Maison construite en 2002. Dispose de 2 chambres, une avec lit king size et salle de bain privée autre chambre a lit queen size et salle de bain hors couloir. Le canapé-lit fait un lit queen size. Près de Tanger Outlet, qui a un golf miniature à votre entrée, Old Time Pottery et Walden's Landing avec golf miniature, à 5 minutes de Parkway, à 10 minutes de Dollywood, à 5 minutes de Country Tonite, Comedy Barn, Smoky Mountain Opry (anciennement The Miracle Theatre ) et Dixie Stampede, Titanic, Wonder Works et bien d'autres pour ne pas nommer .. Resturants

à proximité se trouvent Cracker Barrel,, K. J. 's Grill, homard rouge, olivier, champignon moelleux, Calhouns, Joe's Crab Shack, Bull Fish Grill, Carinos Italian et bien d'autres.

Il a une belle zone pavée de 0,5 mile pour marcher, près de la rivière, que vous pourrez utiliser pour la pêche, etc. A 10 marches avec une main courante pour entrer dans la maison. Pas de bain à remous, mais le prix en conséquence. S'il vous plaît PAS d'animaux. Ceci est un endroit pour une bonne promenade dans un cadre familial calme. Si les enfants ont des vélos, il y a un bon endroit sûr pour rouler, pas une circulation dense.

La maison est conçue pour les familles avec de bonnes valeurs chrétiennes. Les DVD, les livres et les jeux sont conçus pour les familles. Nous aimerions vous demander de NE PAS fumer pour ne pas offenser la prochaine personne qui restera avec nous. S'il vous plaît pour plus de commodité d'autres personnes dans la zone, limite de 2 véhicules dans le parking.


Si vous cherchez un moment calme et reposant, mais pas beaucoup de temps de route vers les sites, les magasins et les choses à faire, c'est VOTRE endroit pour venir séjourner.

The home was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Pigeon Forge without any worries. Having access to a washer and dryer was an added bonus, allowing us to do our laundry before heading home, which made the trip back even easier. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to others!

This is a nice rental for a great price in a great location! Plenty of space for a family of 4. Everything worked properly. The beds were comfortable but could use fluffier pillows in the first bedroom. We all slept great. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. I appreciated having the washer and dryer with detergent available. We enjoyed our visit to Pigeon Forge and would stay here again.

Home right off the Parkway a nice very quiet neighborhood and I love that it has a full size washer and dryer. We’ve stayedin the house before and the owner is very personable. it has most everything you need for cooking. The Home has good Wi-Fi.

I was surprised that as guests, we had to start the washer with the towels we used and that we had to strip the beds. I’ve never had to either of those things before at any place we have stayed. Location was very convenient for us to attend the Women of Joy conference and to get to restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable. Pull out couch had crumbs and trash under the cushions. Plenty of towels. We did notice that the kitchen chairs were wobbly. Overall a nice place.

Purchased property 12 ago and built house then ,go as time allows us to. Both have worked most of our lives, now have privilege of staying with grand children several days a week, but still enjoy getting away to this area for relaxation. Grand children love to come with us due the Little Pigeon River across the street from the house. Please DO NOT SMOKE and NO PETS in the house since we do not do either of these in our own home!!!!!
