Caractéristiques de la chambre: Chambre principale avec lit king size et literie et draps de luxe. Ensuite avec douche ouverte en marbre et baignoire. Téléviseur à écran plat HD et DVD, dressing avec coffre-fort et salon attenant privé donnant sur l'océan avec accès à la terrasse. La deuxième suite principale comprend 2 lits queen-size luxueux, une salle de bains et une douche privées, un dressing, une télévision. Cette suite donne sur Palmilla Point (et la plage) avec un coin salon privé sur la terrasse. La troisième chambre a un lit king size, une troisième salle de bain avec douche en marbre et accès à la terrasse Oceanside. Les trois chambres, le salon et la salle à manger et la cuisine ont des portes coulissantes en verre du sol au plafond qui font face à la mer de Cortez. Accès par escalier et ascenseur aux piscines chauffées et non chauffées, bain à remous et salle de fitness. Super d'avoir 2 piscines, la piscine chauffée est vraiment chaude et confortable, et la piscine non chauffée est en fait vraiment rafraîchissante par ces jours super chauds.

Un certain nombre d'excellents restaurants décontractés et formels à quelques pas de la plage. A 10 minutes en voiture du centre pittoresque de San Jose de Cabo pour certaines des meilleures expériences culinaires de la Baja. Golf de classe mondiale à Palmilla, Querencia, Cabo del Sol et Puerto Los Cabos est à quelques minutes en voiture. Le surf est une promenade sur la plage et la plongée en apnée à 10 minutes en voiture. Des bateaux de pêche en haute mer peuvent être affrétés dans la nouvelle marina de Puerto Los Cabos à quelques minutes en voiture du centre-ville de San Jose. Vous pourrez observer les baleines depuis la terrasse et faire du surf casting depuis la plage en face.

Best Views we've ever had at a VRBO stay! Excellent place for Christmas holiday

We were 2 families (6 people total) and this was the PERFECT place to "skip" Christmas in 2019 as our other extended families had their own plans. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The property was FABULOUS and we can't wait to go back!

This is a great property. It’s an older property developed by a Canadian. It is impeccably maintained. The unit itself is on the 4th floor and the view is incredible. Right on the sand! Great beds and furnished nicely. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

Beautiful, luxurious condo overlooking the ocean. Great terrace, really comfortable space. We enjoyed staying here tremendously. It was very comfortable, just like the pictures. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. I recommend this condo very highly.

3 couples stayed here and it was perfect! Everyone had their own space and we enjoyed so much the amazing balcony! The view does not get any better! We had 2 lovely chefs come in a cook a a meal and it was wonderful! Jane is great to work with and we would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Furnishings were tasteful and well maintained. Kitchen was well equippedexcept that there was a dirth of good glasses for wine or martinis. We brought our own, and left them, so future renters shoul have fine glasses! The patio was wonderful - except for noise from the resort next door. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Amazing property with unbelievable views!

Our family of four stayed here for four nights over the Thanksgiving Break. We were blown away when we walked in by how spacious the place was! And then there's the view. We didn't want to leave just so we could sit on the balcony and look out at the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms had plenty of shampoo and conditioner and towels, and like I said, there was tons of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Going to sleep to the sound of the ocean was so nice. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Cabo.

Perfect Christmas in San Jose Del Cabo!

Our family of 7 spent Christmas week in this beautiful property and found it to be perfect for us. Being right on the beach was great - but we also enjoyed the convenience of the expansive pool area. We cooked most of our meals and loved the fact that the kitchen was well stocked with both pans/utensils/plates and even nice wine glasses. And since the property is managed by the owners - the pantry was well stocked with spices, coffee/coffee filters and even a few beverages from the previous guests. El Zalate's proximity to San Jose del Cabo and its restaurants, grocery stores and shopping was ideal - although I recommend having at rental car which makes those trips to the grocery store and dinner easier. Overall we thought the condo was great and are already planning to rent it again next year.

The Villa was great and had incredible views. We really enjoyed staying there, But the downside was the constant jack hammering from 9am till 5pm in two of the condos facing the pool.. It made sitting by the pool very difficult. The water was turn off in the building for 3/4 of the day without any warning and the elevator quit working . We had a woman 6 months pregnant and a 1 1/2 year old so walking up the stairs was difficult. It is and older building and i would probably pick somewhere else.

I'm sorry for your negative experience at the condo, we were not aware that any major construction or jack-hammering would be taking place during your stay, we sincerely apologize for it affecting your trip - especially with a young one with you. We spoke with the building manager about the water and the elevator, they were not aware of any issues with the elevator, but thank you for bringing it to our attention - we have passed that on to them. They did mention that there was a brief shut off of the water due to unforeseen circumstances, but assured us that it was resolved as quickly as they could, again we apologize for the inconvenience. Fantastic Location, Wonderfully Stocked Condo

The owner/manager was easy to communicate with, and the Condo and Complex were perfect for our family and two friends. The unit was well stocked with towels, anything we needed in the kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out. We loved watching whales from the expansive wrap around deck, and the pools were wonderful after hours of beach time. The bus stop to take you toward Cabo San Lucas was super convenient, right across the street from the El Zalate entrance. We ventured that way once, and it was enough for us. We found better restaurants, shops, and friendlier people in downtown San Jose Del Cabo. Thursday night was the absolute best! And the beach in front of the condo buildings was fantastic! We could walk for miles, and we all swam when it wasn't too choppy. Our only complaint was constantly finding dirty appliances and utensils from prior renters. We ended up washing all the silverware, the blender, and the pans before use. Everything was slightly sticky or had food remnants, but it wasn't a huge deal. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Expectations Met/Exceeded

I can't say enough good things about the condo at El Zalate. From the friendly and helpful security staff at check-in, the responsiveness of the Property Manager, to the fact that every expectation we had of the condo was met or exceeded. The location in the complex is perfect for the best ocean views and the wrap around patio was superb. All of the furniture was clean and well maintained. We literally didn't have any issues with our stay and were very happy with the accommodations. The only problem I had was that I hated to have to leave at the end of our stay. We can't wait to return. The condo is very well stocked with cookware, utensils, flatware, and various helpful kitchen gadgets. We didn't find ourselves in need of anything that wasn't thought of in the kitchen. I do highly recommend having a vehicle as not much is walkable, but getting around SJDC is not to challenging. Spend some time in the town center if you get the chance. we regretted waiting until the last day to explore the quaint little town center. Reserve with confidence.

Best VRBO in San Jose Del Cabo

A group of us (6 adults) recently enjoyed a magnificent week at this unbelievable property. We wanted for nothing the entire time. The extremely large balcony was the perfect retreat we found ourselves longing for in the morning and evenings. The staff at El Zalate were always friendly and willing to help. Our communication and experience with Jane went seamlessly and she was always quick to respond as well as professional and polite. We visit SJDC every year and we will certainly return to this absolutely pristine and lovely property.

The El Zalate complex is beautiful. Small and quiet. This unit is extremely nice with a gorgeous balcony patio. Just as advertised. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

This place was amazing. Watched sunrise/sunsets on amazing patio Every bdrm with ocean view !!!!

The Best Close to many walking restaurants and easy drive to San Jose Del Cabo. The whole complex was great, extremely clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Saw baby turtles going to ocean and humpback whales. Went in to Cabo for sunset cruise and to Todos Santos but otherwise loved where we were and the quaint town of Cabo San Jose

Fantastic vacation stay

We stayed at El Zalante for 9 days and it was wonderful. The balcony is huge and overlooks the water. It is a very quiet beach. Very nice change from resorts closer to Cabo. There are lots of things to do close by. We did rent a car so we could get around easily. You can ask James for help with rental car. We look forward to returning to Cabo soon.

Beautiful view of ocean! We saw a whale one afternoon. Wonderful clean accommodations.

The place is as described. It was 20 minute drive from Cabo San Lucas. Do the art walk in San Jose on Thursday evening! Food, drinks and more galleries than you can visit in one evening. The only negative is this is not a swimming beach. We didn’t see anyone actually in the water - rip tides are very strong.

Well appointed, roomy and comfortable. We sent a lot of time on the balcony taking in the beautiful views. Location is amazing for relaxing and only a short ride to the city center. Highly recommend.

Great location for a low key vacation. Close enough to fun things, but far enough to feel private. Villa was well stocked with pantry staples and we had arranged for a private chef to prepare our “welcome to Cabo” apps and dinner at our arrival and had a lovely on-site masseuse for our group of 6. Weather and water were perfect for swimming at the villa. Surfing was a short drive (Zippers) as was snorkeling (Chilleno). It was great to have the snorkeling equipment as well as beach chairs for our stay.

The property was absolutely amazing. Great location close to restaurants close to shopping close to downtown San Jose and Cabo San Lucas. Sitting on the balcony yesterday we saw a whale go by. We have visited many places and will definitely come back to this one truly an amazing experience.

Had a wonderful stay at the villa. It was very well stocked with kitchen equipment and there were plenty of beach towels and beach toys to use.
