Beau décor tropical. Courte promenade à Ocean Beach et piscines.

Notre villa magnifiquement rénovée avec un décor tropical et 2 Master Suites est une unité d'extrémité au deuxième étage avec de grandes fenêtres, des plafonds voûtés et un balcon qui donne sur une vaste pelouse ombragée d'arbres. Nous sommes situés à Richmond Park, Kingston Plantation, une station balnéaire de premier plan en Caroline du Sud. Il y a une promenade qui s'étend sur toute la longueur de la station à côté d'un demi-mile de la magnifique plage de l'océan.
Il se trouve à 7 minutes à pied de l'océan, après des lacs d'eau douce sur de beaux sentiers à travers l'aménagement paysager du jardin.
La pêche en haute mer peut être pratiquée au large d'Apache Pier, la plus longue jetée en bois de la côte est, qui se trouve à côté de la station.

2nd stay

This was our second stay and both times have been great. The property is clean owners are responsive and the location is about perfect. I would recommend to anyone and we will probably stay for a 3rd time in the furture.

Great location, and has everything you need for vacation

The villa was very clean and has everything you need for vacation. It includes toiletries, towels, soap, and every conceivable appliance as if you were home. We appreciated that it had the beach stuff you'd need and you literally wouldn't have to bring anything. This is our second year and we'll definitely be back!

Short getaway

We stayed here for a short getaway during the spring. It was a super nice condo. It was very clean and had everything you could imagine plus some. We had only a short walk to the pool. We did drive and park out car when we went the beach because it was just easier. There were tons spaces available at that time. The beach and property was clean and safe. We would definitely stay here again.

October Weekend

Fantastic condo. Very clean and quiet. It was October and the weather could not have been better. The condo is set back away from the beach and high-rise condos at Kingston Plantation, which gives you a break from the crowds and the noise.

Beautiful grounds/property and this unit has all of the comforts of home. Although there were more bouts of rain than usual during this time of year, which kept us off of the beach more than we would have preferred, my family of three thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day stay in this villa because we were so comfortable hanging out and relaxing there. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Given the opportunity, we would stay in this unit again.

Beautiful Clean Villa

We really enjoyed our stay here. The Villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners sent instructions for check in that were so easy to follow. It is in a great location close to shopping and many restaurants and it was less than a beautiful 10 minute walk to the beach. There is also plenty of parking if you choose to drive. We love coming to Kingston and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home.

So Relaxing!

This is our 2nd time renting this property and like our first stay it did not disappoint! Perfect place to just relax when your done with the madness of the crowds at the beach or shopping centers and restaurants. Owners are fantastic to work with and bend over backwards to help should an issue arise. We will be back!

Great Myrtle Beach Getaway

This condo is great, well appointed, clean and great for a family or couples. Sandra Lynn was a great host, responding very quickly to any questions. The property is at the back of the Kingston Plantation resort. This means it was quiet, but a little walk to the pool and even further to the beach. This was not a problem as you can drive and park close to the beach or pool if you want. Considering the resort was busy down by the beach area, we appreciated the distance and the quiet where we were located. We would definitely rent again.

Needed getaway

Condo was very nice. Furniture and bedding was very comfortable. It was a 6 minute walk to the beach if you walk the outside loop down. Parking lot north of the Embassy suites a couple lots down between other condo buildings made beach access very easy with the family and all the gear. Only insignificant improvement would be for kitchen to have a larger colander for cooking noodles and pasta. Lovely condo and hosts were very responsive when I messaged with any questions. Would definitely rent again.

A Very Nice Place!

We enjoyed our month break from the Northeast's snow and ice. Kingston Plantation is a quiet piece of Myrtle Beach with easy access (5 minute walk) to the beach and a nice casual vibe all around. The condo has everything you need for an effortless experience. The owners are friendly and accessible if you have a question or need help. There are many amenities available for additional fees as well (spa, fitness, tennis, pickle ball, putting green). Entertainment in the condo could use an upgrade via more current TV technology and access to more cable programming. Plenty of parking available within steps to the condo. Overall, we would certainly re-book this property if Myrtle Beach was on our schedule again.

We are happy to inform you that we had a new 55” Samsung QLED TV installed above the fireplace. It is a state-of-the-art television with high resolution and onscreen apps including Spectrum cable. We are sure it will provide excellent viewing with easy access to apps without the need for peripheral devices such as Roku or Amazon Fire. We have updated our photos to reflect this. We would love to have you stay with us again!

Lovely property

First impression of this unit was that it was spotlessly clean. The kitchen had every imaginable cooking and baking pan, pot, machine as well as utensils of every kind. Dishware, coffee mugs, glassware were plentiful. The area surrounding the unit was quiet and serene ( no loud parties etc.) The beach and pool areas were within a five or ten minute walk -faster if you drive. The owners were very helpful and responsive to my inquiries prior to arrival. We enjoyed our stay! One tiny comment/suggestion- houskeeping seemed to use scented laundry detergent to wash all the sheets and towels in the unit. I found it very strong- future guests may also. I appreciate linens and towels with no scent.

Convenient & Comfortable!

My wife, daughter and I stayed here July 3-10 and we had a great time. The condo is in an excellent location in the Kingston Plantation Resort. It is very clean, spacious, well-maintained and the amenities were excellent. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the pools so we made use of the beach closet inventory quite a bit. Having a washer and dryer on-site was wonderful, as we did not have to pack too many clothes. The location worked very well for us - we enjoyed the shopping, attractions and many great restaurants (we especially enjoyed Joe's Crab Shack, the Seafood Captain's House and California Dreaming), all within 15 minutes. We even found a fruit stand and seafood market closeby and cooked up some crab and corn on the cob ourselves. Sandra and Dan were very easy to work with and provided us with excellent directions and guidelines. I would highly recommend staying in this area and especially at this condo.

Great stay in Richmond Park

This makes the third or fourth time we have stayed at this property. Every time we have stayed the place has been immaculate. I am a neat freak when it comes to places to stay and I could not find one thing out of place as far as cleanliness(or anything for that matter). We love staying at Kingston Plantation, it is super kid friendly. The property sits in back and is very quiet, with no unnecessary traffic. It seems like the owners are constantly making little upgrades to the condo. Every time we go, something has been improved. You can tell the host takes time to make sure you have a great visit. There are neatly marked totes with extra bedding etc. Very good attention to detail. There is even a beach closet with beach chairs and sand toys. The only thing that could make this place better would be an included golf cart, like some of other condos in Kingston offer.

Excellent in every way!

This has to be one of our most favorite places to stay now while visiting Myrtle Beach! The villa was very clean, very well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and very cozy/comfy. The beds slept so well, too!The owners have truly went above and beyond to share their "home away from home." You can tell they take pride in keeping things very clean, neat, and in good working order (which is high on our priority list as well.) The communication was very timely and spot on. Everything worked so well, we didn't even have to contact the owners for anything at all. The description was very accurate of all the immenities included...which all was absolutely awesome!The Kingston Plantation is a gated community, which allows for even more privacy. There is a brief 5-7 minute walk to the beach, but we rented a golf cart, which made the trip even more fun! (Golf cart rentals are right on sight, and very easy to get. Donna, at the rental place was absolutely phenomenal to work with!!) We highly recommend this villa/location to anyone looking for an outstanding place to stay!
