This brand NEW (11/1/2020) home is in a safe and quaint neighborhood centrally located to some of Myrtle Beach’s greatest attractions and just 1.8 miles away from the beach. Only minutes to the best shopping, restaurants, night life, golf, beaches and entertainment at Broadway at the Beach. This home is perfect for your family or friend group!

Explore this brand new modern and spacious 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home located within the Cloisters at Myrtlewood on 48th Avenue North in the heart of Myrtle Beach. This new construction 2,100 sq. ft. home is beautifully decorated and has impressive features like stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, tray ceiling in the living room, multiple flat screen televisions with cable, and complimentary WiFi Internet access.

A couple of great features and fun facts to note:

-The nearest beach access, 48th Avenue North and Ocean Boulevard is 1.6 miles away and a 6 minute drive!
-Broadway at the Beach is 2.6 miles away and a 7 minute drive
-We have a tankless water heater so there will be no shortage of hot water
-Just about every room has a flat screen TV
-Parking in the neighborhood is not assigned and is on a first come first serve basis
-Nearest Major Airport: Myrtle Beach International Airport (7.1 miles)
-The house is pet friendly. The pet fee applies $100 dollars per pet 2 max
-You have to be 25+ to rent unless you're willing to put down a larger refundable security deposit
-Trash pick-up is on Wednesday morning, please put the trash cans on the road the night before!
-Walmart (38th Avenue North and North King's Hwy) is the closest grocery store.

Note: Please do not deliver mail/packages to the house without prior coordination.

Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow motorcycles or boat trailers.

Family Golf Getaway

Great time and house! The proximity to Rte 17 made the outdoor back porch very loud, but the central location to everything is nice.

College visit

We went to Myrtle Beach for a Coastal Carolina college tour. The house was conveniently located to enjoy Myrtle Beach attractions and made for an easy commute to Conway. We enjoyed having the space the house offered.

Great house

Stayed 6 nights for prepping for wedding at Pine Lakes Country Club. Rooms were much larger than they appeared on pics and bathrooms were nicely updated. Plenty of room for our family and very close to club, grocery stores and beach. Excellent running or walking path through neighborhoods. We had 4 cars for 2 of the nights and were able to get all of them parked on the property and side drives. Would definitely stay again!

House was spacious as advertised and able to accommodate a large family with kids. Although, the house was nice the AC wasn't working properly during our stay. Also, the master bath shower drains very slow causing a build of water while showering and towels/clothes were left in the shower from the previous stay.The host provided portable ac units to combat the issue which we truly appreciate. But at times we were still uncomfortable and luckily we were gone most of the day to not worry about the issue.Outside of the AC issue and master bath we enjoyed the location and amenities that were offered.

Just book it!

Don’t think twice! This property is EVERYTHING! The manager is so nice and communicative. I love that there are instructions and labels throughout the home. It’s all laid out for you there is no way anything is missed. I can’t say enough good things about this property/experience. I loved everything about it!

Weekend Stay

Great property, great location to a ton of stuff (restaurants, shops, ball field we played at, etc). Plenty of room for 8 guests. I slept on couch that has to be put together for a bed. Wasn't the best, but lets face it it's a couch, lol. No real complaints otherwise. Notified the owner of a possible water issue outside, he responded quickly. Garage fit our Chevy Equinox. All in all a great experience. Thanks!!!

Fabulous property.

The property is even better in person. We entered the home with fingers crossed - hoping that the pictures weren’t enhanced. They weren’t! We were a party of 9. It never felt crowded and everyone felt like they had privacy. The property manager, Julian, is super responsive and on top of his game. I emailed him passed midnight because our flights were canceled. I expected to hear back from him later in the morning. He responded within minutes and although the house was booked he had another option for us. We will definitely stay here again!!

Nice house, great location!

The house is newly built, nice and modern plainly of space for my family easy check in. The only flaws is trying to park on these two stripes of Concrete beside the house where they have water arrigation system causing to much mud and water my SUV almost got stuck, but if you have a car you can park on the curb or in the garage. Outside parking are not reserved its first come only. House keeping needs to mop better found dog pee in the down stairs bedroom. Also bathroom rugs were dirty and kitchen could use a toaster for breakfast to cook toast or bagles. My family and I Would like to come back again. Thank you for allowing us to stay😊

2021 Graduation Trip For my Awesome Son

I want to start off by saying the property was awesome, clean, neat. We got a lot of rain, but it didn't stop us from celebrating my son's graduation. We weren't directly on the beach, but we were close enough. The comfort of the home was like we were at home. It was so the best and to see my son's face and my family was the best part. He smiled as he walked every room and that to me was all I needed as a parent. He enjoyed it with family & a few close friends of his so it was perfect. Thank you so much Nick and Julian you all couldn't have made this process more special than you all did. The price was great, the decorations were perfect, the space was great. We had a few minor hiccups, but nothing there again to take away from this trip. Thank you so very much from my family & Friends. Ms. Williams
