M301 passe au «vert» en offrant notre unité sans climatisation. Ensemble, nous pouvons aider à sauver notre planète en réduisant notre empreinte carbone ... un AC à la fois. Nous avons choisi de laisser les alizés souffler à travers pour garder notre fraîcheur. Il y a des ventilateurs de plafond et des ventilateurs de boîte partout comme alternative.

Kaanapali Royal; avec un emplacement imbattable en plein cœur du Kaanapali Resort.

Maui est maintes fois classée «Meilleure île» par les lecteurs de Conde Nast, et Kaanapali est LA destination à Maui. La plage fabuleuse, Black Rock, le Strip de l'hôtel (pas trop développé comme Miami ou Honolulu) - vous l'appelez, si c'est souhaitable, tout est à Kaanapali.

Le problème est que Kaanapali est devenu assez cher pour un condo en bord de mer ou une chambre d'hôtel, c'est pourquoi le Royal Kaanapali est une alternative si bienvenue.

Sans aucun doute le Kaanapali Royal est le meilleur rapport qualité / prix de Kaanapali, et cette unité est l'un des meilleurs prix sur la propriété! Situé sur le parcours de golf à distance de marche de la plage et du village de Whaler, avec ses grands magasins, restaurants et sur la plage.

Le meilleur des deux mondes! Proche de l'action mais calme et retiré. L'unité est agréable et les jardins sont magnifiques. Il y a une grande piscine et un jacuzzi avec des barbecues au bord de la piscine avec des tables et des chaises. Profitez également des deux courts de tennis. Le complexe est fermé avec sécurité de nuit (pas que vous en ayez besoin). Le stationnement est de niveau sous des arbres ombragés. Il y a des frais de stationnement de 20 $ par jour ou max de 140 $. Ce montant est payable directement à la réception lors de l'inscription.

Cette unité est accessible par des escaliers sur le 3ème étage. Et il y a des escaliers à l'intérieur menant à la chambre principale. Imaginez 1500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie avec une véranda expansive, tout confort, pour quatre personnes dans des lits et il y a un canapé-lit gigogne pour un ou deux invités supplémentaires. Il y a la climatisation, mais avec les alizés stables, ouvrez simplement une fenêtre et laissez entrer la brise naturelle. Vues spectaculaires sur le coucher de soleil sur le Pacifique depuis votre chambre principale, votre salon et votre véranda. Imaginez une semaine ou plus au paradis!

You can't beat this place!

This is the second time we've stayed here and will continue to come back each time we are in Maui. Awesome location, great vibe for adults and kids throughout the property, and the owner is super responsive and helpful. We love it here!

Fantastic condo and location.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It's in an ideal location with beautiful views. The condo is spacious, well-equipped, and the view from the lanai was lovely. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was great and our 3 year old had a great time at this spot. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very helpful and gave detailed info. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing condo and location!

This unit was perfect for us! Even without air conditioning, the cross breezes made it very comfortable. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Excellent communication with the property manager both before and during our stay. Close to several beaches aside from the famous Black Rock beach. I would absolutely book here again.

Spacious Family Friendly Condo

We have been staying in Ka’anapali with our kids for 11 years and as they get bigger and need more space it’s been a challenge to find a larger condo that accommodates our family. This unit was perfect for us and our budget. Our kids loved having their own room with twin beds. There were plenty of extra linens and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner communicated incredibly before our trip letting us know what was available to us like chairs, sand toys, boogie boards etc. We will be renting this unit again in the future!

Just What We Needed

This place was perfectly placed and priced! Responses about property were prompt. We have been coming to Maui for more than 40 years. This place had a wonderful view and was comfortably stocked with necessary items. The trolly stopped close enough to the property that our kids felt comfortable taking it alone to the beach and Whaler's Village. Breezes were nice and fans are provided for those "hot bodies" in your group. We will return!

Good condo at a great price

The view was amazing! It was just a short walk to the beach and the village. The property management staff, Peter & laura were phenomenal! Peter got back to me quickly with all my questions and allowed a later check out. The Internet went out, I know not a big deal on vacation, but I had some work with deadlines that had to be met, and laura was able to resolve the issue quickly and with plenty of time to meet my deadline. I wasn't able to give 5 stars only because the condo needs a few updates and the AC didn't work all that well, but everything else was great. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Glad you enjoyed your stay and that the Internet issue was resolved (the modem had died- got a new one). Yes, the views are great, the location is near perfect (a bit away from the beach but easily walkable to get there ,plus a lot more private). Sorry about the A/C- it is now fixed, though it seems to require quite a lot of maintenance... With ceiling fans and the trade winds, most people don't actually rely on the A/C to keep cool. The decor is functional and all is well maintained, but no, this is not a super fancy unit. However, it is large, airy, with stellar ocean views, and priced well under some other units. Plus the complex itself is so appealing- with its lovely pool area, tennis courts and excellent landscaping with ground level shaded parking right by the units. Please come back again!

Nice place cant complain but the fans and tranwidns breeze was a joke i would have payed more here to have the ac if i knew my place would be over 85 degrees inside very uncomfortable feeling

Wonderful stay

This has been a fantastic place to stay for our family. We have a family of 5 and finding a hotel without having to book 2 rooms has become incredibly hard to do these days. Additionally, the prices to stay in this area of Hawaii even in a VRBO is quite expensive. I found this spot to amazing for the price and what you get for it. It has a beautiful view facing the ocean and we loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. It has perfect space for 5 people (2 twin beds, 1 pullout couch and upstairs bedroom). Its a short walk to the beach and located to the ABC store and restaurants. The owners are very transparent about not having air conditioning. I took a chance, even though my wife cannot handle getting overheated, but they had lots of fans (we had 2 going upstairs, plus the ceiling fan) and the kids each had a fan in their rooms. While it does get decently warm at night, we had cool showers before going to bed and with the fans blowing it was not a problem for us. I would say, that if you absolutely cannot handle the fact it might be warm at night, and you need to sleep in cold conditions, then perhaps this is not the spot for you, but I would argue that if you stay here and then give it anything less than a 5 star review because you couldn't handle the temperature, then that is not a fair review. The owners were very responsive to our questions when we needed them for a few things. Thank you! I would highly recommend!!!

BUYER BEWARE

Overall I was unsatisfied with the booking of this property. Don't trust the reviews that state they were able to access the AC in this property. Despite my attempts to validate this with the owner in advance, the response from the owner was misleading and untrustworthy. The thermostat is padlocked and not able to be accessed. The owner was also slow to respond during our trip to my requests for support (~2 days to reply). Only book this unit if you don't plan to need mid-trip support and do not care about having access to AC.

Wonderful Experience

Location of the condo was perfect, nice walk to the big hotels, Whaler's Village and beaches. Communications with owner was excellent. Front desk reception lady was pleasant and plenty of parking. Didn't make it to the pool, but had a great view. View overlooking the golf course to the hotels and water was a perfect "10".

Great place to stay

We liked staying here. One reason was because of the bedroom arrangement - masters upstairs and the other downstairs. The separation was great. Beautiful view! Very affordable.

You will be pleasantly surprised staying here.

Laura was wonderful to work with. She responded to emails in a timely matter. Was very helpful to my many questions. The condo was fabulous. Clean and stocked with what you need, towels for the beach, utensils for eating, cups plates and anything else you need while staying there. The location could not be any better. The view is incredible. Kehau who works at the front desk at the complex was so helpful and very friendly. We could have stayed forever. There were 6 of us staying there and never felt cramped. The walked to black rock was about 10-15 minutes. We barbequed, hung out at the pool and me and the boys learned how to play pickle ball. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and l really enjoyed our stay at the Kaanapali Royal. It contained all the comforts of home. We are hoping to return maybe next year. We did like the fact that you were going green, it's the right thing to do.

The best thing about the Kaanapali Royal is that it is a quiet oasis. There are no tourist crowds, no fighting for a poolside lounge. The landscaping is beautiful; everything is well maintained. I love that the beach is close by, but that there is complete privacy at the KR
