Une spacieuse villa ensoleillée idéale pour les groupes d'ùges variés et la famille 4 chambres doubles toutes avec air conditionné et salle de bain
Wifi rapide gratuit dans toute la villa.
NOUVEAU pour 2019 salles de bains et salon rénovés.
Le salon, la cuisine, la terrasse, la piscine et le bar ont l'avantage d'ĂȘtre tous de plain-pied, ce qui permet de garder facilement un Ɠil sur les tout-petits. Il n'y a donc pas de terrasse ni d'escaliers pour monter Ă  la piscine, etc. qui conviendrait Ă  ceux qui ont un peu de mobilitĂ© restreinte
Le jardin et la piscine sont privés et ne sont pas négligés et il y a une porte à la piscine pour la sécurité des enfants.
Toutes les chambres sont des chambres doubles avec air conditionnĂ© et salle de bain. Les chambres supĂ©rieures ont toutes des portes menant Ă  une terrasse donnant sur le jardin et la piscine, ce qui n’est pas nĂ©gligĂ© et constitue un endroit idĂ©al pour prendre le petit-dĂ©jeuner ou un verre en soirĂ©e.
Depuis le toit-terrasse, vous pourrez admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil et admirer le magnifique ciel dégagé la nuit et écouter nos hiboux discuter entre eux lorsque le soleil commence à se coucher. La terrasse sur le toit constitue également un piÚge idéal. pour ceux qui aiment bronzer.
Dans le jardin arboré, divers arbustes et plantes tropicales libÚrent leur parfum la nuit.
Le bar et le barbecue sont le lieu de divertissement idéal avec éclairage et un réfrigérateur supplémentaire. Un barbecue à gaz supplémentaire est également prévu pour ceux qui préfÚrent cette méthode de cuisson ou pour les grands groupes.

Il y a de nombreuses chaises longues et des chaises longues ainsi que des serviettes séparées pour la piscine.

Hi we stayed for 10 days in Mijas Spain at Annabel’s beautiful villa.The accommodation was first class & we all had our own bedrooms & bathrooms. The villa was very clean & had everything we needed for a happy & comfortable holiday.The garden & swimming pool were amazing & we were peaceful & in a lovely area with views of the mountains.Annabel was a superb host & answered all of our questions & communications quickly & efficiently, I would certainly recommend staying here & I will be happy to return again if given the opportunity.Many thanks Jay

Really great communication in the run up and whilst there. Fantastic villa - really wonderful that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom even with three couples there no one was ever on top of anyone. The pool gate and stairgate meant we could relax with our toddler running round. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Great place to stay we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The villa had everything we needed. We enjoyed being between mijas pueblo and the coastline of Fuengirola. Taxis can get costly so I would recommend hiring a car which we will do the next time we visit. But overall what a great place

Very Good!

We are 3 couples spent a short break in this lovely villa. Plenty of space very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Added bonus was heated pool the water was luxuriously warm throughout our stay very impressive. The manger and owner are very friendly nothing was too much trouble we even had complimentary wine for our arrival!We left feeling relaxed and refreshed will definitely be back.

Perfect!

We were a party of 8 ranging from 5 years to 80 years and the villa was very spacious inside and out! The heated pool was a big hit & was enjoyed both through the day and at night. Plenty of board games and a good selection of reading matter. The villa is very well equipped, in fact I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in one that was better equipped!ideally situated to enjoy the beach resorts and beautiful Mijas village.

Very nice

The best was the pool! All the bedrooms were nice, good and spacies. A little bit hard beds.Aircondiction in every room - good. Nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom and an extra toilett by the livingroom.We walked down to the beach and took Uber back home. It took us a good half an hour to walk. Recommend to hire a car.

Perfect vacation

It was the second time we rented the villa – and we hope to return. Everything in the villa is in perfect condition. The heated pool is perfect in January! Some distance to Mijas/beach, but we didn’t bother to rent a car since Uber/Bolt is so easy to use.

Excellent stay near a perfect seaside location

We really loved the stay. The property itself is brilliant. Just what we were looking for. The pool was good for the kids as it was heated but also well shaded in October so not worried about them burning. Annabel and Sally were great hosts and answered questions quickly, even in these odd covid times. Fuengirola is a great little town with many good restaurants.

Nice villa in a nice quiet location. Good communication and easy check in process with the owner! We had a car and I would advise having one unless you want to stay in the villa for the whole time. Everything is within 3/4 miles of the area but we found it so easy with a car! Would recommend this villa to anyone especially families

Mijas Golf

Dealing with Anabel was a pleasure, very prompt with answering questions. The property itself was perfect for 4 fat old golfers. 4 seperate rooms with 4 bathrooms. Lovely outdoor seating area and a great pool. Only slight negative was that theres only really one restaurant within walking distançe, but mijas or fuengirola only a few minutes cab ride away. Overall a great stay, and will use it again in the future.

Beautiful villa

We stayed for 4 nights at the Villa Carlito Santa Monica, with our friends, 2 other couples. The villa is really well equipped and very peaceful. The pool is heated and well kept. There is a very good local bus service to Mihas Pueblo and Fungirola and the taxi's are easy to book. Sally the property manager is lovely and really helpful with recommendations and after a couple of days we found ourselves right at home. It was just what we needed, some peace and quiet and sunshine which there was plenty of!

Fabulous week in Mijas

This property is perfect for families. We had an amazing week. We had 3 children under 5 so we were out during the day but cooked in the evening. The heated pool was an absolute essential. We loved the garden area and the fact that there is a gate so children were safe. The area is lovely. Mijas is such a pretty village with incredible views. We would definitely return.

Great week in villa with fabulous pool

My girlfriends and I thorghly enjoyed our stay here. The villa is spacious with a well equiped kitchen and great outdoor space. We really enjoyed using the great pool and making use of the many sun loungers, and long lazy meals on the shaded terrace. If you are after a super slick modern villa this is not the property for you. But if you want a more homely feel with a secluded outdoor area and fabulous pool, this is highly recommended. Both Sally ( property manager) and Annabel ( owner) are friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic holiday

We (3 generations) have had a fantastic holiday in this Villa. Inside it has everything you need and the outside area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the heated pool. The kids absolutely loved the warm pool. And Sally’s ice cream 🍡 We got a warm welcome by Sally and she had provided cool white wine for the adults and ice cream for the children. Thank you again Sally, for your way to make us feel very welcome. The bus down to Fuengirola and Mijas is just a few minutes walk from the house. We definitely come back to this house â˜ș

The photos on the website do not do this villa justice. It is very well equipped and very well maintained. We stayed for 4 days, a family of 6 adults and had more than enough space. Plenty of outside seating. Choice of gas or charcoal BBQs. Clean pool with resident inflatables. A separate bathroom for each bedroom. Fast WiFi and UK TV. Plenty of games and books available. Our every need was catered for. I can totally recommend.

Villa Carlito is ideally situated in a beautiful quiet area but so near Mijas Pueblo and Fuengirola . Once at the villa you will immediately relax and feel at home . The villa is not over looked and set in a mature garden so if you are sun bathing ,having a swim ,cooking your BBQ or just letting the children run off steam your privacy is assured .
We liked this villa as we have the best of both worlds . Traditional Spanish life in Mijas village with great restaurants . One of our lunchtime favourites is a little Spanish restaurant serving home cooked food
Their 3 course amazing menu is €7.90 well worth a visit we leave a list of our discovered restaurants in the villa for you to try.
Similarly there are fantastic restaurants in Fuengirola which stay open to the small hours of the morning .

Villa Carlito has a non over looked private pool and garden and is set in a beautiful area with mountain views yet so close to all amenities making an ideal holiday home for all age groups .
Pool Heating: we offer to heat the pool for you at a non profit charge ÂŁ150 per week but keep and eye out for Free pool heating offers The water is lovely and warm ideal if you enjoy an early morning swim or as the pool has lighting , a late night dip swimming under the stars . Bliss .
Car rental is not essential as there is a bus stop nearby which runs up to Mijas village and down to Fuengirola . There are also ample taxi's nearby which are regulated and charge reasonably.
Mijas Village is a beautiful white washed traditional village with wonderful restaurant and bars also great shopping .
Fuengirola offers something for everyone whatever your age. Various restaurants on the sea front and atmospheric bars in Los Boliches .
There are wonderful sandy beaches near by nearest is 4 min drive away . Marbella is 25 mon drive and Gibraltar is an hour away
