Cette propriété est disponible pour les locations du dimanche au dimanche en été. Maison neuve de cinq chambres à coucher et cinq salles de bain, située au 209, rue Ariola, avec piscine privée et accès facile par une rue résidentielle à deux voies au sable blanc de la plage de Pensacola.

209 Ariola Drive est géré de manière professionnelle par Paradise Beach Homes.

Le grand porche couvert a beaucoup d'espace de détente et de superbes vues sur le golfe du Mexique. Le salon ouvert, la salle à manger et la cuisine sont idéales pour les réunions de famille. Chacune des cinq chambres a une salle de bain privée et la chambre principale a une entrée privée sur le perron. Accès facile à la plage du Golfe situé à seulement 100 'de cette maison via une servitude publique.

La piscine est située directement derrière la maison et est entourée de clôtures privées. Il y a deux chambres avec balcon privé donnant sur la piscine.

Here's my honest review, we had a great week and loved being so close to everything. I read reviews before booking so here's what I would want to know...House is very close to beach, aerial pics are a bit deceiving. You cannot see shoreline from house just ocean. Access was easy enough however. Having 5 bed and 5 bath was great, no sharing! Beds are terrible, need replaced badly. Pillows were equally worn and uncomfortable. The entire house shows lots of wear. Clean enough but not spotless, picky details like baseboards need dusting and some of the toliets seemed mildewey but not bad enough to call housekeeping. Tubs were stained or dirty not sure which. Kitchen lacked basics like trashbags and foil. Only 2 worn dishtowels were given. Patio furniture was not comfortable, pads worn and table/chairs hard plastic with no cushions. Pool was not warm enough to use, we knew it wasn't heated but hoped it would be ok, it's too chilly. Fyi for anyone coming this time of year.

Steps from the beach and down the street from all of the things to do in Pensacola Beach. The house itself has been updated nicely and it's perfect to have everyone on the same floor. The only issue was there was not a small grassy yard for our pet. The weeds could've been cleaned up in the backyard by the pool better and some older outdoor things should've been thrown away but other than that it was fine. To the eye the property was clean, but there were still a few little things unclean. Paradise Beach Homes was great to work with!

Birthday in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this to celebrate my wife’s 60th Birthday and did we ever!! The house was perfect for the 4 couples staying with us, every room had its own full bathroom, and the master was fantastic with king bed and ocean views to wake to. The pool was chilly but we all really enjoyed the ample area to grill out hang and swim. The front deck is huge and has the best ocean views for morning coffee or evening cocktails, truly a perfect spot. House had everything we needed then some. House was clean when we arrived and you could tell very well maintained top to bottom. We only had to drive from Perdido Key, but everyone else traveled from all over. PNS was easy to get to and leave from, we loved showing off the area, boat ride saw the Blue Angels return and dolphins galore. Capped off the birthday with dinner at the Grand Marlin, our favorite!! We are already planning our next stay at Ariola 209, a true gem.

Perfect location

This house is absolutely perfect. It’s very close to a beach access, and also has an unobstructed view of the ocean, that most on the same side of the street don’t. The layout is perfect for two families if needed. Recommend highly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house for families! Loved that it’s all one level. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is a major plus! Two refrigerators were very beneficial! We used the pool some, but it was a bit chilly since it is shaded most of the day. If you plan to use the pool in the fall or spring, I recommend paying to have it heated. The location of this home is prime! Beach access right across the street and minimal traffic coming to our entry point. There isn’t a ton of street parking so you don’t get as many non residents driving up to access the beach. There’s also not as many houses in this area so less traffic trying to access this beach entry way and less crowded beach. My only small complaint is the beds in this home are not super comfortable. The back bedroom on the master side is a bed frame on wheels, which kept moving. My kids stayed in that room. I do think the owner should place an actual bed versus a rolling bed frame. The other queen beds are not comfortable and make a lot of noise when you roll over. I had several poor nights sleep simply bc my husband would wake me up every time he moved due to the noise from the bed. The other couple with us said their bedroom bed felt like the slats were broken.

Unfortunately it was cloudy and some sun, but not enough to get pool temperature up. So we didn't use pool. Lots of parking. The frig needs some shelves replaced and new ones added. Extra frig was handy for beverages. The view from front porch was great and sitting outside in chairs was very relaxing. Loved view of gulf.

Summer group beach trip

We have consistently rented this house and it has been wonderful. The five bedrooms and five baths make for a great set up. It’s right across from the ocean and the pool has been an added treat. The place is well kept, kitchen is well supplied and the rental company is easy to work with. We all highly recommend.
