Unité au 1er étage, grand parking à l'entrée, 3 chambres, + lit convertible, 2 salles de bain (6-8 personnes)

Situé au 1er étage, il est pratique pour le chargement et le déchargement de bagages / épicerie et pour les enfants et les personnes âgées. Il est également idéalement situé pour accéder rapidement au centre de remise en forme, aux courts de tennis, au terrain de volley-ball et à une courte et belle promenade jusqu'à la plage et au parcours de golf.

Il a été récemment peint, a de nouveaux canapés, tapis et draperies. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit, d'une télévision murale à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD. Il dispose d'une terrasse pour profiter de la vue. Master Suite disposent d'un lit king size, salle de bain privée, télévision à écran plat, lecteur DVD, réveil Ipod, donne sur un magnifique cadre de parc. 2ème chambre dispose de deux lits doubles avec TV, lecteur DVD et salle de bain attenante. La troisième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux, TV et lecteur DVD. Cuisine entièrement équipée et nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse.

Notre Kingston Plantation Villa est située sur un complexe en bord de mer de 145 acres, fermé et fermé. Il a le confort et la commodité de la maison avec toutes les commodités d'un complexe de luxe, y compris le câble, Internet haute vitesse sans fil, l'océan et le café au bord de la piscine qui comprend des animations quotidiennes au printemps et en été et des activités pour les enfants et les adultes. Il dispose de plusieurs piscines extérieures, de bains à remous communs, le spa Kiva propose des soins du visage et des massages. Great place in a good gated community. However, there was no map to know where the pools were, where the beaches were or amenities. It is a good 1/2 hour plus walk to beach, longer for the disabled. Would tent again but not happy landscapers were repairing the rear deck and had child running around. It was 8 am. A bit scarey to hear door being attempted opened in the master bedroom. For warning would’ve been OK.

Kingston condo

Beautiful area, and great condo neighborhood with lots of amenities. Close to shops and restaurants, too. The condo was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family to enjoy being together. Definitely recommend as a place to stay at Myrtle Beach!

Short stay

Only able to stay 3 nights but the property was great, short walk about 10 mins to the beach. Beach was not to crowded. Nice, quite neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants and other attractions. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

The place was great all the extras was well worth it.

It was great loved the place we stay because it was easy in and easy out.The villa was very nice and cozy,they had beach chairs, sand toys,umbrella,etc for you to use at no extra charge. We will be going again in in fall and would book again if available.

Quiet and well appointed

It’s a very nice condo. First floor made it very convenient. Very close to everything. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Everything you need to feel at home.

For Business and Pleasure!

This is our second time in our six year stay that we have stayed at a facility rented by the host. This time was just as enjoyable as the other. We appreciate the amenities, promptness of communication, ease of access to the facility and the joy my family had between my organization training sessions. Great place to stay

This unit was very roomy and had plenty of space to sleep, sit and move around. Everything was clean and organized. There were 4 TVs which made everyone happy. All appliances worked in good order. We especially liked that the locks on the doors and the storage unit were very secure and super easy to use. (I'd like to get similar locks at my own house!) We had a great time in this unit and didn't have any complaints.

Great Memories

While attending the SCASA educational conference, my wife and family also enjoyed all that the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. The lodging was great for our needs. Minor concerns received the proper attention and were addressed accordingly. Hope to secure the space again in the future. Thank you!

Beach Week

This 3 bedroom unit proved to be a perfect unit for my family. The bedrooms had some space between them, allowing all of us a little extra privacy, and the kitchen was more than adequate for the meals we prepared in house. The owners were quick to respond to a few minor unforeseen issues that occurred during our stay. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the pool and around 10 minutes to the ocean!

Fantastic getaway

This unit was super ready for our family's vacation. Extras were left so we didn't have to purchase large quantities of items (for example ziploc bags) when we only needed 1. Communication with owner was easy. They were super responsive. Having access to extra beach items came in super handy as the lifeguard didn't allow our canopy. Would stay here again!
