Un séjour spacieux et unique sur 5 beaux hectares en ville

Ce grand appartement est le niveau inférieur de la maison principale. Il est complÚtement séparé avec sa propre entrée et un curseur qui s'ouvre sur le patio. Nous sommes heureux de partager l'accÚs au reste de notre belle propriété. C'est un endroit idéal pour sortir et s'amuser avec de nombreux espaces disponibles pour les jeux de jardin ou pour se détendre prÚs d'un feu.

La location est magnifiquement rénovée et trÚs spacieuse mais confortable. Les deux chambres ont des lits queen, plus une troisiÚme zone de couchage avec un canapé IKEA qui se transforme en lit queen. Le coin cuisine / salon à aire ouverte est idéal pour les familles et les petits groupes. La kitchenette ne comprend pas de cuisiniÚre / four, mais nous avons inclus des appareils pour faciliter la cuisson des repas simples. Ceux-ci comprennent un brûleur à induction, un four / rÎtissoire à convection, une plaque chauffante, une mijoteuse, un four micro-ondes et un petit four grille-pain. La cuisine comprend un évier complet, un réfrigérateur de la taille d'un appartement et beaucoup d'espace de comptoir. De plus, il y a accÚs au gril. Nous fournissons fiÚrement du café torréfié localement et des thés mélangés localement.

Loni et moi vivons au niveau supĂ©rieur de la maison et avons nos propres entrĂ©es et pont supĂ©rieur. La plupart du temps, nous serons disponibles pour de l'aide, des questions ou mĂȘme un chat. Nous comprenons si vous aimez votre vie privĂ©e et ferons de notre mieux pour respecter cela, mais si vous souhaitez choisir un cerveau local, nous sommes toujours heureux de partager une boisson ensemble.

Notre quartier est idĂ©alement situĂ© pour ĂȘtre proche de nombreuses options. Nous sommes Ă  4, 5 miles du centre-ville de Bellingham, Ă  1 mile du lac Whatcom et du lac Toad, et Ă  proximitĂ© de Mt Baker Hwy pour l'accĂšs aux activitĂ©s de montagne. De plus, il y a des parcs et des sentiers Ă  proximitĂ© pour des promenades, des randonnĂ©es et du VTT. Nous sommes trĂšs chanceux d'avoir 5 acres si prĂšs en ville. C'est notre petite oasis au milieu du quartier.

Cozy space for our family. Nicely furnished .i liked that the futon was in its own little nook, so my teenager could sleep there without being in the middle of the living room. Nice table for dining, great couch for watching tv or playing games. The two bedrooms were also very comfortable. You need a car for most things but we walked down to.the Lakeline Coffee shop (about 20 mins). This seems like a great base to explore Bellingham from, especially if you like peace and quiet and a natural setting.

What a great, cozy, spacious place for our family to celebrate graduation weekend! It has everything you need with great and responsive hosts. Only 6 minutes to Whatcom Falls and about 15-20 minutes to downtown Bellingham and WWU.

The property was beautiful, 5 acres that included a live stream, a forested area and a pond. Wildlife was abundant. The host was friendly and helpful. The only real issue was making a reservation, which I blame on VRBO. The dates we thought we reserved were not what we ended up with. We decided to use our reservation anyway and stayed in a motel the first two nights. I would caution future users to review the amenities carefully to ensure the appliances they need are available

The property is pretty, has all you need for a nice and comfortable stay.Unfortunately the laundry room, bathroom and one of the bedrooms had a strong cigar smell :( and for non-smoke family as mine was very annoying.

Great location!

Cozy place with excellent hosts who provided everything and more. I really appreciated the local coffee beans and coffee grinder! They went above and beyond with the delicious local hard cider! Close to the water, great neighborhood, I definitely recommend this place.

Serene and beautiful property.

The house was warm and inviting with a gas "wood burning" stove. We were able to enjoy a small group of old friends, even though the kitchen is relatively small, as we gathered together at the beautiful and spacious dining room table. As advertised, there is no stove top or oven, but plenty of electric appliances to make cooking easy. Alana was very welcoming and easy going. We really enjoyed our interactions with her. We loved sitting in the living room enjoying the view of lovely apple trees that were in bloom. The remodeled bathroom is beautiful and the bedrooms were quite comfortable. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great spot, great hosts

Very comfortable stay, three beds, nice couches, outdoor fireplace on a great piece of property. Host welcomed us with cider and was attentive but not intrusive. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed and furniture, cool artwork, very friendly and responsive hostesses. (This vrbo works well if you have a walker, providing it folds up side to side. Otherwise you won’t have access to the kitchen area or living room seating.)

Very nice, owners very helpful

Cute cozy clean basement apartment. The grounds are very nice for walking, and quite extensive. We had a lot of rain so could not take much advantage of it. Also, we were not in the place very much because we were mostly there to visit family. But as a place to lay our heads each night it was very nice. The location was perfect for us.

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay here was incredible. The walkable trails around the property were a nice bonus to explore with my coffee in the mornings. The space is the lower floor, so if some puppy gallumphing and tiny human pitter patters will greatly irritate you, you may want to find another location, but they are very upfront about this. We had minor issues with some of the kitchen appliances, but the renters were very responsive to all issues. Was VERY close to almost everything on the list of things we wanted to see in and around Bellingham. Overall, incredible location!

Wonderful Stay in Bellingham

Highly recommend! This was one of our favorite vacation rentals by far. The property is beautiful and the rental was great, very comfy beds and sofa area! Alana was so friendly and very helpful in providing info on hiking trails and good restaurants in the area. Her complimentary hard cider was delicious and a wonderful bonus. We will definitely be back!

Just what we were looking for and more

Very accommodating to our needs. A lovely place to spend a fall weekend with our young Adult children. Carving pumpkins and utilizing the great outdoor space was just what we needed. Then we were offered the most amazing local cider and found a new favorite place to add to our collection of faves in BHam! We will be back!

Loni and I have always loved to travel. What we love most about traveling is being able to experience the life and culture of each area that we visit. When we are not traveling, we love to open our home to family and friends and have hosted several events. This got us thinking that our home is a perfect set up for the traveling adventurer such as ourselves.

Plus we are pet lovers and are always happiest when we can take them with us. We have 3 dachshunds (Rolo, Bella and Beans) and a beautiful cat (Cece). They have lots of personality and entertain us regularly. This is why we have decided to be pet friendly with our rental. As long as your pet is house broken, friendly and adorable they are welcome!

We purchased our property from family and it has been in the family for many years. It has 5 park like acres and there have been many celebrations and good times had on it. Our friends and family have often said we should host a B&B. It finally sunk in and got us thinking...

Our home is conveniently two separate levels. After a beautiful remodel we turned the lower half into a gorgeous and comfortable rental. You may be wondering "Why Bed n Brew?" While we weren't interested in providing breakfast, we don't do anything without our morning coffee so we decided to provide guests with locally roasted coffee and locally blended teas.

Additionally, Bellingham is quickly becoming a beer connoisseur destination. With several breweries up and running and more on the way, it makes this little town a fun location to taste craft beers. We are happy to share our knowledge of the local beer industry and direct people to experiencing the best Bellingham has to offer.
