Bienvenue à 15 Atlantic Beach! Cette chambre 4, 3. 5 maison de bain est prêt pour la saison avec des mises à jour, y compris de nouveaux meubles partout, nouveaux planchers de bois, et une belle cuisine neuve. Cette maison de plage est située sur une parcelle d'angle offrant une vue sur le lagon exceptionnelles et un grand parking.

La grande véranda est meublée avec des sièges confortables de style Adirondack. Le plan du niveau principal de la maison d'étage ouvert comprend la salle de séjour, cuisine moderne avec armoires et les carreaux personnalisés, et une grande salle à manger avec des sièges pour huit. La suite de maître, à ce niveau aussi, offre un nouveau lit king size, magnifique salle de bain privée, monté télévision à écran plat, et l'accès au porche arrière. De grandes fenêtres et des portes ouvertes sur le dos véranda qui offre de nouveaux meubles en teck, un gril à gaz, et une vue imprenable sur le lagon.

A l'étage comprend une deuxième chambre principale, deux chambres supplémentaires, et un den avec canapé-lit. Cette deuxième suite parentale dispose d'un lit king size, monté TV écran plat, salle de bain privée, et accès à la véranda arrière supérieure. Les deux autres chambres sont équipées de deux California (XL) jumeaux, montés à plat de télévision à écran, et l'accès à la véranda arrière supérieure. Ces chambres se partagent une salle de bain complète.

Pour plus de commodité, cette maison a une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse à chaque étage, Internet sans fil, un parking pour 3 véhicules, et l'accès à une piscine communautaire.

Incredible house with steep stairs for not the faint at heart !

It was lovely. We enjoyed the house and especially the two porches. Incredible location. We did not know the steps were so steep inside the house and we had not considered how steep the outsides stairs were. It was stressful at first since my 84 year old Mom was with us. We ended up letting her sleep in the very nice master suite down stairs and we helped her go up and down the outside ones. She got in pretty good shape in just one week.

Nice location.

Overall a very nice stay. This house is in a great location. Quick walk to the beach. Nice view out the back of the pond. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. There were plenty of pots, pans and silverware. Having two ovens and a large refrigerator was great. We brought our own cookie sheet and crockpot. Just a few things need improvement-Coffee pot was old and there were no coffee filters provided for the first day. Also, there wasn't enough seating in the Living room. There was only enough seats for four people and if you had a party of eight you had to use dining room chairs which weren't suitable for relaxing in.

15 Atlantic Beach Court

Ours was a part vacation & part Covid-19 work from home break. For the latter, the house worked great as the wifi was good enough for 2 to conduct video calls, even from the back porch. As for the vacation part - it's always fun to to be in Kiawah and this house had a very good location for walking to the beach, riding bikes, and going to the Sanctuary. The back porch and the big family room were our favorite spots. We watch the occasional internet TV show (Netflix, etc.) and no network TV and the 5 TVs only offered network. I knew this in advance and so I brought my own HDMI devices. But, the family room TV's HDMI port is in a tight space and Roku didn't fit. An Amazon stock likely wouldn't fit either. I did, though, being an Apple TV device and it did fit. In the upstairs master, the Roku fit. In the downstairs master, the Roku fit but this TV never worked. I did call Sweetgrass about this and they did send someone over 2 hours later. That person reprogrammed the TV so that it worked, but we cut it off when we left and it never cut back on again. So, if watching a show in bed at the end of the day is your thing, this may not work in the downstairs master. This is a high volume rental home and we went at the end of the season, so our assumption is that due to these reasons many kitchen items are broken and even stolen throughout the summer. Nearly all of the plates are chipped - careless renters, for sure. The huge fridge is nice but bring your wine bottle stopper as there is nowhere to stand up a wine bottle. The AC worked well which is always nice at a beach house.

Amazing service & beautiful property

Upon booking this property, I was a little surprised at the fees for the management group as they appeared higher than others and certainly more than booking directly with an owner. Having now experienced their level of service, I can say that they are worth every penny! My family was booked to arrive in Kiawah the Saturday that Hurricane Florence was making landfall. The week prior and even through Saturday (when the island and presumably the Sweetgrass Team had been evacuated), I was kept up to date daily on the status of roads, the options of rescheduling if needed and once the storm passed, how quickly we could get onto the island and into the house. The Sweetgrass Team was professional, accommodating and turned what could have been an awful vacation experience into a fantastic one amidst what I'm sure were challenging circumstances on their end. Beyond the management team, I have nothing but good things to say about the property as well. I'm a stickler for a clean house and this one was spotless! It is well outfitted with pots & pans, sheets, towels, etc... The only suggestion for families is that it doesn't come equipped with beach toys as some other houses might, so just be sure to pack your own. Even the outdoor shower/hose situation is more convenient than other houses we've rented on the island. Again, many thanks to the property owners for sharing their beautiful home with us and to the Sweetgrass Team for their help. We look forward to booking with y'all for years to come. Heather Elliott

Nice, clean, and comfortable!
