The Pinnacle complex is very well managed and maintained. The staff there are very helpful and we recognize several year over year.

The property was wonderful. Views exceptional. Only negative is the very loud construction noise that occurs daily except Sunday from 8 am to late in the afternoon.

Great location and views

There are not any truly "luxury" hotels anywhere near PV so we decided to rent in this complex due to the location and the pictures. The condo had awesome views and was well equipped and clean. After a snafu regarding the door not locking, the stay was great. I would rent again in this complex. There is a busy happy hour in the lobby which is full of friendly tourists and locals.

Beautiful View

Though our view was beautiful, the condo was ok. We have stayed at two other units in this building and they both where far superior to this unit. The "hot tub" was dirty and did not seem to hold water. We had to call the property manager a few times during our stay to request it to be serviced. The biggest issue with this building is the construction right outside of our balcony. We where not notified by the property manager this would be going on during our stay, had we known we would have booked a different location. The construction is six days per week, very disappointing. We love visiting PV; however, we will not be staying at this location again. There are too many far superior locations to choose from. This property seemed to be superior just three years ago, has declined with cleanliness. This is why I have rated this property 2 stars.

Awesome view

Our favorite features of this condo are its location in the middle of all the Zona Romantica shops, restaurants, clubs and beach activities, the absolutely awesome view of the entire Bay of Banderas from the balcony ( Yes, we saw whales!) and the friendly, helpful Pinnacle resort staff. The condo is super clean, has attractive décor, comfortable beds and the kitchen has great appliances and all the basic tools for preparing meals. But we should have paid more attention to the following statement in the website for the condo; “Photos on this website are being used for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to be a perfect match to the suite assigned.” We were disappointed to discover that the dining suite on the balcony in the website photos does not exist. So our meals in the condo were eaten on the 3 stools at the kitchen counter, outside on a cocktail-sized patio table or at the coffee table in the living room. We were also disappointed that the “private heated plunge pool “(which takes up over half of the balcony) is a hot tub not a dipping pool like we have enjoyed in other condos in this same building. The jacuzzi was nice on a couple of evenings but not useful for cooling off during the day. As always we had a wonderful holiday in Puerto Vallarta.

Very nice accommodation. Incredible views. Luv’d the interiors/finish.

We’d never been to Puerto Vallarta and couldn’t of picked a better property. Having fresh tea or sangria daily from the kitchen was nice. The washer/dryer let us pack less & great to have. But the view & location are what really make it the perfect stay! We used Open Table for all dinner reservations. We had a car, but dinners out/drinking, we always used Uber. Iguanna, Barcelona Tapas and Artistes restaurants are all relatively close, and soo worth it. Each very different and a must/not to miss. The evening happy hours at Pinnacle turned out to be a mix of guests and nearby friendly locals. I regret not going to them our first 3 nights there. We really enjoyed the people we met. Our balcony’s plunge pool (hot tub) had THE view and perfect spot for Sangria. We went to 2 Caberet shows. Check out The Palms and Act 2. Both were great venues/shows, giving us something unique and entertaining after dinner. The Sat farmers market on the plaza was one of the best I’ve been to. Overall, we had a great/memorable vacation and will be back to stay at Pinnacle again.

Bad service, Great views,

The security was horrible, rude and unhelpful, I feel out of the spa on my way out due to a unsafe design and bad planning, management did not care, They would not let my guest into the place because it was past nine. they call it the Andrew christin penthouse, it is not well kept, the master bedroom blinds do not keep out heat or light, the plung pool is a hot tub, that is so slippery it is unsafe I feel down all the steps and no one cared, my chef had issue with the bbq and could not get help. this was my second time at this locathion and both experiances have been bad.
