We visited Vail for a wedding, and loved this condo. It was easy to access, clean, spacious, and has really lovely views. The host was responsive, and the unit came with games, movies, and a stocked kitchen for cooking. This was really ideal for having our family of 3 (my husband and I, our 11-year-old son) and then my father-in-law who could have his own room and bathroom. The unit is quiet and comfortable. Would stay again!

This was a tight fit for 5 people, it had an awkward layout, and wasn’t the cleanest property we’ve stayed at. However, the location right next to the park and lake was great, the pool and tennis courts were top notch, and the balcony was nice.

Hello Danielle, Thank you for the nice five-star review on our Beaver Creek West condo K3. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your trip. Glad you got to use our amazing FREE skier shuttle to Vail and Beaver Creek, it's our most popular amenity. Hopefully you were able to get out and about in Avon as they have many great restaurants and bars with a short walking distance. Yes, "great location" is one of our many pluses. Were you able to check out the heated outdoor pool or one of our three hot tubs? They are great after a long day on the slopes. Please give us a shout the next time your ski plans call for some great skiing. Cheers and safe travels!

Great summer season stay with our family of 4. It does not seem to fit the description of “luxury” condo as listed, but we loved having 2 full baths, plenty of storage space and a balcony with partial views of the pool and mountain. The highlight of the property is the walkability to some of Avon’s hot spots - Nottingham park with free concerts, Bob’s place bar and grill patio, Avon transit station with free shuttle to Beaver creek resort to name a few. Heated pool and hot tub access were a hit especially for the kids. Appreciated all the amenities in the condo especially washer and dryer, fishing equipment, 2 nice lawn/beach chairs, pickle ball and tennis equipment. Would definitely stay again!

Nice condo in Avon

The property was clean, decently spacious, and quiet. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tubs. Mattresses in the 2nd BR weren't the best, but OK in the Master. Well appointed kitchen. Thanks for the stay!

Hello Michelle, Thank you for writing a nice five star review on our two-bedroom condo K3 at Beaver Creek West. We appreciated the feedback and are glad you enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness and quietness of the unit. So nice to hear that you were able to use the awesome, heated year-around outdoor pool and hot tubs. They are a welcome site after a long hike, bike ride or even sight seeing. It's such a nice time of year and the condos prices are reflected in those dates. Sorry to hear that you personally didn't like the mattresses. It's so tough to meet even one's specific tastes. Well-Equipped & Comfortable Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped and comfortable condo. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. We were missing a carafe for the coffee maker but were provided with a brand-new coffee maker when we contacted the front desk. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Condo/Great Location/Great Value

The only negative was that the property had about 12" of ice built up in the parking lot. Understand it's AVON and maybe can't clear it that often but it was very dangerous and slippery. Condo had a bad stench from the previous tenants the first day but then it did dissipate. Overall ...really enjoyed our stay and you cannot beat the value that we received as everything was sold out.

Many thanks for the "Nice Condo/Great Location/Great Value" review on our two-bedroom condo at Beaver Creek West. We appreciate the feedback and are most happy to hear that you "really enjoyed your stay". Sorry to hear that the snow/ice was a negative, as that is why there was such good skiing on the mountain. Modest accommodations at a budget price - fit our needs perfectly

Stayed between Christmas and New Years - the most expensive week of the year to rent a ski condo so when searching we were looking for the right number of beds for the best price. This unit fit our needs for 5 adults and a 3 year old, all family so we don't mind being cozy. It was clean and had basically everything we needed, the onsite staff was helpful, the shuttle to Vail and Beaver Creek was great on the days it ran - not Tues and Wed when we were there so you might check beforehand if you won't have transportation of your own - and Nottingham Park next to the property for our 3 yr old grandbaby to sled on short hills, and play in the snow and on the playground was a definite plus. We did use hot tub, but not pool. This unit is also just a couple blocks from the Avon Rec Center.
