This is a beautiful place with amazing views and well equipped. It was a comfortable stay for 4 adults and easy to access all the sites. We would definitely stay here again if back in Florence.

Rosy was an amazing host! She was incredibly communicative, responded quickly whenever we had a question, and made everything about our stay easy and stress-free.The location was absolutely perfect—we were only about a 10-minute walk from the Duomo, which made it so easy to explore Florence. It couldn’t have been a better place to spend our first few nights in Italy.I would absolutely stay here again and will definitely be saving this listing for my next trip to Florence. Highly recommend!

Great host. Beautiful view of the gardens and city. Only negative were the three flights of stairs which we were warned about, but were more difficult for our 60-plus year old bodies than we anticipated.

I am very pleased that you enjoyed your stay. Regarding the stairs, however, I must respectfully point out that this information is CLEARLY stated in the advertisement (and reminded after the booking). Florence is a medieval and Renaissance city, and the historic center consists almost exclusively of historic buildings, with almost 90% of which do not have elevators. The historic character of Casa Colonna is part of its charm and uniqueness. Unfortunately, neither we nor anyone else can alter the architectural reality of Florence’s historic center to accommodate modern expectations. For this reason, guests who require elevator access would be better served by choosing a modern property outside the historic center, where such facilities are available. While I fully respect your opinion, I do not believe that the absence of an elevator can reasonably be considered a shortcoming of the property, as it is a well-known characteristic of historic Florentine buildings and do not justify a three-star rate. Arrivederci!

Such a wonderful stay in the heart of Venice! This apartment has absolutely everything that anyone would need to feel comfortable and to enjoy the city and which is situated directly on one of the canals by Ca' Rezzonico. Restaurants and cafes right at your door step. Large and roomy!

The stairs were the only bad part of the stay. The view was worth the climb. It was a wonderful apartment. Rosy was easy to work with and shared a lot of great information about the city. We would stay there again.

We loved this amazing home in Florence! The view from the balcony was the icing on the cake. Rosy was a great host with excellent suggestions for local spots. The flat was so cute, and we would love to live there ourselves! Highly recommended!!!

Love the property. Especially the balcony and the view from it Lord of new upgrades and changes making this stay very comfortable. Keep in mind property is on the third floor, sir. You need to be able to check your luggage up. Host was super nice and allowing me to drop my luggage early in the day, even prior to the check-in

This rental was close to everything but on a quiet street. It was also the most well equipped place I have ever stayed in. Rosy was amazing and helped us with taxis, recommendations for food, and everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental!
