Superbe appartement de standing, situé en vieille ville, plage 200m à pied

Situé dans la Résidence Bay View, dans le quartier exclusif de la vieille ville d'Albufeira. L'appartement est de décoration contemporaine, climatisé avec internet Wifi haut débit, et qui convient pour une occupation de 2/4 personnes. Il se compose d'une grande chambre, cuisine meublée avec goût entièrement équipée, un salon avec canapé-lit double de marque Natuzzi, une grande terrasse, place de parking privée souterraine avec porte télécommandée, grande piscine et une autre piscine pour les enfants.

Cet appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme, les plages de sable dorées et l'océan sont à quelques pas depuis la résidence. Après une courte promenade vous avez un large choix de restaurants et bars. A great place to explore the Algarve, as it is really in the middle of everything. The appartment is having all you need and is super modern, the kitchen has really all you need! The place is near the old town center, but still very quite. Olga and Catarina were great hosts and all went super smooth.

Fantastic location lovely and clean

The appartment has everything you need, lovely to sit on balcony and listen to music channel. Small supermarket on hill next to Eddys bar which we went it daily. I’ve stayed in bay view 8 times. On a steep hill but such a quiet location.

Albufeira stay

Albufeira is a beautiful place to enjoy the Algarve. Our Vrbo had all that we needed. Location, price and size were all perfect. The pool was an added bonus. It was so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was a short drive to Lagos and Faro. Our Vrbo was clean, and equipped for our needs. Olga was a great host and communicated well with us.We did have some issues with check in briefly related to parking. They never was anyone at the front desk but we managed to find parking. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again.

Excellent

This is a very nice apartment situated in a pleasant location in the old town. Around there are many restaurants, and only 200 m from the beach. There is a swimming pool in the condominium and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with modern equipment. Hospitable hosts. We loved tho stay there.

Excellent apartment in a great location

We have been coming to Albufeira for over 20 years and this has been one of the best apartments we have stayed in. We arrived on an early flight and Jorge met us at the apartment allowing us early access. We loved the location near the Old town and the terrace was great to relax on. It was great having the washing machine/dishwasher available if you would be staying longer. We will definitely be using this apartment the next time we’re in Albufeira

Excellent apartment in the old town

The apartment is spacious and very clean. The apartment is at the edge of the old town and close to the sea. For parking your car one can use the garage in the basement. The contact with the agency was very through communication by WhatsApp.

Short stint

Quaint little apartment for two. We stayed 3 nights and it provided what we required, a place to lay our heads at night. It is far enough away from the strip of new Albufeira, but close enough that walking is easy. When you come here this place is located up top of the hill, so it is not for those who are disabled in any way.

Lovely appartmemt lovely location

The apartment has everything you need and is a great location. Eddys and blue bell are really welcoming. The only think we was shocked was that there was not one toilet roll. Expect to buy them when self catering but would of thought there would be one. We would definitely return.

Lovely apartment with pool terrace

Bay View 103 is a lovely apartment with a terrace at the back overlooking the pool. The location is fab and only 5-10 minutes walk from the old town square. It’s up quite a steep hill but just need to take your time. Catarina was contactable at all times to answer any queries. She was fab. Pool was never too busy and always got a sunbed. Thanks for having us at your wonderful apartment.

Superb apartment and holiday stay

Apartment in a great location a few minutes away from restaurants and beach. The sea water was warm and clean. Our family (2 adults & 2 kids), loved staying at this apartment as being very modern and had all we needed to enjoy our stay such as fully furnished kitchen, great bedding, private terrace, parking space and nice swimming pool with long chairs. This residence is very privileged and calm. We felt very welcomed at our arrival. Owner is very nice and available if need be. Surely we will come back some time soon and stay longer because quality and price were unbeatable vs. other places we stayed in Algarve.

Amazing accomodation

We really enjoyed second weekly family stay in this apartment. The weather was very beautiful (30C) and the sea water was just perfect. The apartment is in a fantastic location. It is located a short walk from the main square and restaurants. It is spotless and very well furnished, we spent a lot of time to enjoy our private terrace and swimming pool. We only stayed in Albufeira because we wanted to enjoy the beaches and relax. The agent (Jorge) is very friendly and helpful with questions. Albufeira remains an ideal place for a holiday in the sun. Albuferia - WHO KNEW HOW GREAT??!!

We were looking for great beaches and decided on the Algarve - Albuferia as our base. Albuferia is an amazing place - but it is party central at night, so location is important. Bayview Apts is in a great location. Minutes to just about anything. Right near the tunnel to the gorgeous beach. Barely any noise at nighty. Located on the 1st floor gives you a nice patio with direct access to the pool. Bed was comfy. Past reviews complain about the sofa - it has been replaced. Didn't really cook, Albuferia has amazing restaurants. My only complaint was the shower. I can only surmise it needs to be tweaked. You could only use the hand held without wiping out the entire bathroom. Other than that, it is a great place and location.

Very spacious apartment

Far more spacious than photos show, very clean, very well equipped, although we couldn’t get the hob to work. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Plenty of storage, shower was fab. Air conditioning only in lounge, so don’t know how hot it would be in bedroom in summer. Blackout blinds on both windows and frosted glass. Plug in heater provided for colder days ( we were there in October)unusually there were plugs near dressing table but no mirror BUT there was an extension lead in the cupboard which came in very handy. There was nobody to greet us but there was a key box outside. It wasn’t set up for the 3 of us but Jorge arrived the next day to bring extra supplies. Could do with instructions for equipment ( washing machine, dish washer, hob) the wrong password for the WFI was in the information book. All in all it was a really lovely apartment and we were very happy, it had everything we needed and more,but for personal preference I would go for a higher floor. I would highly recommend this apartment

Très chouette appartement a coté du centre

Très chouette appartement à côté du centre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Idéal pour deux personnes. Terrasse à coté de la piscine. Proche du centre mais pas trop proche, à Albufeira c'est important.

Tres bel appartement

Tres bon sejour. L appartement est au RDC avec une terrasse qui donne sur le passage pour aller a la piscine. La literie est tres bonne.

Notre appartement était tout à fait conforme à la description. Fonctionnel, propre et idéalement situé à deux pas du centre historique mais quand même au calme. Le petit plus : un garage en sous sol pour garer la voiture en toute sécurité.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Belle prestation et localisation. La plage est très facile d'accès. Nous aimons le faite de pouvoir prendre son petit déjeuner à la plage ou aller chez le boulanger au coin de la rue. Un autre avantage c'est qu'Albufeira est central donc cela permet de prendre sa voiture pendant le séjour et de visiter les plages aux alentours. Cette région d’Algarve est vraiement un petit bijou !

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Proximité de tout ce que vous avez besoin de la petite supérette, aux restaurants, bars et clubs. Tout ce peu ce faire à pied. La plage est seulement à 200m.
