Playa Romantica - Grande maison de plage confortable de 2 chambres

Playa Romantica est une maison sur la plage qui dispose de 2 chambres en bord de mer et de 2 salles de bains. Une chambre a un lit queen et à lits jumeaux avec accès au patio privé; l'autre chambre a un lit queen et un accès au patio double et privé. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec cafetière, mixeur, micro-ondes et grille-pain. Le salon / salle à manger a une cheminée (apportez votre propre bois ou bûches) et une belle vue sur l'eau ainsi qu'un accès rapide à la plage. Les autres commodités comprennent une grande terrasse et des meubles en bord de mer, des ventilateurs de plafond, une climatisation Ceantral, un moniteur TV pour magnétoscope, (apportez vos propres cassettes vidéo), Internet sans fil (WiFi), une douche extérieure et un barbecue au charbon. Le propriétaire demande de ne pas fumer à l'intérieur et pas d'animaux. Les draps et un jeu de serviettes de bain sont fournis. 2 nuits minimum pendant la semaine; 3 nuits minimum le week-end en mars, avril, mai, juin et octobre et tous les jours fériés.

Our overall experience was wounderful, the process from checking in, and getting to property, as well as checking out. The property itself was perfect for us the patio with water front was exceptional. We will be coming back in the near future.

We had a wonderful time and will be back. The location was perfect, the views spectacular, the home was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very attentive. We had an issue getting the BBQ to work, they came right away and fixed it! We highly recommend this home and alps love that we could bring our two dogs.

Love having coffee on back porch watching waves come in and out. House has split design for bedrooms, separate bathrooms, mini-split in each bedroom blows great a/c, 55" smart tv in living room, wifi works great, we found the beds really hard

You can’t be any closer to the beach!! It was a great spot for us, tall ceilings for fishing rods, and an incredibly quiet week tourist-wise.

Perfect area it was so peaceful even on a busy weekend. Kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely updated since pictures were taken. King bedroom is its own separate room off the house, so it would be quiet. We did not use because it was just two of us. The management company is top notch. My only picky complaint is that someone had a fire on the sand in the front and it would have been nice to have the small pieces of burnt wood sifted out. I would definitely recommend this home to enjoy your vacation

Beach is literally at your doorstep - you cannot beat the location!! We arrived later than anticipated, (office closes at 5 pm). Oceana has an after hours check in process, but it was not stated in initial welcome info. Property is accurately portrayed in photos on website. A/C and water pressure in main house was great. The wifi and water pressure in separate casita was spotty. The casita looked brand new, but did not have a mirror in bathroom. Other minor notes: house had some basics (sponge and dish soap, a few garbage bags) but was lacking some household items (pot holders, pasta strainer, hair dryer, broom needed replacement). Not a big deal, but if you plan on cooking be aware. House was only 5 minutes from Walmart so easy to stock up on water, groceries etc and easy to get into town. Would definitely re visit again.

Nine Days of Bliss

Eveything was right out our front door...fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, walks on the beach, shelling, incredible tidepools, and a great sunset each night. The blue moon rising over the sea was magnificent.

No dishwasher as advertised! No hair dryer, coffee maker antiquated and terribly stained. It was never mentioned that the third bedroom was a casita. For elderly folks, the water was quite far from the property and also very hilly! The plastic chairs were dangerously, two actually broke while sitting in them. The plastic was quite sharp and fortunately no one either hurt their backs or got cut. No bath mats available for getting out of shower. The tv was a major issue, no service the first couple days! We left a day early!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This place is a hidden gem, the location of the property is perfect,private & beach front.The A/C is awesome in the kitchen, all bedrooms, no a/c in the restrooms can get hot, quickly!The [4]beds in the main house are SUPER firm & very uncomfortable.The bed [larger] in the converted garage is a little more comfortable. Speaking of the converted casita; the entrance door is not an exterior door & appears to have been kicked b4 (repaired door frame), the door swings in, this is relevant because there is NO WINDOWS in this room! If there was an emergency & that door is blocked or stuck you CANNOT GET OUT! The hardware on the door is rusty, the nob doesn't function, the frame doesn't have metal plates, not secure.The kitchen knives are useless, the basics supplied to cook are the bare minimum. It's just bare minimum for cooking, knowing this would have been nice vs expecting a little more, not a big deal though. The house is open, clean & cool overall. This is not stay affecting; I would like to see a little better upkeep (being a tad picky), the sliders/ screens are rusty or not very functional, the roof tiles on the s/e corner are broken, just what I could see. Appears there's been a few leaks or floods, the dresser drawers in the main (2) bedrooms are falling out when you open them or missing handles.As a home owner I'd want to know & make sure the home is maintained well.

We stayed with another couple and loved the home. Often times when you share expenses someone get the short end of the stick when it comes to bedroom assignments. The bedrooms in this home are identical. Each room has a sliding glass door to the beach. The home was very clean. It is right on the beach. I highly recommend this home.

Host always responded in a timely manner. The beach was beautiful. Only thing there were a lot of mosquitos which surprised me. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely come back.

First off the best part of this rental was the location to the beach. The beach was right there and views from the home were wonderful! The downside to this property are things to do with care and maintenance. One of the inside the house bedrooms didn’t have power along that side of house ( bedroom and bathroom plug ins). The broom and dust pan that was there to keep up with sand on floors was horrible to say the least. The listing stated it had a charcoal grill which is not accurate…. It’s propane and it’s not in good working order the valve to propane was froze up and the side burner isn’t even attached so gas line is just left open I also did not read anything about the 3rd bedroom being separate from the home… and yes it’s a small building in front of home with bathroom in it-which was fine. But the separate bedroom didn’t have warm or hot water at all! Also there’s no mirror in the bedroom or bathroom so the people staying in that room have to come in and use someone else’s bathroom to get ready ( do hair etc.) -Not ideal. Be aware there’s no dishwasher so you have to wash all dishes by hand, not a big deal. One thing that was really bothersome to me was the lack of out door lighting. Very few outdoor lights and the bulbs are very dim therefore it’s hard to see outside at night. We tried to keep sand off of porch patio area but when spraying water on it it would pool up bc floor drains that were installed on sides of wall were too high for residual water to drain out.

Love Playa Romantica

This is our second time staying at Playa Romantica. We love the location of the home. It is close to town and the beach is right out of the back door. We will be staying here again!

Hidden Gem in Rocky Point

The "cottage", compared to the mega-mansions in Las Conchas, was wonderful. Small, intimate, cozy, right on the beach!! Well furnished, clean, comfortable, quiet. I will visit again and again.
