Condo en bord de mer récemment rénové avec accÚs direct à la plage

Ocean Front - Direct Beach Access Construit sur l'ßle d'Amelia en 1983, ce répit pittoresque en bord de mer ne comprend que neuf villas spacieuses. Chaque unité est directement en bord de mer avec une cuisine, une salle à manger et un salon qui s'ouvre sur une terrasse en bord de mer. Un escalier relie chacun des trois étages. Une promenade privée vous emmÚne à la plage. Les condos de la Maison du Capitaine sont un endroit parfait pour des escapades tranquilles, de merveilleuses réunions de famille ou des vacances. Ce sont une location de vacances de premier choix à Amelia Island!

quick visit to Amelia

The location here is fantastic. Right on the beach. A close walk to a few great beach restaurants. Just a 2 mile drive into town. Couldn't ask for a better spot.

Would rent again

The location of this property was great for our family vacation. The beach was easily accessed from the back door. There were plenty of dishes and pots/pans for cooking and eating. Having a washer and dryer within the property was very convenient. Overall the rooms were clean, but there was some minor patchwork of the walls that was cosmetically unappealing. Our family would definitely rent this property again.

Captains house NEVER disappoints!! Best location for beach access, restaurants, and downtown! This was our 5th time staying at the Captains house and we will be back next summer!

Great location

We were in tow. For a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. The home is perfectly equipped and the beach view is amazing. Communication with the host was excellent. I would stay again.

Best kept secret!

This was our third time to stay at the captains house and it never disappoints. The condo was immaculate and provided everything we needed. The view and the short walk to the beach makes this the ideal place to stay! We will definitely be back next year!

Short family vacation

We are very pleased with this rental unit. Its beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked with amenities including beach gear. For me the only down side is that its not pet friendly. That would make it perfect!
