Un emplacement de choix, le confort et une vue imprenable sur le Ponte Vecchio!

La suite est juste au coin de la Ponte Vecchio, sur la rive de la riviĂšre Oltrarno, Ă  Borgo San Jacopo. L'intĂ©rieur est de 70 mĂštres carrĂ©s (820 pieds carrĂ©s): deux chambres avec un lit double (160x200), un salon avec une kitchenette, salle de bains avec douche. Bien qu’elle soit idĂ©ale pour deux / quatre personnes, la suite peut accueillir jusqu’à cinq personnes avec son canapĂ©-lit (140 x 200) dans le salon. Les draps, les taies d'oreiller et les serviettes de service de blanchisserie professionnel. Auto-enregistrement disponible. Une connexion Wi-Fi et un systĂšme de climatisation sont fournis. Smart TV avec porte USB.

Oltrarno est le centre de Florence, sur la rive gauche de la riviĂšre Arno. Il est la partie la plus bohĂšme et artistique de Florence, oĂč vous pourrez respirer l'atmosphĂšre de la vĂ©ritable Florence. Il est idĂ©al si vous cherchez un endroit caractĂ©ristique qui est du centre-ville, mais Ă  l'Ă©cart des zones touristiques.
Le quartier est plein de monuments importants: églises historiques, parcs et musées importants, tels que la galerie Pitti, les jardins de Boboli et Santo Spirito Eglise.
Le Ponte Vecchio relie cette zone avec de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la ville et de la Galerie des Offices, du Palazzo Vecchio et le Duomo sont juste de l'autre cĂŽtĂ©. Les rues de la Oltrarno sont remplis de boutiques de mode, des crĂ©ateurs de bijoux, des ateliers artisanaux, des galeries d'art et les marchĂ©s typiques. Dans la soirĂ©e, la zone est remplie avec de charmants restaurants, cantines et cafĂ©s oĂč vous pourrez vous dĂ©tendre et dĂ©guster des spĂ©cialitĂ©s italiennes et internationales.
Situé à Borgo San Jacopo 6, à l'angle de la Ponte Vecchio sur la rive Oltrarno. Il est unique par son emplacement et sa vue sur le Ponte Vecchio.

Amazing Stay in Florence

The property was well-managed, cleanly, and in a perfect location close to all the main sights and tucked away enough to avoid the crowds and noise. The host has a binder with a lot of excellent tips for the area. If I am lucky enough to travel to Florence again, I will definitely try to stay at this VRBO again!!

Wonderful location to enjoy Florence!

The property is superbly located right in the heart of Florence. A wonderfully equipped apartment with a fantastic host in Cristian’s who made us most welcome. Everything is within a short walk - highly recommend.

Phenomenal!

The host was amazing and spent quality time with us at check in. The property is exactly as advertised with all amenities. The location is fabulous with a great view of the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio bridge. I would highly recommend staying in this convenient location.

Stylish apartment in ideal location

It was our first time in Italy and this was a perfect location. We enjoyed watching the people on the Ponte Vecchio and the rowers in the water. The rental worked fine for our family of 4!

Amazing location

Christiana’s apartment is lovely, exactly like the photos. Incredible location and beautiful view. I minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. Right next to shops and a supermarket, very comfortable beds and sofa. Christiana always responds very quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location!

This apartment is close to everything, but is quiet at night thanks to heavy duty, soundproof windows. We enjoyed listening to the music coming from Ponte Vecchio in the evenings, though!

Best Location in Florence

Super location with a beautiful view of the Pointe Vecchio Bridge and short walk to city centre and all Florence attractions. Apartment was comfortable for all four of us (women) with all conveniences available. We loved listening to the musicians on the bridge from the little terrace.

Home away from home!

This was our first trip to Florence and Cristiana made our stay sooo welcoming. The place is perfect with a view of the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio..close to dining and tourist options. Loved our stay here! Cristiana greeted us when we arrived and bid us farewell when we departed. She even ran to our bus stop on our departure when one of us forgot a cell phone on the side table. I would highly recommend this place. Will stay here if I return to Florence. Gracie Cristiana 🙏

Best Location in FLORENCE

We returned to this apartment because of the memories of the comfort and magnificent views but also because there's never enough time to experience all Florence has to offer. Cristiana is so warm and helpful and the apartment is well appointed and very clean. Every need is covered and it is so relaxing to have a home to come back to at the end of a wonderful day of being able to walk anywhere in town. Hopefully this won't be the last time spent here!

Highlight of our European vacation!

This place was stunning! Beautiful views of the Ponte Vecchio, right on the Arno River and right in the heart of any restaurant or shop you could ever need. The apt was very clean, had soft towels, crisp clean sheets and a fully stocked kitchen. Even a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us! Cristiana has an amazing eye for detail and made sure she was available if we needed her. This was the finest VRBO property we have stayed in! We will be back!

Beautiful Apartment on the Arno

We booked this apartment based on location, looks and previous reviews. It did not disappoint. Cristiana was an excellent host, meeting us at the apartment and going over everything with us (including maps, directions, etc.). The apartment was so clean and well maintained and the air conditioning was a plus with temps in the high 90s! Beds were very comfortable and the view was incredible. The apartment's location is perfect - close to everything. We only used a cab once to go to Piazzale Michaelangelo. This was a 5 star rental all the way and we'll definitely rent from Cristiana again!

Dreamy Florence Apartment

You couldn't ask for a more perfect and romantic location. The apartment is in a stunning location with amazing views of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. You will love being able to watch both the sunrises over the bridge and the sunsets off to the west over the hills from your quaint balconies without having to worry about the crowds. The location is superb and in great proximity to all the great places in Florence. We especially liked that a well stocked supermarket was steps away so we could pick up meal items and wine easily. Christiana, the owner, is so easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed, and answered any question we had. The apartment itself is perfect for a family, and offers everything you could need. I would highly recommend this rental as a perfect place to stay while vacationing in Florence!

We just stayed in this lovely apartment April 1st-6th. Cristina was wonderful to work with! Always very prompt in answering emails and met us a apartment to explain everything and give recommendations for Florence restaurants and things to do. Apartment was very well appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The apartment was also very clean, you can tell Cristina takes pride in this apartment. Location could not be better! Great views of the Ponte Vecchio and lovely to be able to listen to the musicians that often play on the bridge at night. Grocery store just around the corner was very convenient. Great restaurants nearby and a fun wine store just down the street. Looking forward to our next visit to this amazing city and hoping to rent this same apartment again! Thanks Cristina for making this apartment feel like our Florence home!

Perfect!

This property is amazing! There are no words to describe it! Starting from my first contact with Cristiana, who is such a lovely person, til the end of my stay, nothing could have been better! Cristiana was an incredible host. She answered all my emails and questions promptly from the start. She was available during our whole stay. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and has all the amenities you would need. The view from the master bedroom and the living room is breath taking! The location is perfect, lots of restaurants, coffee shops and stores right outside the building door. The Uffizi is but a 5 minute walk. It was our first time doing VRBO and it was much more than we expected! Thank you so much, Cristiana, you made us feel at home. We will be back to your place and recommended it to everyone!

Amazing location!

Steps away from Ponte Vecchio with small balconies right over the Arno, we very much enjoyed watching the various rowing practices, passing party boats, and amazing nightly views of Palazzo Vecchio’s tower with Ponte Vecchio in the foreground. In close proximity to Pitti Palace, Uffizi Gallery, and so much more, access to the sites was easy. We enjoyed listening to the nightly music performances on Ponte Vecchio from the comfort of the couches, and open screened door. Closing the door quieted the rooms nicely. The air conditioning helped cool us off after a warm day out. The washing machine and drying racks kept our clothes clean and dried. Though just one flight of stairs up, the elevator was very needed for my painful knees and for my mom who has difficulty taking stairs. Cristiana met us right on time at the apartment and gave recommendations for eating and groceries, and reserved a taxi for us on departure day. Communications were swiftly answered. A very enjoyable stay we (my husband and my 81 year old mom) recommend highly!
