MAISON sur Scogli est situé à Fontane Bianche, l'un des quartiers les plus fascinants de la Sicile orientale, dans un cadre merveilleux littoral, où les roches suivent plages de sable blanc dans une constante évolution des modèles.
La villa en bord de mer a une vue tout à fait privilégié de la magnifique baie.
Le grand appartement au rez-de-chaussée est à louer pendant toute l'année.
Le logement, décoré avec style mobilier moderne, se compose d'une grande salle de séjour lumineuse, une grande cuisine entièrement équipée et trois chambres doubles chaque une avec sa propre salle de bains. Une véranda lumineuse donne sur un petit jardin où un délicieux barbecue et un verre de la superbe vigne locale peut être apprécié.
L'emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui aiment les sports nautiques, étant la maison à côté du Club Nautique; pour ceux qui préfèrent un séjour de détente sur les belles et bien équipées libres plages Fontane Bianche sont à à courte distance de marche.

Ottima posizione baricentrica a tutto,proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili

Casa affacciata sul mare, ampia e luminosa. La posizione è fantastica perché vicina a tutte le cittadine storiche più importanti di questa zona della Sicilia quali Noto Modica Scicli Marzamemi, Siracusa ecc. La consiglio fortemente anche per la grande disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari. Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabili in questa parte della Sicilia che non conoscevamo. Consigliatissima!

Super tolle Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz und Komfort

Das Appartement ist richtig groß und geräumig und bietet alles, was man braucht (von der Mikrowelle, Geschirrspül- u. Waschmaschine über einen Espressoautomaten u.v.m.). Die sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung besticht durch die hohen Räume, die riesige Glasfront und die großen Fliesen, sowie die tolle Küche. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer (Felsen). Leider waren einige Seeigel an den Felsen, sodass wir doch lieber an den nahe gelegenen Strand von Fontane Bianche gingen. Der einzige "Nachteil" und daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen ist, dass man keinen direkten Meerblick (nur den Horizont) von Wohnung und Garten hat, da die Sicht durch die Sträucher bzw. die Mauer eingeschränkt sind. Die Wohnung selber verdient 5 klare Sterne!!!! Da wir in der Nachsaison gefahren sind, wurden leider auch die Strände nicht mehr vom Müll gesäubert, was den Gesamteindruck aller Strände, an denen wir waren, etwas getrübt hat. Schade, dass dies in Sizilien noch immer ein Problem ist. Die Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge in die benachbarten wundervollen Städte, Strände und Nationalparks.

Dear Mr. Niewöhner, I really thank you very much for the nice words about Casa sugli Scogli. It is our aim to have our guests feel confortable in the house , with all the necessary elements to really enjoy their stay. Among these elements you have the wall and the shrubs forming the hedge. Especially in summertime there are lots of people passing by and, on the other hand, our guests love to have barbeque in the garden or simply to dine outside. The hedge purpose is to give our guests some privacy. We are sorry y ou found the beaches rather dirty. However the bad whether, that has hit this area of the island even during your stay, may be the biggest responsible of the situation. In any case thanks again for spending your time in this rather unique area and for choosing Casa sugli Scogli. My best regards Tiziano Zorzella

LOOK NO FURTHER !!!

Location drew us to this modern accommodation, as touring Southeast Sicily was our purpose. The photos reflect beautifully, the modern, clean, bright, serene space open for enjoyment. What we discovered was the ease of water entry right outside our private garden, the short, walk-able distance to the infamous Fontane Bianche Beach and the convenience of great eateries, grocery suppliers and entertainment. The vibe here entices you into a state of relaxation and uncluttered, uncomplicated living. It's privacy is rewarding while still in the heart of a beach town. Day trips to all notable Sicilian towns such as Noto, Modica, Marzamemi, Ragusa, Agrigento and even Malta, are realistic and enjoyable. The unit lacks no convenience nor comfort and the hosts are extremely knowledgeable of the surroundings and approachable. Our stay here was truly a breath of fresh air on every level and will remain a top destination for a return visit.

Great vacation rental in Sicily

The house is steps away from the beach, a perfect place to be while exploring Sicily. The villa is modern and clean just as you see it on the pictures. An absolutely beautiful villa in a stunning location

We have just had the most incredible stay at Casa sugli Scogli. The delightful owners (who live upstairs) have designed and decorated the villa to the highest standard. It is like a 5* hotel, beautifully decorated and in a beautiful place. Our three boys loved swimming from the rocks outside the property. I cannot recommend it enough. An incredible base for an incredible holiday.

Place beyond all expectations

We stayed at this villa for 9 days at the end of June. This house exceeded all our expectations which were based on the photos. It's a brand new luxury villa equipped with everything you can only need. The hosts put their soul to make it comfortable and enjoyable for their guests. We found really no any minuses - only pluses. Apart from the new great villa the biggest advantage is the fact you can swim straight from the rocks (that are not steep or dangerous) and then come back to villa to take sun bath or drinks in a very nice villa's garden. Nice beach is 5 minutes walking anyway in case of waves or little children. This place is very well situated to visit wonderful baroque towns (around 1 hour of drive), we would recommend especially Modica, Notto and Ragusa. Siracusa is only 24 minutes drive and has a great food market where you can buy good vegetables or fish and cook it on barbecue which is available at villa as well. And of course very special thanks to Daniela and Tiziano for their hospitality and this nice place.

Splendida!

Su consiglio di amici ed incantati dalle foto che abbiamo visto abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa. Non siamo rimasti delusi. Accoglienza ottima da parte dei proprietari che ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni sia riguardanti la casa sia sui luoghi da visitare. La location incantevole e suggestiva affacciata su un mare cristallino, a pochi passi una spiaggia caraibica. L'appartamento è spazioso e molto confortevole, l'arredamento è elegante e funzionale. Dotato di ogni suppellettile utile, tutto previsto in ogni minimo dettaglio. All'esterno un giardino molto curato. Il desiderio di una vacanza da sogno che si è trasformato in realtà. Ci torneremo sicuramente! - On the advice of friends and being excited by the photos we saw on the web we decided to rent this house. We were not disappointed at all. The owners were very welcoming and gave us information not only regarding the house, but places to visit as well. The location was truly spectacular and inviting facing a crystal clear sea just a few steps from a Caribbean style beach. The apartment was spacious and comfortable elegantly and functionally furnished and equipped with almost every conceivable household item one could think of. Outside was a well-maintained garden. The wish for a dream vacation was turned into a reality. We will surely return.
