Cette unifamiliale nouveau luxe mitoyen dispose de 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains. Il est situé à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage publique et à quelques pas d'une piscine communautaire extérieure (limité). Promenade à la plage publique en minutes, où la plage surveillée est sur place pendant la saison estivale. Parking devant la maison gratuitement.

Entrez et vous êtes accueillis par des planchers de bois chaleureux, coin gai et confortable dans le salon avec un canapé-lit, une table à manger pouvant accueillir six (6) plus, un grand téléviseur HD à écran plat avec le câble et un lecteur Blu-ray / lecteur DVD avec Netflix streaming. Une cuisine, une salle d'eau, buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge, et l'accès à un patio cour clôturée se trouve également sur le premier niveau.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer et servir les repas pour la famille et les amis avec des sièges pour deux au comptoir à déjeuner. La cour fermée dispose d'un gril à charbon de bois et un ensemble de patio pouvant accueillir quatre plus.

Le premier niveau comprend également la chambre principale avec un lit queen confortable, une coiffeuse, un téléviseur à écran plat SmartTV et une salle de bain privée avec douche à l’italienne.

Le deuxième niveau comprend deux chambres et une salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche combo. = -Un avec un grand lit confortable, un canapé causeuse et une télévision HD à écran plat LED; une autre avec un lit queen confortable avec un lit gigogne, un lit jumeau, une TV HD à écran plat et un lecteur Blu-ray / DVD avec streaming Netflix.

Un parking (2), un accès Internet haut débit, la télévision par câble et la diffusion Netflix sont inclus.

Localisation: La communauté est située partie sud de Myrtle Beach - à quelques minutes de toutes les attractions, des boutiques, restaurants et divertissements de Myrtle Beach a à offrir. Proche et pratique de Family Kingdom, de Broadway sur la plage, de la zone commune du marché, des centres commerciaux et des points de vente, de Brookgreen Garden et du Centre de conventions.

Awesome Stay!!!

This location was perfect for me and my family for Spring Break. Even though the weather wasn’t the best, we still have an amazing time! The Landlord for the property was prompt in responding and made the booking process easy. I will definitely book again!

Awesome location and super cute place to stay with family!

My blended family stayed over spring break with four kids and had such a great time! The house was fully prepared for a week stay and the owner was wonderful! Definitely recommend staying here! We all look forward to staying here again!

Our overall stay was good, the house was a short walk to the beach! It was close to restaurants and other entertainment. The house was spacious but the kitchen was not stocked very well and the furniture needs updating. The house host was always quick to respond to my questions, all in all we had a great week.

The place was amazing, not too far from the beach literally 7 mins away in walking distance. Only issue we had was the bed and pillows were flat and uncomfortable to sleep in “Flintstone beds”

Great location!

This was a perfect house for our group. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach, and very close to the boardwalk, broadway at the beach, numerous restaurants, and more. The pool was directly across from our house, so that was super convenient as well.

Great vacation

My family really enjoyed the house. Jay is really nice and very attentive. Other than a few minor issues our stay was amazing. The house is in a great location, the babies enoyed the pool and the beach was just a short walk. We would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

Overall great stay! This is a lovely home to stay in while traveling! Close to the beach and close to many attractions! The only thing we did notice are the fridge leaks water inside, unsure if it's just bad condensation or something is wrong with the fridge but it will get stuff wet inside of the fridge. But we just wiped it up multiple times a day and dealt accordingly. It was a great place and would love to stay here again!

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry for the inconvenience. The recently replaced new door seal for the refrigerator was not air-sealed, which caused the problem. The problem has been corrected/fixed already.

Cute cottage

The Gulf Stream cottage was very cute. Location was very good to all excursions we did. The beds mattresses unfortunately could use some updating in rooms upstairs. The pots and pans also could use some updating as well. Overall the cottage worked for us. Jay was easily reachable as well.

Our stay

Wifi didn't work kept cutting out, couch and love seat you sank way down when you sat in them, the pool was closed two days, the pans were burnt, downstairs bed you sank into and none of the beds were queens they are fulls, people outside fighting next to my vehicle and another group had motorcycles and kept reving the engines at night time. The house itself was nice but the furniture needs updated.

Sorry to see your feedbacks and complains. Let me try to give my updates as well as clarifications here: a) The Sleeper Sofa in the living room was replaced by a brand new one last weekend (from Rooms-To-Go). b) The ourside Gril was replaced last weekend - a new and larger size. c) the mattress in the room downstairs was bought brand new in April, 2021 - a 13-inch Memory Foam - Firm. Please understand that it is impossible to find a mattress that has "perfect firmness" for everyone. d) All four (4) large beds (including the sleeper sofa) are QUEEEN size - NOT full-size. The comment on the bed-size above can be misleading to potential/future travelers. e) Cookware available inside the house are mixed - some were provided by the owner and some were brought by travelers. Unforturantly, the housekeeping team does not have full control on cookware, dishes, and cups. f) Pool, parking areas, and the orther common areas are monitored/managed by HOA Property Management Company. Generally speaking, this is a very quiet and peaceful community! I noticed that the week of your stay was a holiday/bike-week of the year. Future travelers be aware: If you are not coming to Myrtle Beach for the Bike-Week (late May), please avoid this holiday-weekend since you may not like the noises of motorcycles and traffics at Myrtle Beach during this holiday-weekend!

Family get away, but only for a funeral

Everything was perfect. This is the first time my mom has stayed in a location of this sort. They are so used to staying at hotels but not realizing there’s more opportunities out there of being able to enjoy a place that you can feel comfortable at but all the amenities, she wasn’t used to that she loved it and we had a great time even though we were going down there for a funeral but I was able to see other family members. Also she’s ready to go back already. Thank you guys for everything.

Nice place to stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. My one son complained bed was like concrete but my wife and i slept fine on our bed. If you travel with a group over 5, bring extra towels to use after you shower. Had some neighbors being loud and smoking pot but you’ll have that sometimes overall we had a fantastic time! The beach was just a short walk away we drove up to the boardwalk you could walk up to it but it would probably take you about 20-30 minutes. The manager made sure we got into the place and asked if we needed anything we didn’t but he was definitely friendly and hands on.

HI Ron, Thank you for staying at my family's vacation home last week. I am glad to hear you and your family had a great time during your stay. I am sorry to hear that you did not find enough clean shower towers in the house for some of your family members. For future travelers/guests: My housekeeping should leave eight sets of clean towels upon completion of each cleaning: 4 sets are on towel bars, and the extra 4 sets can be found inside the cabinets under bathroom sinks. Please let me know if there are less than eight sets of clean shower towels in the house upon check-in. So I can have my housekeeping to delivery more clean shower towels to the house. Jay

Horrible vacation home but great location

The house is not as advertised, it’s dirty , furniture falling apart and my 4 year old cracked his head off the board sticking out from the arm of the oversized chair/loveseat .. and doesn’t match the pictures , back yard is mudd and dirt no grass… the bedding is dirty with old sweat stains and dust , the floors and the walls , the shower curtain has mold growing all over the bottom , the tv is missing in the upstairs bedroom and the other one in the upstairs room is stuck facing the ceiling , the patio set is broken and umbrella is ripped and doesn’t stay up. The dishes were not cleaned properly and there was old food left from previous ppl with mold all over it . We contacted the host and he did nothing but sent housekeeping with clean sheets and they mopped the floor that’s it , he did nothing else and was supposed to refund us the cleaning fee and now he’s not responding to vrbo or me . DON’T book here if you don’t have to bc it’s not worth the money he’s charging !

Our parking passes that were emailed to us had the incorrect checkout dates, but it was corrected as soon as we got to the home. When we got to the home, the code didn’t work, but Jay answered as soon as I called him and had it fixed within just a few minutes. The home does sleep several people, but it’s not very roomy for a large group, the furniture does need updating, one of the drawers in the downstairs bedroom is falling apart, the mattress in the downstairs bedroom has a dip in it making it extremely uncomfortable, the screen door has to be pulled really hard to get it to close, but it still has large gaps making it impossible to leave the front door open because it gets hot from the air coming in from the gaps, and the dryer needs to be replaced. It ruined a lot of our clothes from strings getting stuck in the wheel and leaving black marks on half of our clothing items. It is a super quick walk to the beach, and everyone staying this last week was super nice. With a few upgrades and a smaller group of people staying, it would be the perfect spot! We had a great time and greatly appreciate Jay answering on the first call to help us get a few things taken care of!

Thanks for the feedback. * Two new nightstands in the Master Bedroom downstairs have been ordered and are being replaced. * The mattresses in each/all bedrooms are being checked for wear and tear, and will be replaced if necessary. * The recent damage to the front Storm Door has been repaired. It is working as expected now. * The defect to the dryer, caused by insertion of a foreign object between the drum and its edge, was removed. This should fix the problem reported.

The amenities were awful. The house alarm went off every morning at 9 am, called the owner who told me how to disarm it but it went off every day anyway. The refrigerator seal was broken and did not keep the food cold. Had to put a case of water in front of it to keep the door shut right. The lights flickered on and off daily, the laundry room had an odor like a dead rodent, the toilets over flowed on two occasions, the wifi didn't always work and to make matters worse the owner controlled the a/c remotely. All this after I called the owner every day with these complaints. His response "I live 3 hours away". Said he would have someone come check but never did. I'd have given a big fat ZERO but it doesn't allow you to.🤨

Great house

We enjoyed our stay here, the one thing if anything is the beds are full size so in the master bedroom a full size bed is NOT a comfortable size for two people.

The house was the perfect size for our friend group (3 adults) so we each had our own room and multiple bathrooms. Beds were comfy/cozy and the location and proximity to the beach couldn't be beat!

Clean but not the most comfortable.

The condo is really clean and tidy. The check-in process was super easy. It was probably a 3 minute walk to the beach which is really convenient with a toddler! Jay was very responsive when we called with a question. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because all of the beds and furniture were pretty worn out and kinda uncomfortable. If the beds were to be replaced it would be perfect!
