La villa a un système de chauffage de piscine pour garder l'eau de la piscine toujours à 29c, donc même en hiver, vous pouvez nager à la piscine. La plage de Calis est la plage la plus proche du centre de Fethiye, il y a des activités nautiques ainsi que du surf et du kite à vent. La vie nocturne de Calis est très attrayante pour ceux qui aiment les bons plats et divertissements turcs ou internationaux. Un transfert aéroport privé est disponible sur demande. Merci

Excellent property in great location

We would love to return to this fantastic villa - the heated swimming pool was perfect and it’s in a great location for the restaurants and shops in Çalış.

Just spent two weeks here, nice spacious villa with fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and plenty of utensils for cooking, three large bedrooms all with en suite and plenty of hot water. Lovely size pool which is heated, outside area has plenty of seating and sun loungers, pool table and table tennis table also available. Property manager and owner very quick to respond to any questions or sort out any problems. Walking distance to local shop and bit further to beach, bars and restaurants, there is also a taxi button just outside the villa, so overall lovely stay at a lovely villa.

A lovely clean well equipped home in a great location and someone to help if you need it

We have been to Turkey many times but this was our first time in Fethiye. Fethiye was quite possibly the best area of all for family and friends who have relaxation, fun, eating well and not having to navigate steep hill climbs or street sellers of fake designer goods high on the agenda. The villa was no further than a 10-15 minute stroll to either the local town or beach. The villa had a great layout meaning we could enjoy entertaining inside and out, had a sufficiently well-equipped kitchen which was great as we are keen cooks, and the bedrooms were spacious all with their own ensuite bathrooms, a real plus and rare find in a 3 bedroom property. Suleyman and his local support were keen to ensure we had all we needed and the villa was maintained without being intrusive. We had a fantastic stay and would certainly consider coming back again next year.

Fantastic villa and location

We had a great 8 days at the villa. The villa itself is just what you want for a good size family. 3 air conditioned bedrooms all with a bathroom and shower. Kitchen has everything you could want and the overall quality is excellent. Outside the swimming pool is fantastic, a nice size and cleaned every day. The area around it has shade and full sun so something for everyone. The villa is a short walk to a shop that sells all the basics. 10 minutes from the villa and your at the beach and its a beautiful stroll along the promenade. The whole area is low rise buildings and we felt very safe and everyone was really friendly. Its a great area to take a family to relax and its not far to travel if you want to visit some of the sites. Fethyia can be reached by water taxi which is great (6tl per adult) or a taxi (about 30tl) very easily. The little buses run everywhere too and are very cheap. If you want a quality villa in a nice location then this is for you.

Lovely villa

The villa was very nice and the pool was well maintained. The pool table and table tennis table were welcome additions. The shops nearby stock all the essentials but larger shops further away are a bit cheaper. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The host Suleyman was very helpful and good with communications. I would recommend this villa.

Fantastic Holiday - Beautiful Villa

We have just had a fantastic 2 weeks staying at this lovely villa. The rooms were lovely, plenty of storage space, views were stunning & the outside pool area was where we spent most of our time! We had a couple of minor issues while we were there, but these were dealt with immediately by Kadir- very helpful thank you. The villa was well placed with a shop just a 5 min stroll away & bars, restaurants about 10 mins. We really loved the area too & will definitely be coming back. Thank you for allowing us to rent your stunning villa.

Amazing Family Stay!

Spotless villa in an amazing location, just 10 minutes away from the beach and restaurants, local shop in view of the villa for all your essentials. Private transfer was quick and much appreciated at 1am when we landed! Owner and his cousin couldn't have been more helpful!! You won't be disappointed if you book, we are looking at booking both villas together!@

Good property

Overall we had a good stay and owner & local support were very helpful. The villa is clean and of a good size. It's in a good location, not far from beach although not any shops nearby for groceries. With an alarm and good security on doors it felt safe. We'd read about the noise from the very nearby Mosque but hadn't quite prepared for the daily 6am wake-up followed by chorus of dogs barking. Bring along good earplugs! Unfortunately the pool was shaded all day when we visited in late October (think it's North West facing) but probably not a problem in summer when the sun is higher and shade may be a necessity. We had a few problems with the wifi but these were resolved after a few days. In the cooler months I think it would also be useful to provide more bedding as a single sheet (on a double bed) doesn't suffice!

Thanks for your feedback Keith we like to hear and improve on our services. I just wanted to explain briefly for any possible guest wants to book and read so please do not be offended. There are 2 supermarkets nearby about 250 meters away also we do offer welcome pack to book before your arrival so there is something to eat and drink on your arrival. We are not happy about the speaker for the mosque and planning to sort it this winter :) We do have extra beddings and blankets etc for cold times, mostly they stay in wardrobes if not we are always here to give extra ones on request. Lovely property, in great location.

Beautiful villa. Perfect for the 5 of my family on 3 storeys. Only thing to get right, is if you are all in the shower on the 3 floors at the same time, the pressure is greatly reduced. But lovely villa.

It was well equipped and clean, it would be great to go there again. Things that could be improved are the shower heads in the shower and water pressure decreases if two or more of them are being utilised.

Beautiful villa, very comfortable with great amenities

The villa had everything you would need and more. Suleyman was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. Place was spotless. Local supermarket delivered order which saved us carrying shopping. Internet was slow and reception not good in some parts of villa. Noticed dogs barking quite a bit and cats howling which was a bit noisy at night, otherwise was a peaceful area.

Couldn't really fault it

Villa well placed for quick walk to sea front/bars/restaurants. The bedrooms and ensuites were lovely and large and clean. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Wi-Fi a little slow - but that didn't matter, as we were by the pool or in Nils Restaurant and using their Wi-Fi. Pool table and table-tennis table an added bonus (as we didn't know they were there, or we'd forgotten!). Suleyman was really kind and came round to make sure everything was OK with us, when we had a problem. If booking any activities, say you're staying at the Nevada Hotel (just round the corner from the villa), and then you'll get picked up from there. I'm sure we'll book again.

Stunning villa in ideal location

Stayed here for 10 days on a family holiday (myself, my hubby & 2 teenage children). The villa is absolutely stunning - the rooms, especially the main bedroom, on the 3rd floor, are really spacious. There are 3 bedrooms, all with large ensuite shower rooms & also a toilet downstairs. The villa has air-conditioning & is kept very clean & maintained to a high standard. It has it's own private gardens with a private pool which are also well maintained. The villa is located in a nice quiet area with a short 10 min walk to the restaurants, shops & beach. Communication & information provided by the owner was excellent & very helpful. He even very kindly organised our transfers to & from the airport. We definitely recommend this villa & hope to return ourselves sometime in the future.

The property is just as the pictures show

Our stay was amazing we had a wonderful two weeks the property is spotlessly clean if you have any problems the staff are only a phone call away and they come straight out to you they are kind and helpful and the owner is just the same you can contact him any time I would recommend this villa to anyone the pool was lovely and the area was always kept clean short walk into calis and also the transfer company that the owner provides if you need it was excellent there waiting at Dalaman for use and was even early for our return home they all go above and beyond to help you would just also like to thank the owner suleyman for everything Maria

Lovely villa, very clean and spacious.

This is a beautiful area of Turkey. We stayed here for three weeks, and the owner, Suleyman, was there to greet us upon our arrival. During our stay he was always extremely helpful whenever we needed to contact him for any information. The roads around the villa can be a bit confusing at first, but a good location point is the Nevada Hotel, in the next street, to aim for if you are catching a taxi. The villa is situated a 10 minute walk from the beach. There are lots of shops and a large variety of restaurants along the beach front. Walk to the end of the road and you can catch the Dolmus to Fethiya, and walk along the beautiful harbour. There is so much to do and see, and the busses run so frequently. You can also catch the water ferry which takes you into Fethiya. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, and would recommend this villa.

Feel like you're home

We spent 8 days in Fathiye, we were lucky to stay in this beautiful villa , we felt like we are at home. The customer service was perfect -and the manager was very kind and he was very helpful. The villa is perfectly clean and they were checking the pool every day. I highly recommend this villa specially if you looking for best quality with a resnable price and good location. It's almost 200 m from the beach, we just had to cross the road to arrive to the beach. The area is very quiet at yhe same time you can walk to the beach to enjoy bars and cafés .

Absolutely fantastic experience and stay. *Please Read*

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks in July 2016 a family consisting of 2 adults and 3 children, upon arrival which was around 10pm, we we're met/greeted by Suleman the owner as we were waiting for the key to arrive Suleman kindly took us to the local Kipa supermarket in his vehicle where we were able to buy groceries for the week. Upon entry to the villa, we noticed it was in immaculate condition, absolutely surprised at the level of cleanliness and standard. The villa was spacious, clean and fully kitted out with all amenities you would need and expect. Plenty of linen, towels, crockery and utensils. The pool was cleaned religiously every morning which was perfect. The owner returned to the UK as his was visit was over but his cousin 'Kadir' who was also our contact if we had any issues was an absolute gem, always on call if we needed any help or directions etc. Very attentive and hospitable. Kadir was helpful enough to provide a taxi contact who was on call 24/7 if we needed a taxi. My son required medical assistance I called The owner who was very helpful and inturn he sent a private doctor to the villa which was very kind. Overall our experience would not have been such a delight if it wasn't for the extreme hospitality we received from the villa owner and his kin. They totally treated us like family. If we ever returned to Calis we would most certainly stay here again, we would highly recommend this villa for hassle free holiday. The villa is located very close to the beach and the dolmus route was even closer if you want to take a trip to Fethiye. The villa was worth every penny, if your looking for a private holiday villa experience o would highly recommend this villa, you will find everything you need at the villa and shops and restaurants to be in a short distance if you want to venture out. Thank you very much Suleman and Kadir, my family and I are very grateful for your kindness and hospitality you made us feel very welcome. Ps, we loved the Pommegranite and Sharon Fruit trees around the back... Shame they were not ripe for us to pick :)
