The furnishings are sub par. The kitchen is poorly equipped. While it might be OK for a very short stay, not for a longer stay. The furniture is old and painted. The couches need replacing, worn cushions and very low to the ground. Even the beach furniture needs to be replaced, I’ve owned STR’s for well over 14 years and I would never let my patrons experience this.Location was fine but comfort neglected.

We had a lovely time, perfect location close to everything yet still a quiet area. Easy walk to the beach for sunsets. The house was well kept and clean. Host had great communication and was very help when needed!

Property was located perfectly. We could walk to beach and walk to the shopping center. Golf courses are close. I thought the property was fully fenced but just fence in front of house. Great stay with the family for the holidays.

This was our first time using VRBO and it was simple and amazing! A great experience with my family! The house was very clean and cozy and plenty of room for us all! It might not be right on the beach however a 10/15 min walk was not bad at all! Very happy with everything!

We've been visiting Destin for over 20 years, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences we've had, especially as pet owners! Stephanie, the host, was absolutely amazing. From the moment we booked, she was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the property, from the spotless cleanliness to the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home.The front porch was the perfect spot for sipping coffee in the mornings and enjoying relaxed chats in the afternoons. It was such a peaceful way to start and end the day. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, just a short walk to the beach! And for anyone traveling with pets, the walking areas around the property were ideal, safe, spacious, and perfect for our daily strolls.Stephanie truly made this stay feel special, and we can’t thank her enough for providing such a wonderful experience. If you're looking for a pet-friendly rental that offers comfort, cleanliness, and a host who truly cares, this is the place. We can't wait to return!

Great location in Destin!

This is a really cute little property that is only a few blocks from a nice beach. Its right in the heart of Destin so our teens enjoyed the shopping, coffee and ice cream places as they could walk on their own.

Perfect family getaway

Stephanie was an amazing host, extremely communicative and very accommodating. Property exactly as listed; spacious, beachy, well maintained. Loved the layout (open floor plan with large central common area and all 3 bedrooms separated - and location - close to everything. Well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. We really appreciated having lots of linens and plenty of dishes and utensils. Bring your own beach towels, but other than that had everything we needed. Perfect place for our family of 6 (all adults) to spend Christmas together.

Perfect holiday

We picked Destin as our destination to enable us to visit with our college daughter for thanksgiving. The home perfectly accommodated us and our two daughters-everyone had their own space. The short 5 minute walk to the beach was convenient plus to have the wagon and chairs provided as a nice bonus. Super close to shopping and Whole Foods made thanksgiving dinner easy. And the host Stephanie was very responsive and answered our many questions patiently. She even sent a package that was delivered after our stay. We hope to come again!

Perfect Beach Weekend

We were in town for a college friend's wedding and a group of us decided to stay an extra couple days after finding this beautiful property. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants like Camille's, and Destin Commons. The beach shower outside was a godsend. We spent hours on the porch swing and screened in porch catching up with dinner we cooked in the kitchen. I cannot recommend this home enough!

Perfect location, cute little place!

We traveled for my daughter’s 13th birthday with her bestie. The place was so cute and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The Host was super sweet and left a cookie cake for Ava along with some chocolates. The little wagon helped a ton carrying things to the beach every day. The only bad thing was that the pool was closed and no one gave us a heads up about it. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay!

Lovely Stay

This house is perfect for a family of 6! It is layed out beautifully with the bedrooms spread apart to ensure everyone has their own privacy. The host was so easy to get ahold of and the house has everything you need! The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes, we rented a golf cart and it was exactly what we needed to run around. Highly recommended.
