Wonderful cabin, lovely stay! Very well appointed studio, with everything you could want/need. We loved the spacious and comfortable porch overlooking the creek. The muscis of water flowing by, awesome! An easy drive to downtown.

We absolutely loved our time at this quiet, cozy cabin. From the moment we arrived, it felt peaceful and tucked away—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The small waterfall right in front of the cabin was such a beautiful touch. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a restful stay. If you’re looking for a serene spot to unwind and reconnect with nature, this place is a gem. We would definitely come back.

The property was exactly as we hoped! Clean, easy to find…and the best stocked place we have ever stayed! The host wa very quick and helpful! Everything that you need to know is listed on a laminated instruction sheets that are found inside the cabin!

The cabin is nestled in a very private area of the property so we had the peace and quiet we were hoping for. The deck outside with a rushing stream really made our trip - it was perfect to sit out there at any time of day and relax. The town is about a 5-7 min drive to get anything you need, and there is a charming downtown main street for those who like to shop or dine at a nicer restaurant (plenty of them).The cabin is cozy and well-appointed. Perfect for couples! Everything you need is there (full kitchen, washer/dryer/full bath) TV and internet worked flawlessly.The weather was much nicer than where we are from- cooler by about 10-12 degrees!The owner was a pleasure to work with. She is VERY responsive and makes every effort to ensure your stay goes well. It was great to have such a positive experience!!

Everything was good except the back porch was not cleaned off. Cob webs and the cushions were very dirty. Cleaned off two chairs to sit in without the cushions and swept everything off. Remotes need to be labeled. Rained every day so spent a lot of time at property.

Our cleaning lady came back to clean off the pollen on porch that has been really bad this season (no guests since end of April) but you had already checked in. She asked you if everything was ok…wish you had said something and she would have happily taken care of it. But she didn’t want to interfere with your visit. If you had reached out to us, she would have come back to make your stay more enjoyable Glad everything else was ok. Hope you enjoyed Waynesville!!

Beautiful getaway

Relaxing

The location was great and cabin was very comfortable. The creek kept the back porch cool in the evenings and the sound of the water was very calming. We would stay here again when in the area.

A Perfect Mountain Getaway!

We loved our stay at this cabin! It was very clean, well stocked with everything, and the host is very friendly and responsive to all our questions. We loved sitting on the porch listening to the little creek. So relaxing! We definitely hope to visit again!

Great place for long stays

Place has everything one needs and we were there 2.5 months. Great place for your pet to run around. Beautiful stream and view. And no mosquitoes (although I was ready).

Cozy Mountain Creek Cabin a great place to get away

This was our second stay this summer. We love this little cabin. It is so clean, well stocked, and so relaxing to set on the porch and listen to the little creek and have your worries melt away! Host is always super responsive to any questions or needs. We hope to be visiting many more times in the future.

Beautiful cozy cabin with amazing views

This is gorgeous property with amazing mountain views. The cabin overlooks a mountain creek that was so relaxing to look at and listen to. We loved the cabin and it was very clean and comfortable too. I only wish it had a king size bed. However I highly recommend this cabin.

We have been happily married for 35 years. Steve's background is construction and carpentry. MJ has been an owner/operator of preschools for over 30 years. We have been remodeling homes almost all of our married life. We have the vision of making a disaster into a beautiful home. We bought this property in 2006. The main house was a shell and after 16 trips from Florida, the house is so warm and beautiful. The cabin was a 3 car garage that we started converting in Spring 2014. It will be finished in July 2016. Everything is new in kitchen, stainless steel appliances with dishwasher and above stove microwave, bathroom with tub and shower, queen bedroom and living room furniture, washer/dryer, HVAC and patio furniture. It is a wonderful place for 2 people to get away from it all and just relax!!!
