Cette maison de trois chambres est situé dans la communauté de la maison de la plage de Las Conchas fermée et se trouve sur une des plus belles plages de la mer de Cortez, à Rocky Point, la maison est livré avec une cuisine bien équipée et tous les draps. La maison est située directement en face de l'une des plages les plus calmes à Puerto Penasco. Nous sommes également situés dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Que vous souhaitiez un week-end ou une location pour un mois à la fois, nous pouvons organiser le séjour parfait pour vous. La maison est une histoire. Les seuls escaliers sont à un pont Margarita avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan.

Wonderful Stay

The perfect property. Everything was just as stated. Clean, very comfortable beds, kitchen was extremely well equipped and a short walk to the beach. Craig was super responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

great house had a great stay at house felt very safe gated community . bryans sports bar is just down road and has great food ( and go food ) with specials almost every night !!! beach is close by and interesting to see and walk !!!

Beautiful, Clean & Very Close to the beach

This home is beautiful, even more beautiful in person and just across the street from the beach. Craig stayed in contact with us and was very friendly & helpful with any questions we had. My family had an amazing time, can’t wait to go back!

Nice house and great location

The house was perfect for our family. We loved being so close the beach. Even though the water was cold, our children loved playing in the ocean! The house had all of the comforts of home! We will definitely be going back!

Comfortable house with a great sea view

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape . The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, it has a great yard to hang out in, as well as a margarita deck with a view of the water and a short walk to the beach ( 2 minutes and your toes are in the water). It’s very close to town and restaurants. The owner has another house on the property and was very helpful with suggestions for shopping and dining. We were there for 4 nights .

Great location

We stayed here 4th of July weekend and it was pretty amazing. The a/c was already running so it was a nice and cool when we arrived. The walk to the beach is about a 2 min walk. So easy to find the property. The area was nice and quiet and we felt secure. Thank you Craig for your hospitality.

Lovely casita

We loved the casita. Size and location were perfect for our family. Craig was very responsive. We appreciated the extras like garbage bags, dish soap, paper towels. Also the beach chairs and beach towels were super helpful.

Hello Guy I’m sorry you were disappointed in Puerto Penasco. I thought you were happy with our home however and I’m a little disappointed in the three star review. If there was something that we did wrong that we deserved a low rating we would sure like to know about it. But if you’re rating us with three stars because you’re unhappy with the town I think that is unfair . I am sorry you were disappointed in your trip to our little town. Thank you Craig

Location, Accommodations, Beach access and Management all 5 stars! Property owner is fantastic and exceptionally professional. Cleaning staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend. The house was perfect for the five of us and had more space and amenities than we could use. The “Margarita Deck” absolutely seals the deal!

Iggys fishing trip

Beautiful place, the ac worked perfectly the beach a short 2 minute walk away. Beautiful layout. I will definitely stay here again. Craig was a great help getting me to the right location. If you are using GPS don't make the first right. It's the second right. Thank you Craig for allowing us to rent your property.

Great House-As always

This is our third time staying at this beautiful house, and we loved it even more. Even though this house is not on the beach, there is no house in front to block your view of the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and the living room is a comfy place to hang out when you’re not at the beach. The beds are very comfy and the sheets are especially soft. The house is very close to the entrance of Las Conchas which makes it an easy trip to. The owner is wonderful and made it very easy to check in. I love this house and we’ll be back again. Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent Service &Beautiful Home

Craig is amazing and his home is absolutely perfect! We have zero complaints about him or the house. He gives 110% to his clients. Very clean, the home had everything we needed. Maria (house keeper) was very nice, showed us around the house. Quick walk to the beach, grandkids loved the house and yard. We can't wait to go back! We wouldn't rent another home, only the Sea Escape! We also will recommend this home to friends and family!

Perfect Trip

Simply put.....this house is perfect! The owner couldn’t have been nicer! When we arrived, everything was clean and shiny! We found the kitchen to be fully stocked with everything you could want but bring your own salt and pepper.. The WiFi worked great all week. The master bedroom was large and the bed was very comfortable. The other two bedrooms were great as well. The view of the ocean from the window was outstanding. We loved everything about this house and we’ll be back.

June 1st to June 4th Stay

The Owner Craig was in contact for the check in procedure the day we arrived. The house is beautiful as decribed. There were only 4 adults, so plenty of room. Maria the cleaning lady was there to meet us. She gave us the low-down on all the amenties. She was very helpful. The house is great. All cooking amenties etc...beds were comfortable, nice hot water for showers. The walk across the street to the beach is nice. We spent our days there and just relaxed. Craig, thank you letting us enjoy your property, We plan to stay here again and again and again.

BEST STAY EVER

Where do I begin! The whole process from start to finish was amazing! The house was PERFECT! I cannot WAIT to come back! It was so peaceful & away from the hustle & bustle of Rocky Point. I don't have a single complaint or bad thing to say about the property or owner. Craig was the best host & helped us so much with everything. Everything was clean, the AC was great, the showers were hot, I mean...PERFECT! I read through so many reviews to find the perfect place for my husbands birthday/our "mini 'moon" & this was it. If you are considering this property vs. another one, CHOOSE THIS ONE! I promise you won't regret it!

Great Stay

I would definitely recommend staying in this home. You can definitely tell how well kept up and well taken care of the house has been. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the home especially with our 3 yr old on board this trip. The home has beautiful decoration giving it a home vibe. It also comes equipped with almost everything you need (kitchen utensils, toilet paper, coffee maker, trash bags, even batteries for the remotes, etc). Huge perk is you have an actual AC unit that keeps the house really nicely cooled. In all our stays in Las Conchas this is the first home with an actual AC. Not only is the view from the house incredible, but it is also so close to the beach (3 min walk). The location of the house within Las Conchas is so close to town, restaurants, the Malecón, etc. Our family really enjoyed this stay. Btw Craig was awesome. He answered very quickly and was very informative. Definitely staying here again.

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful with easy access to the beach. However we were waiting for almost an hour in order to check in. There were vendors that drove by luckily so that we were able to get a cold drink while we waited on the top deck. The property had all the needed supplies even a grill. (Charcoal) we had a hard time getting the charcoal to light due to the moisture in the air (which i understand is out of the property owners hands but I would not recommend planning to grill unless you want to spend a while trying to get the charcoal to light). The property owner was very easy to get a hold of and was very quick with responding if we had any questions. For the most part we had a great time.

Thank you for the kind words, we do try to be at hand when a new guest arrives however sometimes the wires get crossed, I do show Maria arrived about 15 minutes after your arrival. I apologize for the delay. The summers are very humid in Penasco and if the charcoal has been exposed to the humidity it can be very tough to light, I am happy to hear otherwise you enjoyed your stay.

Just Ok

We stayed at Sea Escape over New Years Eve. When we arrived his property manager was supposed to let us in, she wasn't there to greet us so we waited a short time for her to arrive. I always prefer just being left a key so I don't have to depend any anybody but this was fine as well. The PM took us into the house but never turned on the hot water hater so we had to call to have her come back so we could shower. We were only left a very small amount of toilet paper for the group so on our 2nd day we had to purchase our own b/c we ran out. There was a very potent sewage smell that plagued us the entire weekend. We called the PM and it wasn't anything they could fix. We're still not sure where it was coming from. The wifi is spotty, which is not uncommon for RP but be aware of this in case you need to conduct business. Lastly the oven requires you to turn on the gas and then light the fire using a match. There's no mention of this anywhere so we left the gas running for some time without a flame which of course could have been extremely dangerous. We had to call the PM AGAIN to figure out to turn it on. I would recommend a manual for guests so this doesn't happen in the future. The house has some basic necessities for for our group who usually likes to cook we were missing some items that we normally find in other rentals. I would give the kitchen a 3 out of 5 stars in general. On the plus side the furniture and beds are comfortable, the TV works so you can watch sports etc. There's a nice patio out back and a great roof area to relax on. The view of the ocean is just as described. Overall for the price it was decent value but there were a couple of things that I would address to make it more than just an average rental.

Hello KR Thank you for your review. It is good when our guests let us know they have had issues we are able to confront these items and make our home a better experience for future guests. I apologize for the inconvenience these items caused. I would like to try to explain a couple of the items you discussed The electric in Mexico is very expensive and when we do not have a guest scheduled we shut off the hot water heater to conserve on that cost. My caretaker should have turned that back on prior to your arrival. I have spoken to her about that. We had just purchased the new oven in question, even though it is a top of the line GE it was purchased in Mexico and I was not aware that it does not have electronic ignition for the oven. After speaking to my caretaker this is apparently common on Mexican stoves. I have since placed instructions on the oven for our future guests. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I had renters for Thanksgiving and they had actually sent me a text that they had prepared a full dinner and the stove and oven worked fabulously. She did not mention this to me. I would like to know if you can tell me what items we are missing from the kitchen as I have it stocked with everything I could think of. Occasionally items do go missing, so please tell me what I could supply to complete the kitchen. Your comment about the WIFI is a valid concern and our entire community is experiencing the same problem. Las Conchas has one of the oldest infrastructures and TELMEX (the phone company) has not upgraded this service for us. Remember you are in Mexico and we Americans are spoiled with the internet service we have. I was there this last weekend and did not notice any smell that you had experienced I will ask my PM to keep an eye on this as I am not sure where that could be coming from.. Again I want to thank you for being our guests and do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Thank you Craig
