Two Families or a Golf Group — Room for Everyone in North Scottsdale

This North Scottsdale home is built for groups who want to be together without being on top of each other. It sleeps 10 across a genuine split floorplan, with a pool and spa out back and a dedicated media room for the nights you'd rather stay in. Whether it's two families, a golf foursome, or a multi-gen reunion, everyone gets their space.

INSIDE
The main living areas are open and bright, with big windows and a fully equipped kitchen that can actually handle cooking for ten. The dining space seats the whole group. Because the floorplan splits the bedrooms across opposite wings, the early risers heading to the first tee won't wake anyone sleeping in.

- Master — King, with en-suite bath (soaking tub and separate shower)
- Bedroom 2 — Queen and Twin, en-suite bath
- Bedroom 3 — King

OUT BACK
This is where the trip happens. A sparkling pool with optional heat (84°F for $40/day), a spa, a covered patio with seating for the whole group, and a full outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, sink, and fridge, so you're cooking and entertaining without running back inside. When the desert cools off, the fire pit is ready for s'mores and stargazing.

MOVIE NIGHTS
A dedicated media room with a big screen and comfortable seating. Dim the lights and settle in after a day in the sun.

THE LOCATION
You're in the heart of North Scottsdale, minutes from the area's best golf: Desert Highlands (about 5 minutes), Grayhawk (about 8 minutes), and more. Pinnacle Peak Park's trailheads are about 9 minutes out, Desert Ridge Marketplace's shopping and dining about 10, and several restaurants are within a 5-minute drive.

This is a great property that's centrally located to great golf & restaurants. The house was spacious inside and had a great backyard for relaxing after a hot day on the course. I would rent it again and highly recommend it to others.

House has a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The yard is lovely and well kept. House has a kitchen that is well stocked with dishes, pans and appliances. The beds were very comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with and helpful. The only drawback is that the bedrooms don't have easily accessible electric outlets. The drapes in the eating area were detached from the rod in some places but the rest of the house was well maintained and very clean.

Overall stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful and large - was there for a girls trip and we enjoyed our days by the beautiful pool and hot tub! While the pool was warm enough because of the hot days before we came, the title of the listing was very misleading. It stated it was a heated pool, but in very small details mentioned that you have to pay extra for the heat of the pool and is not included. There were some areas where the home needs some updating and additional cleaning (master shower tile) but overall was a great stay!

The pool stayed warm because our pool heater ran throughout your stay, holding it at a comfortable 85°; that heating is an optional service, and the fee is confirmed with every guest before booking, so it's always agreed on in advance. We're glad it delivered. We also check in with guests by message several times during every stay specifically so we can resolve anything right away. Your note about the master shower and a couple of areas needing attention is well taken, it has already been addressed so the home keeps showing at its best.
