Fantastic manor house of approximately 1.000m2 built on a land of about 15.000m2, with a large swimming pool of 200m2 surrounded by gardens, located in the countryside and very close by car to the famous Trenc beach and a few minutes from Campos. Ideal for large groups of friends, family gatherings, or to organize events or seminars, as it can hold up to 18 people.

The house is equipped with all the details and distributed in three levels. On the ground floor there is a large hall and several lounges, a large glazed living-dining room overlooking the terrace and pool, also with direct access to it, all next to the fully equipped kitchen. In total there are seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, on the ground floor two (one double and one two beds) and two bathrooms, upstairs on the first floor three bedrooms with bathroom en suite with double bed. In the attic there is a gymnasium, and two quadruple bedrooms with single beds, and between them a complete bathroom.

Equipped with 5 cots and 5 high chairs, air conditioning throughout the house, heating by electric radiators, wifi internet, stereo, home cinema, hair dryer, coffee maker nexpresso, 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, and video intercom. Outside, large swimming pool, wide terraces and porch, closed barbecue and a huge garage for about 4-5 cars and large storage room. Finca completely fenced in. In the surroundings you enjoy tranquility and privacy, near the village of Campos and about 30-40 minutes from Palma.
