Situé à moins de 15 minutes de Beautiful Historic Beaufort, à 15 minutes de Parris Island et à 45 minutes des plages de Hunting Island et Hilton Head, cette escapade au bord de l'eau comprend 1 chambre principale avec bain à remous et douche, une 2ème chambre principale avec salle de bains et 1 chambre triple avec lits jumeaux, trois salles de bain complètes, un magnifique porche grillagé et un beau soleil se lève de notre quai en eau profonde. Crabe, crevette et poisson dès le quai. Détendez-vous sur le pont couvert au-dessus de l'eau tout en regardant les dauphins et les raies avec une vie d'oiseaux extraordinaire, notamment des grues, des hérons, des pélicans et des aigrettes. Apportez votre kayak, votre planche à pagaie et votre petit bateau et profitez de McCalley Creek! Faites un voyage du quai à l'île Hilton Head ou à Beaufort par la baie pour faire du shopping et manger dans votre petit bateau. La maison est située entre Savannah et Charleston. Il s'agit d'un excellent équilibre entre un pays paisible et l'accès au centre-ville de Beaufort. La nuit, profitez de belles vues sur notre lune méridionale. Utilisez le gril à gaz sur le patio extérieur ou détendez-vous dans la véranda grillagée.

Nice quiet place to stay. House was spacious, clean, and as described. Fenced in area for the pets, ample outdoor seating, secluded back yard. Caught some nice red and black drum off the dock as well.

The location, layout of house and pet accommodations were excellent. Location on marsh with easy access to water and location close to Beaufort and surrounding areas could not be better. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We appreciated the privacy. The hosts next door were very accommodating and immediately responded to any questions/needs, but not intrusive in any way. We felt that there could be a bit more attention to cleanliness. But overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience.

This was an amazing place. The location was just perfect. The deep water dock gave us many hours of fishing and shrimping. Our puppy would stand at the door and wait for us to take him to the dock. I highly recommend it. I can't wait to go back.

Nice spot

Nice getaway

Nice quiet place with a perfect driveway for the kids to ride bikes along with crabbing off the dock. Short ride to downtown, all around good stay

Great stay for air show

Was staying in the area for vacation to stroll around Beaufort and take in the air show at the Marine base. House was in a great spot to take advantage of both. It was quiet and lovely in the evenings and a great spot to watch the Blue Angels from the dock during the day.

Beautiful view of the creek convenient location for going to Beaufort just about a 15 minute drive house was dated and the dock was a little sketchy, but it worked

Thank you for letting us know. We are a bit confused . The house has brand new wood floors, new paint. Brand new dishwasher, washer & dryer. The furniture is leather in order to clean it between guests. The bed linens are recently purchased. The dock is supposed to move with the water tide changes.

Private Dock made our vacation!

Perfect Lowcountry getaway!

Great property right on the water. Loved the back yard and the dock. The palmetto tree lined driveway, screened in porch were nice extras. Hope to stay here again!

This was our 3rd time staying at Sunmist cottage and it won't be the last. The house is comfortable, the location is breathtaking and Kevin and Jane are always accommodating and easy to reach if need be! Thank you both for another great vacation!

Great location, comfortable house

The property is located north of Beaufort and it was very easy to reach sightseeing areas. Communication with the owners was easy, they were very responsive and helpful with any problems. We were there during Hurricane Helene and they were very helpful and assured us we were safe.

Nice Getaway

Diamond in the rough. Outside of house could stand a cleaning, but inside was clean. Nice big yard with good privacy from neighbors with lots of greenery.
