Notre propriĂ©tĂ© est une maison de style sud-ouest moderne sur 1. 7 acres dans la subdivision Tonto Hills. Il offre une superbe vue Ă  360 degrĂ©s sur la forĂȘt nationale adjacente de Tonto, les montagnes environnantes et la "vallĂ©e du soleil". À une altitude d'environ 2400 pieds au-dessus du fond de la vallĂ©e, les sommets diurnes sont de 5 Ă  7 plus frais que la vallĂ©e et il y a le rare dĂ©poussiĂ©rage lĂ©ger de la neige, qui a disparu avant midi, en hiver!

La maison principale de 2700 pieds carrés comprend 2 salles de bain complÚtes, trois chambres et un grand bureau qui se transforme facilement en une quatriÚme chambre. La chambre principale a un lit king. Les deux autres chambres ont des reines et le bureau a une banquette-lit qui se transforme en deux lits jumeaux. Le pool house de 564 pieds carrés a une autre salle de bain complÚte, deux lits jumeaux et à quelques pas de la piscine et du spa. L'ensemble de la piscine / pool house est entouré d'une clÎture de sécurité de 5 pieds de hauteur. Il y a 3 patios de dalles couvertes spacieuses et confortables encadrées de colonnes en pierre Castle Rock importées et de poutres apparentes au plafond. La maison principale a deux cheminées intérieures et un foyer de ruche sur le patio arriÚre. Le pool house a une autre cheminée intérieure.

Great Escape

This was the perfect place in the mountains for an escape yet close enough to fun city stuff. Enjoyed the close trails, neighborhood wine bar, and the views from the pool and hot tub! Highly recommend.

Beautiful vacation spot

We had a fantastic stay. The house and pool are beautiful, and we loved the location. There are even hikes walking distance or a short drive away. I hope to come back and stay here again!

Great property, great host

The house and surroundings are excellent. Very clean and plenty of sleeping space - the two kids used the trundle bed in the study. The pool and hot tub were fun and the views were very nice. Jeff was a great host - communicative before our stay and readily available and helpful with a minor issue with the pool heater that was quickly resolved.Highly recommended!

Great trip to Cave Creek

Home was just as advertised. It was just my wife and I. Our host, Jeff, was fantastic. Bike Week

Jeff was incredible with communication before and during the entire stay! Emails and texts were very helpful making sure I had what I needed for check in. We didn’t utilize the pool/hot tub, but they looked great. Place is big and beautiful! Will definitely try to book again if/when I’m back!!

My wife and I had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home! Jeff was an excellent and welcoming host, and always kept us informed and provided very useful tips. We especially loved that we could share the experience with our 3 pups. The enclosed front yard, backyard, and pool area were perfect sizes for them to roam, although we always made sure to accompany them to ensure their safety. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the fresh eggs were such a treat! Walking to the enclosed pool and pool house area felt like a little adventure. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the memories we’ve made here. Highly recommend!!!

Gorgeous location

This spacious house is located in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. Nestled in the hills, it has wonderful views and great access to hiking trails. The property’s outdoor spaces are wonderful, and the interiors are comfortable. Great communication with owner too.

Beautiful home and amazing location!

This home was just what we needed! The location was incredible! We stayed here and played in Scottsdale (40 min drive) and it was perfect. A place to escape into the quiet desert. The pool was absolutely amazing and Jeff was a call away for any questions we might have had. Definitely would recommend this beautiful home!

I grew up in Maryland and moved west in 1971 -- Colorado first, then New Mexico, and finally on to Arizona. I met my wife in California and moved her from the Bay Area to the Navajo reservation when I was the CEO of the hospital in Ganado. ..ain't love grand! We now live in Flagstaff. Cave Creek is our second/winter home, but we are happy to share. It was halfway between our two sons when one at the University of Arizona in Tucson and the other at Northern Arizona University (NAU) in Flagstaff. I have retired but, my wife is still teaching at NAU.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Why not!!?? We bought it because of the quiet location, great views, and proximity to every kind of outdoor activity (I'm an aging rock climber) as well as all the Phoenix events.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home has approximately 1,500 SF of outdoor flagstone patios and walkways. The back patio has a view of the mountains around the region. It also has a bee-hive fireplace. The pool and spa and pool house are located on the west side of the arroyo that runs thru the property to take full advantage of the view south. they are accessed from the main house via a unique concrete/stone bridge over a wash. The thick walls and tile floors keep the house cool -- along with the a/c. Southwest landscaping complements both the front and back patios. The swing on the front patio is a perfect place to read.

The development/ immediate area is a great place to run, hike, bike ride or walk alone or with your best friend.
Because of our homes 2450' elevation, the average monthly high and low temperatures are typically 5-7 degrees lower than Phoenix.
