This property was great, but what was even more great was how we were welcomed into the property. The staff went through everything before arriving as well as meeting us for check in. The purpose of this stay was a business retreat and the bedrooms with ensuites, worked out perfectly for that. The view was just spectacular. and I highly recommend looking into the Hibachi and private chef options so you can just stay the whole time and enjoy the view and each others company.

No noise allowed!

Beautiful home in beautiful area. However you can’t make noise at all. A house that sleeps 20 people is not going to be silent. Just not possible. 4:00pm on a Saturday out by the pool getting noise complaints. Feel like you’re going to get evicted for speaking outside! Will not be back to this area. Neighbors park outside, open sunroof & listen just to complain. Way too much money for that. We didn’t party or have the music that loud.

What a place! Truly Spectacular

Pictures don't do it justice - this place is truly spectacular. Rooms are larger than they appear and amenities were great. Cori, my host upon arrival and for the last few days of communication, was just great. Couple of things to note for this property: The rental is through a travel company (not an individual host) and they emphasized sound ordinances to the point that as the host I was paranoid about anyone stepping foot outside after 9 p.m. and even when we might have only been playing soft music, I felt compelled to turn it off. While my group essentially came inside, I still have no idea if the music or sound indoors with the doors shut was sufficiently quiet or not. If they are going to make such a big deal (which is understandable as its a beautiful community and no one wants to lose their ability to rent a home due to noise complaints), maybe provide a decimal reader so you have an idea of how loud you might actually be. My friends had fun, but it honestly ruined my nights a bit - I probably shouldn't have cared so much, but I wanted to meet the host expectations. For a home of this quality, just understand that it comes with more strings than a typical VRBO (including a separate contract and vetting of guests). Second - not a big deal, but the posting indicates room for 20, but the hosting service charged for any additional person over 16. We had 18 which honestly felt just fine in terms of space and the fee was not significant, but I don't like feeling misled and the first host I worked with (who I don't believe is with them anymore) initially told me the number was not relevant as long as it was 20 or under. As long as it's upfront, it's totally reasonable and relative to total cost, it wasn't much - the transparency was just lacking in the VRBO posting.

Everything from booking to checkout was smooth and easy! Everyone at Holiday Rental was extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. Home offered everything we were looking for. Clean, comfortable private indoor spaces and large beautiful outdoor areas. Fantastic pool and spa. And the view, the view, the view!

Great views, Beautiful Mansion

This is one of the most extravagant homes I have ever seen. I was in shock walking through the door. Camelback mountain is a great location, and has stunning views! It had more than enough room for the family, and kept everyone entertained! Thank you Holiday Rental for giving my family an experience of a lifetime!

Love the view!

LOVED the view, and will definitely renting this property for the next boys trip! This is the greatest view of the city, and loved watching the sunset with a cold beer in hand. They even greet you at the property for check in, and give you a tour of the home !

Immaculate!

Great house with tremendous views! The host was great and attentive to all our needs. I would recommend this home to any and all vacation goers.We felt like royalty with all the amenities and the chef they recommended was superb.
