1730 Finca, piscine, verger, vue sur la montagne, Wi-Fi, récemment restauré

Une finca datant récemment rénové en 1732, à 6 minutes à pied de la place de la ville de Soller. Situé dans un joli verger, grand jardin et une piscine avec plusieurs terrasses. vue sur la montagne magnifique et endroit paisible.
Terminé à la plus haute spécification et avec amour intérieur conçu par nous-mêmes.
WiFi dans tout (pas dans le jardin encore!)
Parking derrière verrouillé portes pour quatre voitures (une fois que vous avez négocié le lecteur très étroit!)
Large, jolis jardins, orangers, citronniers, avocatiers, grenade, pêchers et abricotiers, avec différentes zones de chill-out ..
La place de la ville est si proche, brillant à plonger dans et hors de .... et il y a tellement de choses à voir et à faire très à proximité ..

Comme vous entrez par les portes en bois lourds il y a une belle grande zone de salle manger et salon avec un poêle à poêle à bois. Le niveau de la mezzanine est de cinq marches, où vous trouverez une salle de télévision élégant avec canapé-lit double, menant à la chambre en mezzanine et salle d'eau. Idéal pour les couples plus âgés, étant autonome. Particulièrement caractéristique particulière est le sol carrelé restauré.
En remontant l'escalier, vous trouverez la chambre principale avec un crayon poste lit et sa salle de bains, avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne depuis le balcon de Juliette ...

Il y a une salle de bains familiale de luxe et deux autres chambres à cet étage, dont l'un peut être configuré comme un lit king size ou jumeaux.


Retour en bas, vous trouverez la salle de service avec toutes les commodités, plus cuisine classique, leader dans la cuisine d'été et véranda. Il y a une table à manger en plein air pouvant accueillir 10. Transats et parasols autour de la piscine et une belle terrasse semi clos avec canapés en plein air.

Toutes les chambres disposent de la climatisation. Il y a aussi un chauffage central au fuel complet, espérons-le, pas nécessaire !!

NB Le tarif de base pour 4 personnes de novembre à avril est de 1 000 £. Des frais d'invité supplémentaires s'ajoutent à 25 £ par personne et par nuit, à l'exception de Noël. Je vous remercie.

A stunning home near to the town center

The property looks just like pictures, the outside areas are beautiful and the pool the perfect temperature, and ample parking. The inside space is great with great access from the kitchen area to the outside space. What sets this place apart from others is the short walk into town down through Calle Lluna with local shops, bakery and restaurants. The owner and local host were great to deal with and super helpful. A perfect place to stay.

The property was amazing, great layout for our family and only a few minutes walk into town. The garden is full of citrus trees which were all in season during our stay. The home has beautiful interior design and is equipped with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the week we sent here.

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Wendy's Finca. The grounds were stunning as was the villa itself. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 children. The location was fantastic, as just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Soller. Communication was great and I'd highly recommend staying here.

This is a really beautifully restored finca and an amazing place for a holiday. The house is obviously a much loved home and the generous welcome pack and honesty drawer with herbs, oils and spices made us feel right at home too! The location, a few minutes walk from the centre of Sóller, is very convenient but once in the garden it is quiet and secluded and you feel miles away from everything. Wendy was quick to reply to any queries and Adriana gave us all the info we needed at the house.We would definitely love another holiday here.

A great location, a short walk into a charming little town, the house was very well equipped, especially the cooking facilities, comfortable and spacious. Everyone in our party strongly recommends staying here for a relaxing pool/beach holiday. The only minor gripe is the fact that all the outdoor lighting cuts out at 11pm.

Family holiday in Soller

We had a lovely holiday for 3 generations of family including 2 toddlers. This lovely property proved ideal for all. The secure pool and grassy play area were particularly suitable for the young children and we enjoyed freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice from the wealth of fruit in the garden. Proximity to Soller town meant walking into town very practical.
