Belle maison au bord du lac avec des couchers de soleil incroyables. Beaucoup d'équipements pour divertir les enfants. Terrain de racquetball intérieur / table de ping-pong / 1 kayak adulte et 2 kayaks enfants. Nouveau quai en vinyle Max en eau profonde. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour amarrer votre bateau ou votre jet ski. Apportez le vÎtre ou louez-en un dans l'une des marinas voisines.
Nous sommes situés à moins de 3 km de Publix et du nouveau théùtre. Beaucoup de terrains de golf et de restaurants tout autour. Vous pouvez bateau ou conduire à manger.

We had wonderful time over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The kids had so much fun, fishing, kayaking and playing racquetball. It was so convenient that Publix was just a mile outside the neighborhood. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous for running and walking. I definitely recommend booking this listing.

We had a wonderful time by the lake. Jess was responsive and generous to extend our checkout time. This house with easy access from Atlanta accommodated our big family and is well equipped for water activities. Easy access to the calming lake has served us well . Jess provided excellent orientation to what can be expected at the property and made good recommendations for near by shops and bakeries. This is a property we are sure to visit again.

We stayed here on the way to the Masters. it was great. The house is well appointed, the lake was fabulous and the owner was available for any questions. Highly recommend this property!!

Another fun summer trip to this home.

We just finished our third stay at this property and had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone, the view was so relaxing, and it is convenient to local stores and restaurants and was a quick drive to Athens for a college look. Jess is always a wonderful host!

Fun at the Lake

We had an amazing stay at Jess's property on Lake Oconee. Two families away together, right on the water with fantastic choice of bedrooms and a wonderful kitchen made for catching up and chatting. The dock and water sports equipment was great for the adults and teens.

75th Birthday Family Gathering

This was a perfect weekend gathering for us with our kids and “Grands”! The house was perfect for the 12 of us. Jess, the owner, was great to deal with about our visit. All of her suggestions were great.

The Landing

The house was excellent for our 12 visiting family members. The ping pong table was very busy with a tournament most nights. The kids loved being right at the lake and the water equipment available at the house.

Perfect Family Getaway

So much space for everyone! Decor is very nice. You can tell the owners have put a great deal of effort into the all of details and extras! Our family had the best time! There is so much to do. We could have stayed all summer! Hosts are very attentive.

Great place for the whole family

The house was a perfect set up for a big family. Game room downstairs was perfect for the rainy day we had. Jess was wonderful and gave us all the info on things to do, places to eat, and where to rent things. She was kind enough to extend our check out as well. Great 4 days.

Birthday weekend

This home is beautiful! Jess was quick to get back to me with all my questions. Our family came to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday. We enjoyed every inch of the home including the paddle board on the lake!! Luxury bedding and towels and a fully stocked kitchen - this home made our trip!

Beautiful home right on Lake Oconee

Photos do not do the home justice. It's even nicer in person. Jess was an amazing host and was always very accommodating. The home is so spacious with multiple decks to enjoy the lake view. :) Will return!

Girls weekend

The pictures do not do this house justice! It was extremely clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed and more. Jess was amazing and incredibly communicative. It was close to the Ritz for cocktail hour. We played in the lake all weekend. The dock, water, paddle boards were amazing to be able to use. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the bedrooms were nice and comfy. It was the perfect place to host a girls weekend. We all loved it! Thank you for having us!

Girls’ weekend

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jess and her amazing home! We had a girls’ trip getaway-moms, all deficient in time away from our kids. This was the most beautiful setting, view of the lake, quiet, clean home. It would be amazing as a rental for families. It’s so close to the Ritz as well. Jess was so attentive, and offered advice on places to eat, and activities to do. She checked in while we were there. Just a really lovely trip. If you’re scrolling, stop at this one. It’s worth the trip!

Wonderful time

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! Communication with Jess was excellent! She made us feel like we could call for any concerns or needs, but her communication prior to our stay was so thorough that we did not need to. The property was beautiful, comfortable and plenty spacious. Mattresses slept well. One bed was a little squeaky but comfortable mattress so all was good. We would love to visit again, and hopefully stay longer!

My thoughts

The house has all the amenities for a family, we fished, we paddle board, played racquetball ( which my kids has no idea what it was) , ping pong, foosball
 , lots of sleeping arrangements for multiple families. House is older but you won’t know it as you hang out and enjoy the surroundings. Truly has everything you need and everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Actually showed a friend of mine and is renting it for his extended family. Thanks and hope this helps

Moms Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were a group of 5 moms needing a little R&R. The house layout is great for entertaining with lots of seating areas and a big kitchen in which to move around. The house was very clean and we found the beds extremely comfortable. Jess is very responsive and has great suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Jess!

Quiet cove spacious house

This house was perfect for our extended family gathering. We had 2 families and grandma and there was more than enough space. The only drawback for families with littles is that all of the single beds and bunkbeds are downstairs while the bigger beds for adults are upstairs. That was literally the only issue we ran into. Check in and check out were a breeze. And the location was just perfect. We really liked the kayaks and dock. It was a quiet little cove where the kids (ages 4-8) could play and have fun without fear of boat traffic. We rented a boat and drove it straight to the dock without issue. This house is fabulous and we will be returning next year for our annual family gathering at Lake Oconee.
