Situé au coeur du village, à quelques mÚtres de la mer et de la plage de sable fin.

SituĂ© au cƓur de Runswick Bay, Galleon House est une charmante maison avec un charmant intĂ©rieur contemporain, avec fixations et accessoires d'un niveau Ă©levĂ©, idĂ©al pour une pause dĂ©tente en bord de mer.
Donnant sur la mer depuis le salon, vous pourriez presque ĂȘtre dans la cabine d'un galion! Vous ĂȘtes avec en quelques minutes Ă  pied de la plage de sable, la mer, un cafĂ© et un pub.
Le logement est situé sur 3 étages. La porte d'entrée donne sur l'étage du milieu plan- un, plan ouvert salon / cuisine / salle à manger bien aménagée. A l'étage, une chambre double avec lit king size et salle de bain, tout est en bas une salle de lits superposés, une autre chambre double avec lit king size et la salle de douche maison.
Dehors, il y a une terrasse pavée avec une table et des chaises, parfait pour se détendre et profiter de la vue sur la mer.

The photos dont do it justice. This is such a beautiful place to stay. Sitting in the front room watching the sea . Very comfortable beds.Welcome pack is above and beyond.Very well equiped kitchen. Lovely shower.

Fantastic cottage overlooking the sea..the views from the big windows were amazing..absolutely everything you could possibly need is in the cottage ..sarah the host left a fantastic welcome package and a beautiful homemade cake which went down a treat each day after a walk on the beach.. and the chocolates left on the pillows were a lovely touch..The furnishings were all beautifully thought of with the character of the cottage..The surrounding area was beautiful too..we will definitely be back as we loved it so much..The pub next door was also welcoming with lovely food ...

ANOTHER MAGICAL STAY!!!

We stayed for the first time in November 24 loved it so much we booked for November 25- but couldn't wait that long so we managed to squeeze in a summer visit! It's such a wonderful cottage. Same views, same warm welcome but with the sun glistening on the sea and the pub next door open every day

Wonderful cottage

What a wonderful weekend we have had at Galleon House. This cottage is stunning and the attention to detail in the accommodation and decor is first class. All home comfort you can ever dream of and the homemade lemon drizzle cake was outstanding. Can’t wait to go again next year.

Absolutely amazing. This was a birthday surprise for my GF and she said that she couldn't have chosen a better cottage!!!Lovely views, great location, lovely pub next door serving nice food, nice walks, close to Sands end and Staithes...couldn't improve on the location.The cottage itself was lovely inside and it was more spacious inside than I expected. The cottage had everything we needed and even had a lovely welcome pack.My GF loved the flowers and sparkling wine and I loved the lemon drizzle cake and home made jam.I can't suggest anything that could have been improved on. 5 star stay.

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at Galleon House several times now and it never fails to deliver. The attention to detail, cleanliness and fabulous welcome pack are all much appreciated! The position of the house with its many windows provides beautiful views of the whole bay which we never tire of looking at. Sarah is a wonderful host and strives to ensure that everything is perfect for your stay and we would certainly recommend Galleon House to anyone looking to stay in Runswick Bay !

Weekend break in Runswick Bay

Wonderful location and cottage

This has to be the best cottage with the best view I’ve ever stayed in! With an added bonus of being next door to the pub! The whole process of checking in was easy, the cottage was clean and one of the best equipped places I’ve ever stayed! The cottage was spotless, cosy and beautifully decorated. I cannot recommend the hosts or the property enough.

The perfect location

A beautiful spotlessly clean cottage in the perfect location within the village. There is easy access to the beach, the village pub and the beach cafe. The layout of the accomodation allows great views over the sea, and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. This was our second visit and we will definitely look forward to returning.

Perfect Stay

Beautiful property with the most amazing view!The cottage itself is warm and cosy, Sarah the host, has thought of everything, there is even an air fryer! Beds are very comfortable. The interior is tastefully decorated. The welcome pack was very generous. We really didn’t want to leave!
