Maison familiale unique dans un excellent emplacement: Les tarifs sont pour 1 adulte. Tous les utilitaires sont inclus. Chaque invité supplémentaire, tout ùge est de 30 $. 00 par nuit et par personne. Nous prenons des animaux de compagnie qu'ils comptent pour 30 $. 00 par nuit, par animal, + taxes. Cette unité comprend trois chambres King une chambre Queen avec lit de jour double et lit gigogne Twin une salle de bain principale deux salles de bain invités peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 dans des lits. nous permettons de dormir sur le canapé et vous pouvez tourner deux grandes chaises ensemble dans le salon. Divertissements et restaurants à proximité.

Great Vrbo

We had a fantastic experience staying at this property for our spring break with my wife and three daughters, all aged 10 and under. It truly offers everything a family could possibly need! The location is superb, with convenient access to various stores, restaurants, and attractions in Fort Myers. Lonny and his team were exceptional hosts, always available and responsive to any requests we had. Do not hesitate to book with this host - highly recommended!

host was able to accomodate us at the last minute

We had a reservation in Cape Coral, but the hurricane damage turned out to be too severe to repair in time. The host (Lonnie) had other properties in the area, and was able to find us a larger house with a pool in basically the same area. Because of the nature of this last-minute arrangement, he kindly rented us the larger house at the same cost as the original, smaller house, which we appreciated!

Fun Family Vacation

Very clean, has everything a family could need/use on a vacation. Especially if you have little ones. It was so nice to have pool toys, floaties, a pack & play and other necessary kid stuff to use at no additional charge. I even hosted 2 dinner parties with friends in the area and the kitchen had everything I needed from pots & pans, to fancy dishes & serving platters. The rooms are inviting with sheets & pillows all fresh, white & crisp.

Family get away

The house has a ping pong table in garage and the pool was a big hit with kids. We were able to use the boat lift with cover which was very nice . House is very user friendly. The third bathroom is in garage which was fine just wasn't clear when we booked it on line. There is construction across the canal but shouldn't be to much longer. All in all it worked great for our family which was 9 of us.

Great place for a winter trip to Florida!

I would definitely stay here again. The pool was great, and the kids loved it! It was a great spot to both enjoy Fort Meyers Beach and Sanibel. We had the ability to enjoy the ocean while having a warm pool and great house for the family to relax.

Best stay out of many I’ve been to!

I’m always weary of what I’m walking into when I rent a property. I was not disappointed at all with this one! The property was spacious, clean, and had what we needed. Plenty of towels , big TV’s in each room, pool toys , start up supplies. The beds were so comfortable! The pool was great! The kids loved it and spent morning till night in it each day. We were close to the beach , and we loved the kayaks that we used right from the back of the home. We so appreciated the support we received with the kayaks getting on and off. Any questions we had about the property were answered quickly. I liked the resource book they had in the kitchen with restaurants, beach’s, boat rentals, etc
 We ate at some places nearby and had some deliveries. We used the volleyball net in the pool for the older kids at night. We had a lot of fun here. They have of other equipment in the garage / game room (tennis racquets , bike, hammock) that we didn’t get to , but nice to know it’s there. The friendliest, most attentive owners I’ve ever rented from. We will definitely be back !

Wonder place location and atmosphere

We had a awesome time at Lonny house. He welcomed us when we first got there with any questions and showed us around and a walk through , he was so nice if we had any questions. We spent nights by there beautiful out door area and pool with the family. And was only a 1.5 mile walk to the beach so we had family walks every morning for a fun exercise walk. Me and my family can’t wait to come back and are looking for dates to come back very soon.

Fantastic place

This was a great place to stay - perfect for our family with teens and a preteen. We loved the pool and spent the day in Sanibel. Three of the beds were comfortable but two of them we could feel the springs, which would be our only complaint. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Good location, tired property

This property is in a good location for walking to the park and ice cream and we luckily only needed to stay 3 nights. It however is in need of some up keep and a deep cleaning. (Dirty towels and lots of ants.) The pool was probably the best part. When I did text the property manager the issues we were having there was zero response. This house could be really great with some upgrades- better linens, more cleaning and a more responsive property manager.

Our stay was good. Pool was nice! Bath towels could have been a better quality. Kitchenware, like pots, pans, utensils and kitchen towels could use an upgrade. The beds were awesome to sleep in! Overall though, a very good place to stay and we would recommend it!

The property was great. VRBO on the other hand was useless to me. I will never use VRBO in the future if at all possible. Their customer service was useless and they would not even engage in my concerns.

Lonnie was attentive and accommodating with covid it was difficult being able to find a weekend to stay. We shifted the dates once for $200 more which wasn’t cool but it wasn’t bad either

Great stay. House was wonderfully large and new smart TVs

Everything was just as described. Old reviews said needed toiletries.... each shower had all 3 necessities in stock. We brought extra paper towels and toilet paper. There was no Keurig, but had a coffee maker. Obviously, this is a canal front home, so we had bugs... but being a Floridian- it was expected to an extent. Manager responded immediately to all needs. Gave 4 stars because the bath floors could've been better cleaned. All else was clean - pool eas heated and fun!

We travel to Cape Coral several times a year, our three adult children show up at the same time and having 4 bedrooms and 3 baths was a must have. I work from home so having space for a small office is important also. The Location is central to everything we like, Boating, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, polo games in Sarasota, Naples. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. It's wonderful to wake up in the morning, breathing the gulf air, take your cup of coffee out to the lanai or on the dock our personal favorite and enjoy the relaxing view of the water!

Known for its many canals Cape Coral is just out side of the City hustle and bustle of Fort Meyers and Southwest Florida's International Airport how convenient. More canals than any were in the world approximately 420 miles of canals to explore and take you to the Gulf of Mexico and beyond. Home to manatees, Sirenia Vista Park has kayak routes to Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve, where birds wade amid mangroves. Cape Coral Historical Society & Museum traces the planning of the city. Yacht Club Community Park has a beach and pier on the Caloosahatchee River. To the north, Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve attracts herons and ibis.
