Le soleil brille toujours ici à Laughlin et de l'Arizona! Animaux seront considérés avec un dépôt de 250 $ par animal animal de compagnie et l'approbation préalable.

Small, cozy getaway.

This condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Used it as home base for several short day and weekend trips in the area. Highly recommend for a couple.

Home away from home

The condo that we rented was exactly what we needed for our extended stay. It was clean, well stocked, and exactly as represented on the VRBO site. Also, the owner was always available and responsive. We will definitely stay again when we next visit the Laughlin/Bullhead City Area!

A great stay

This condo complex is great. The unit rented is steps away from a crystal clear pool and hot tub. The area is safe and clean, and the best part is the hosts. These are responsive, honest hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. For this price in this location, a better deal is hard to find.

Snowbird Test

Tom's condo was perfect for us. We had everything we needed for cooking, the grounds were very well kept and felt very safe in the gated community. The pool, hot tub and BBQ grill were only about 50 feet from the front door, so very convenient. If you had a question, Tom was always very prompt with a reply. We definitely will want to come back in the future.

Tom's condo was the correct size for the two of us. The property is older but clean. A couple small things needed to be attended to. Biggest problem was cooking on a gas stove. It would have been nice if he had an electric pan to use.

Great condo

The host, Tom, was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Everything was just as the description said. Gated community with multiple pools and hot tubs was really nice. Great space for me and my boyfriend to stay while I worked at a hospital nearby!

Human and dog friendly!

We were truly grateful to Tom for allowing us to stay for a month. We were between selling our house and closing escrow on our new house so my anxiety level was high. We needed somewhere to live at a reasonable price AND who would accept our fur baby. The condo has the convenience of a washer & dryer, nicely equipped kitchen and a large closet!! The complex is pretty quiet and there’s a pool/spa very close but far enough you don’t hear any noise. There’s also a BBQ area next to the pool. It was a nice stay - almost like being on vacation.

We have stayed at Tom's property four times and enjoyed it very much. You cannot beat the value and location of the property. It is very close to the pool area and not that far from the casino life if that is your liking. It has all the things needed while on vacation. Tom is very nice and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property.

Our condo was all that we expected. The area is quiet and has easy access to the pool and hot tub and grille just steps from this condo. We have stayed here before and have enjoyed it every time.

Nice for the money

Condo could have been a little cleaner, we had to do quite a bit of cleaning when we moved in, lots of junk inside of cabinets etc. Overall it was very nice for the money. No major problems.

Sharon, thank you for your review I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the condo. You are the first couple in 5 years of doing short term rentals that has not been happy with the cleanliness. But your also the first to bring your own sheets n towels, pots and pans etc. All of our other tenants have been happy with what we supply

Excellent Little Condo

Very comfortable little condo with everything you’ll need for an excellent stay. Such a cute little place. Cable, internet, dishwasher, washer/dryer, all you’ll need cleaning supplies. Air conditioning keeps you cold even in the 115 degree summer heat. The pool and hot tub are very nice and fun to swim in and a great place to relax. Everything is clean and easy to access. I can’t stress how comfortable I was here and did not want to leave. I’d have stayed if I had had the option. It felt like a home away from home.

This was our 3rd year at this condo. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners are very quick to respond to any issue with resolution. I would highly recommend this condo. The area is very peaceful with grass and trees and the pool is close by. We wanted to return next year by it was already booked, which was very disappointing. Again I would come back to this condo for sure.

I am very sorry it wasn’t up to your standards. You are the first negative review we have had in four years of renting on Vrbo. All of our tenants over the years have had nothing but nice things to say, OH WELL you can’t make everyone happy??

Tom was great to deal with, I wouldn’t hesitate at all to deal with him again!

Property felt very safe, we had no problem moving around on the grounds. Most people were friendly and outgoing. Grounds were well kept. December is wrong time to go if you enjoy pool or hot tubs, they weren’t in workin order.

This is our 2nd year staying at the Laughlin Bay Condo and we love it. The area is really nice, the condo is exactly as stated. Very clean and accommodating for two people. The location is great and really safe. The owner is very nice and accommodating, very quick in responding to any issue. The property was great, Laughlin bay was great for my pet.

I was very pleased with condo and the Laughlin Bay complex. The condo had everything a person needed and was clean and well maintained. The location was great with easy access to all amenities, shopping, casino's and golf course's. The inter-action with Tom was top notch. Responded to any communications promptly and professionally. This was My first time using VRBO and the experience was very good, would definitely use again.
