Un nouveau et entièrement rénové, appartement confortable dans le centre d'Athènes attend d'accueillir jusqu'à 3 personnes!
Juste dans le centre de la ville, une distance de marche du métro et de bus (10 minutes à pied de la station de métro Victoria ou à 15 minutes à pied de Attiki station de métro) .Alternatively, Trolleys No 11 ou 5 vous obtiendrez directement à la place Omonia où vous peut commencer votre voyage sur la découverte du centre historique.
Facile d'accès depuis et vers l'aéroport (ligne 2 station de métro Attiki, changer à Syntagma ligne 3)
L'appartement d'une chambre est situé au 5ème étage d'un immeuble de la famille et peut accueillir confortablement 2 invité ou même un de plus dans le canapé. Si un petit bébé se déplace avec vous il n'y a pas de problème car un parc de bébé sera fourni. Il y a aussi un grand balcon pour ceux qui veulent se détendre après une longue journée de visites ou bénéficiant d'une vue! Le lieu est entièrement équipée avec tout ce qu'un visiteur pourrait avoir besoin (il y a aussi une machine à expresso) et la rénovation récente rend une atmosphère agréable et moderne. TV, cuisine et air conditionné sont inclus. Le placard à pied est un plus! Magasins tels que les magasins de coin, boulangeries, petits kiosques ou restaurants se trouvent à proximité. Il y a un supermarché à seulement 50 mètres du bâtiment. Dans cette zone multiculturelle, vous pouvez trouver des boutiques et des goodies de différents côtés du monde.

Great place!

Properly managers ALWAYS in touch to answer all ur questions & provide help...aircon (if u need) it efficient and whisper quiet...only slight problem w the entire experience is that the shower stall is quite small; like trying to shower in a phone booth. But otherwise I would recommend the apartment 110%.

Needs improvement

This apartment is roomy and has a very large veranda. Here are the problems: Dirty sofa back cushions found in bedroom closet and had no covers. Blanket on sofa had holes. Shower door fell apart at first touch. We fixed it. Part of old shower door on veranda and had broken glass throughout. Plastic table on veranda so dilapidated it was almost unusable. Very unsafe neighborhood by our observation and by word from others.

This property is completely unsafe for tourists. It is located on Felis Street in central Athens, a location widely regarded by locals as one of the most dangerous streets in the city. The entire street is surrounded by brothels, homelessness, and visible drug activity. Directly opposite the apartment is a brothel, and the building next door is a derelict shelter that has been broken into and is now used by drug users and the homeless. At no point did we feel safe, especially at night. This is residential apartment in a poorly maintained building. Throughout our stay, we were repeatedly woken up by loud noises: once by drilling in the building during the night, and another time by screaming and what seemed to be a violent argument outside. The shower is also faulty, a door panel is missing, so the bathroom floor floods unless you shower very carefully. Additionally, the hot water takes around 20 minutes to heat up, which is extremely inconvenient. The lift is ancient. In order for it to operate, you need to manually pull a wheel at the top of the inner door something no tourist would reasonably be expected to know. If you don’t, the lift stops working entirely. The handful of positive reviews on this listing appear to be written by friends/family, they are not reflective of the reality. It’s shocking that a platform like Expedia would allow such a property to remain listed.

Très bien !

Très bien placé, proche des transports en commun et toutes commodités. Appartement agréable et fonctionnel, belle terrasse. Juste petit bémol pour une porte de douche manquante et des couverts à renflouer. Immeuble très propre et ascenseur qui fonctionne bien. Quartier calme.

Très bon sejour, très bon restaurant dans le quartier mais il faut chercher un peu ….métro à 5 mn

Propriétés propre seul hic pas insonoriser, réveiller tôt par le chien de la voisine qui aboie, par l’ascenseur ou les bruit extérieur à l’immeuble, sinon le quartier fais un peu ghetto au 1 er abords mais aucun problème rencontrer le soir ou dans la journée ….. Très bon restaurant à proximité et le métro a 5 mn à pied

Quartier calme, marché le mercredi dans la rue. De la terrasse on aperçoit l'Acropole... La terrasse est très grande, ombragée, idéale pour déjeuner ou boire l'apéro 😉. Appartement très propre. Ideal en couple.

Un lieu idéal pour visiter Athènes

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre de la ville et de son centre historique. Confortable, spacieux (nous étions 3) et avec une grande terrasse, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons pu profiter de la ville autant que nous le souhaitions.

Overall a decent place to stay. 3/5 stars.Positives: The apartment was spacious with a lovely large balcony and a kitchenette that came in very handy. The neighborhood it's located in is a bit rundown, but at no point did I [a woman traveling alone] feel unsafe. It is very close to the Victoria metro stop and has several cafes nearby for a wonderful breakfast if you don't feel like cooking. Check in was straightforward with easy instructions sent via the VRBO app. Negatives: The shower door does not close, which leads to flooding in the bathroom when it is used. The elevator must be sent back down to the lobby after use, which is not included in the check in guide and did result in an interesting interaction with another tenant in the building. Check out is the primary reason why I cannot recommend this place as a solo traveler. The keys need to be left behind in the apartment, on the fifth floor, but the front/lobby door locks automatically and needs to be unlocked from the inside. If the keys are left in the apartment and another tenant locks the front door behind them, you are locked inside the building.

A great place in Athens

Everything was perfect: location, big and tidy space, close to city center and local shops and restaurants, free public parking places near the e trance. Also great contact and a lot of help from Homerentality crew. It's really an excellent place to stay in Athens. I'm hoping to rent this place one more time in future 😃

Schönes, sauberes Apartment mit einem coolen Balkon

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön & man fühlt sich auch nachts durch die guten Schlösser an der Tür sicher. Der Fahrstuhl hat uns nicht gefallen, da es wie ein alter Lastenaufzug ist & ziemlich wackelig. Allem in allem ist mittwochs in der Straße immer ein cooler Markt was für uns ein schöner erster Eindruck war.

Compact, modern and convenient. Would rent again! Less than a 10 minute walk to Victoria Station. Wifi a great plus. Recommend for a couple on a short term stay. On 5th floor and has a lift. Shower space is compact, no tub No oven but microwave and stovetop If you look out over the balcony you see a glimpse of the Parthenon Very responsive manager. Super pricing. Near markets, shops and restaurants
