Don Vicente was a complete pleasure. He made us feel right at home from the first moment we landed. He was kind enough to show us the layout of the neighborhood and gave us suggestions. He even went over the Metro system for us. We were pros on day 1. We will definitely be back !! Home was cozy and clean too !!! The total package.

Excellent location. Apartment was spacious and fully equipped with the best cofee and pastries. The outside patio was a nice outdoor space. Overall, the apartment feautures made me feel at home. Vicente was warm and friendly. Best host!

The kitchen had everything you needed plus more. Loved the refillable water jugs ready in the fridge plus all the extras such as milk, juice, butter, jam and coffee.Lots of twin beds for children.The back patio and garden is very nice and private.Lots of restaurants within walking distance from apartment as well as the Mercado. The owner Vincent picked us up from the train then dropped us off. He was very thorough explaining where everything was around the neighborhood and reviewed the metro map with us. The metro is a bit confusing at first but after a couple trips into the Centro it became very easy to use.

Fantastic place

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very close to the airport and train station to anywhere. Vicente was very kind to meet us and outline some areas we should see in the immediate area and around Madrid. Very close to some great little restaurants that kept us well fed. Highly recommend this rental!

Family visit to Spain

We thoroughly enjoyed this property— the owner was fantastic- helped us with train and airport shuttles and shared lots of pointers for getting to the metro, great restaurants and showing us the apartment. The apartment was very well stocked and clean and was plenty big for our family of five. I would definitely recommend!

Great Vrbo

Vicente the Vrbo host was absolutely fantastic. He was so helpful and was on top of our reservations arrival and departure times. Some Vrbo you don’t know what you are going to find, Vicente kept us informed and met us when we arrived and was so helpful explaining the property and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. I highly recommend this Vrbo.

This place is just fabulous! We really enjoyed our stay! Our host was very accommodating and gracious! The location is within walking distance to many local restaurants and is near a grocery store and a Metro. This makes this location super convenient! The house is very clean and had beds for all 5 of us. We Would stay again!

Perfect oasis on the outskirts of Madrid

Perfect place to end our vacation in Spain. Hosts were more than helpful and accommodating. The home was comfortable and well equipped for our family of 6. We loved the Barajas neighborhood - with ease of walking and great restaurants near by. The trip into Madrid on the metro is easy enough and well worth it. The community pool was a nice bonus at the end of hot days. Highly recommend.

Above and beyond

The proprty was within walking distance of places to eat and shop. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed relaxing on the patioin the mornings and evenings. The best part of our stay was the host, Vincente. We arrived late on the night of the power outage in Spain and Portugal. Vincente and his daughter waited for us to arrive then returned to the house to check to see if we made it We couldnt call or text each other. Vincente was very helpful throughout our stay going above and beyond expectations. We would highly recommend staying at the apartment.

Vincenze was terrific--picked us up at train station, and took us to hotel the next day--very comfortable house, with lovely garden to enjoy late afternoon wine and restaurants close by--great for a family, reasonable and easy access to downtown by metro or train if you want to economize--not deluxe but comfortable--

Vicente gave us a very good brifing about the area and the metro. Didn't like that the a/c was in the hallway to the rooms, so the room had to have the doors open to cool down.

Nice Host

Unfortunately we couldn't take the booked holiday because of travel problems, so I can't say anything about the apartment, but Vicente is a super nice host. He is very accommodating and you can ask him anything. It's a pity that we didn't get to meet him personally.

BEST HOST EVER!

The property was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Host provided connections for USB devices in every room (very helpful because I come from the US). Host also provided all kinds of condiments, unlimited coffee, teas, washing detergents, and full personal hygiene supplies. House has private parking, garden, and is close to the metro, but the most amazing part is our host! He was very helpful and friendly! He sat down with us at checkin and showed us how to get around with metro and provided maps and advises. I will recommend to anyone visiting Madrid!

The best place ever! Book it!Where to begin, because this apartment has everything you need for a comfortable place to call home while you’re in Madrid. From bath essentials to bread, milk, and juice in the kitchen, Vicente, the host, has thought of everything and stocked it all for your stay. He is as much a reason for the 10/10 rating as the place itself.It’s a huge space; yes, it can really accommodate 8–10 people! The two bathrooms are excellent and the rooms are large and comfortable. There is a large kitchen with breakfast nook, a large living room and dining table, but the best feature is probably the spacious patio with retractable awning where you can enjoy a family meal.Washer, dryer, dishwasher, ironing board, extra towels and blankets are all available. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. TV had local and cable service, including Netflix. Apartment has really powerful air conditioning unit that reaches all the bedrooms.Place is very safe, on a quiet street across from an elementary school. Restaurants and supermarkets are steps away. It is close to public transport, though we opted to go the taxi or ride share route instead of Metro or bus. Really close to the airport, so convenient for those late arrivals or early departures.Vicente is a wonderful resource. He taught us where to go, the best way to get there, and even how to guard yourself against pickpockets. We presented him with our must-see list and he gave pointers on anything and everything you’d need.

Short, but Magnificent Visit to Madrid

Vicente was an exceptionally attentive host. He communicated with us before our arrival, made sure we had a place to park (even parallel parked our bulky rental van), and sat down with us to give us the scoop on trsnsportation & what to see & do in our short time! The home was very clean, well-stocked with all the necessities, and though it was not in the center of town, it was very easy to get to the Metro & walk the neighborhood to get groceries, etc. Everyone had a comfortable bed (4 adults & 3 teenagers) and could charge all their devices! We felt very safe & well-cared for. Muchismas gracias, Vicente!

Fantastic!

Fantastic apartment! We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights only, but have been very impressed with the level of service provided. Vicente has provided a well appointed place to stay. It has everything you could possibly need, and more. From a dishwasher to a washingmachine, from towels to even electrical toothbrushes. You really only need to bring your clothes. There is private parking in the garage, a pool with lifeguard, and even public transport cards are available. Only load 10 trips on them at a reduced price and off you go. The location of the apartment is in a residential area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The city center can be reached by metro in about 35 minutes. All in all, we highly recommend this apartment!

Séjour au top chez Vicente. Supers échanges et de trÚs bons conseils, nous avons été trÚs bien reçus. Le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour 2 familles de 4 personnes. TrÚs bien situé (à proximité du métro). Petit déjeuner offert pendant tout notre séjour, nécessaire de toilettes à disposition... Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Wow!

TrÚs beau séjour chez Vincente. Appartement trÚs propre et bien équipé : cuisine trÚs fonctionnelle. 4 chambres avec lits et oreillers trÚs comfortables: 1 chambre avec lit double et 3 chambres avec lit simple (2e matelas pour faire lit double dans chacune des chambres avec lit simple) Belle grande terrasse bien équipée Mention spéciale à Vincente qui a pris le temps de nous accueillir et nous renseigner sur le voisinage: métro, épiceries, etc. Piscine avec surveillant. Nous avions peur que la proximité avec l'aéroport soit dérangeante, mais pas du tout, nous avons à peine entendu ce bruit. Merci Vincente!
