Grande terrasse de toit El Atico Centrico

Cet appartement récemment rénové se trouve à cinq minutes à pied de la plage et dans le centre-ville avec parking. Il est niché au dernier étage d'un petit immeuble dans une rue calme. Vous allez adorer les grands espaces extérieurs; il y a un grand balcon et une immense terrasse sur le toit avec une banquette-lit, une table à manger et des chaises longues donnant sur de belles vues sur l'océan de la ville. L'appartement se compose d'une cuisine ouverte avec bar à petit-déjeuner qui mène au salon. Les portes-fenêtres s'ouvrent sur le balcon qui a une table pour les repas en plein air. La chambre double principale a sa propre salle de bains et des portes donnant sur le balcon et les autres chambres doubles et simples partagent la salle de bain restante qui est au bout de leur couloir.

Mon appartement est parfait pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles avec enfants.

Lovely place

This is in a great location, easy to get to the train station, buses, and the beach. The property is spacious and lovely and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The apartment was gorgeous. Super clean with all the amenities. Even had beach chairs which we used every day. The apartment is in the centre of Sitges with easy access to everything. Fabi was awesome and very responsive to any questions. We would highly recommend staying here. The upstairs terrance was an added bonus that we throughly enjoyed using.

Can't wait to go back.

brilliant location close to shops, bars and restaurants. We were in Sitges for the Festa Major St.Bartomeu. The Apartment roof terrace gave us a perfect view of the fireworks on the Friday night, followed by the amazing parade on Saturday morning. Just a warning it starts early, and the fireworks , dancers and music are outside from 7 am. Will definitely be looking to visit again and hopefully stay in this amazing apartment.

Great Location

Spent 10 days at the apartment with the family. The property is well equipped and in a great location for exploring Sitges and further a field . The roof top terrace is a great feature and we spent some lovely family evenings there. Despite the central location, it is very quiet! Check in was seamless - Fabi gave a great run down of the property and was on hand if you had any issues. - Highly recommend

A gem in the heart of Sitges

Delightfully situated, a couple of streets (about 5 mins) back from the beach on a quiet yet central street, this apartment is perfectly positioned. The apartment is spacious and well appointed with two external terraces with effective shades against the ever-present sun. We'll be coming back!

Great apartment good location

The apartment had great views from the terraces and we really liked the location and building accessibility. The apartment was a bit more compact than expected. The main bedroom and ensuite bath were a good size but the other two bedrooms and bathroom were very small. Great for kids but four adults found it challenging for ten nights’ stay. The kitchen was also compact and did not have a dishwasher or a pod coffee maker but it was otherwise well equipped. Fabi responded quickly to replace the toaster when it shorted out, thanks! We enjoyed the terraces and were able to watch the fireworks from the roof. Overall a nice experience, thanks again to Fabi and we would recommend.

Family Holiday in lovely Sitges!

The apartment has an excellent quiet location yet conveniently situated near the town, beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket and train station. It was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The apartment building felt safe and secure with two lifts that work which makes it easier as it’s on the top (4th) floor. The external terraces (including a great rooftop space) were perfect for sunbathing with also comfortable shaded areas. Check in was easy with the help of Fabi who was helpful & friendly. She organised our return taxi to the airport which helped us immensely. Easy access to Barcelona from Sitges on the train, takes about 30mins. From the airport, if you’re looking for a cheaper option to a taxi, we would recommend train (50mins) rather than a bus, though the taxi is quicker & more convenient. Single train tickets were about 5 Euros each, taxi 80 euros. From our experience the bus was extremely busy and unreliable. Enjoyable holiday, would definitely stay again.

Lovely Apartment with a superb roof terrace.

Stayed as a family of 4 during the festive season 2017. Apartment was situated just along from the beautiful beachfront and has amenities all around close by. The roof terrace is stunning, I could imagine spending a lot of time up there in the warmer months, there was everything you need in the apartment, a home from home. The apartment was very warm and cosy. Amanda who was there to let us in the apartment was lovely and very helpful and informative, Stephen responded quickly to any emails and offers information on the local area. Sitges is a beautiful town with a beautiful beachfront. The sunsets are stunning, up there with Ibiza. It is very traditional Spanish with the narrow streets and has a stunning chapel which I would say is the landmark of the town. The weather was great for this time of year, Sunny days and temp of around 15-20 degrees, was a lot cooler at night though. The locals were friendly and there is loads of places to eat, we used the sports bar a lot on the beachfront. Easy access to Barcelona on the train which took about 30 mins. I would defintley return to Sitges in the future and also to this apartment.

Short stays only

Host gave quick tour and left. No info on area or emergency services. House manual only has instructions for TV, fan, and storm covers. Only given one towel each for 10-day stay. Host initially refused to give more towels. Had to disclose personal info to get more towels. Trash bins under kitchen sink are very small and only had one trash bag. Had to buy our own trash bags. Bathroom trash bins had no bags. No basic supplies in kitchen: salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, ice, or paper towels. Showers are incredibly small with no room to bend over and have no shelves or caddies. You have to squat to reach the floor. Main shower drained poorly. Had to remove wad of hair and debris from drain. Some dishes were not clean when we arrived. AC didn't work properly. Air conditioner blew air but didn't completely cool the apartment. We surmise the thermostat may have been modified to save money. Had to keep storm shutters closed and apartment dark to stay cool during heat wave. Would recommend this property for a short stay of a few days. The location is excellent. However, we would not recommend it for a longer stay or for guests who are tall or large or have difficulty squatting. We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness, amenities, and customer service.

No park car: Problem of advertisement

The flat was clean and correct. Its place was perfect. But i had choose this flat for its park car / parking. It was notified in the property advertisement. There was no park car... I parked my car park around 2 kms away every day. Unpleasant... the owner did not offer me a solution. The local real estate agent proposed me to rent 20€/day a park car. I was disappointed with the rental price of the flat... It is unfortunate. Best. Js

Le paradis!

Nous avons aimé chacun des moments passés dans cet appartement. Il est fidèle à la description et aux photos et est extrêmement bien équipé. On y retrouve tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Tout y est dans un excellent état sauf peut-être le mobilier la terrasse qui commence à être brulé par le soleil et dont les transats sont déchirés. La propreté est impeccable. La connexion internet et la climatisation centrale sont excellentes. La plage est facilement rejointe en 5 minutes de marche de même que la gare, les marchés d'alimentation, les restos et les boutiques. La maison est situé directement dans la vieille ville qui est assez animée et malgré tout l'appartement demeure très calme même sur la terrasse. On rejoint Barcelone et son aéroport rapidement. Amanda nous a reçu gentiment et a répondu à nos questions dans un excellent français. Réservez sans hésitation!

A bit of style in the old town

We've just returned from a lovely stay in Stephens apartment in the old town. The location is fantastic with the beach within a 5 minute walk and various supermarkets, restaurants and bars to hand. The apartment is stylish and clean with a high standard of decor. The check-in process was seamless and Amanda was helpful and friendly. We made use of both terraces and the top terrace was particularly nice with views to the sea which was a nice surprise. The building itself is safe and secure with a lift that works and our neighbours were friendly too. We can't wait to come back.

Great apartment!

This apartment is in a perfect location for everything Sitges has to offer. The old town is just around the corner, the beach is a 7/8 minute walk and the super-fun gay strip (where everyone is welcome!) is only a few minutes away. The apartment itself is in a quiet street so it's not noisy at night. The roof terrace is fabulous! As we were travelling with a toddler, we mainly used the terrace off the living room, but it was nice to have options. My only issue was that in other rental properties where I have stayed for over a week, the towels and sheets are changed once. 10 days with the same sheets and towels is not ideal! There is a washing machine, but it really wouldn't be feasible to wash and dry the sheets on a holiday. But we would go back!

Wonderful holiday, perfect apartment!

This apartment was better than we could of imagined. It was newly refurbished and very clean with all the essentials, perfect location for the town, bars, trains and beach. Travel from the airport was easy on the MonBus, the flat is just a couple minutes walk from the bus stop. There is a supermarket just a 5 minute walk away, which was very convenient for us as the kitchen is a delight to cook in and there was nothing better than sitting out on the balcony and roof terrace eating our evening meals and drinking bargain Cava. The flat is well furnished including the outside area which have plenty of chairs for sunbathing as well as comfy sheltered areas. It has very light and airy open living room and kitchen, with 2 double rooms (one of which opens onto the balcony), a single room and two bathrooms (with excellent showers) which was perfect for the 5 of us. All in all its a dream holiday flat. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book the flat again when we return to Stiges.

Great place!

We ended up getting this place by happy accident. Our previous place was cancelled at the last minute so we had to scramble. At first we were scared by the lack of reviews but turns out that this is a new place/listing and the apartment turned out to be all brand new and very clean. Being brand new, there were a few small things missing but the property manager (who lives next door) was excellent and brought things over as soon as we asked. Great roof deck overlooking the city where we enjoyed many evening meals. Location is very central to everything- shopping, restaurants, train station, beach. Highly recommend this place!

Great location & lovely apartment

we stay in this apartment during the weekend, the apartment is really lovely and made us feel so comfy, also looks like just refurbished, everything are brand-new ,how lucky we are , there is a big balcony and beautiful roof ,we almost spent the whole evening on it, watched the sunset , lay around the out-side furniture , highly recommend ,will definitely be back if we travel here again !!!

Great location & fantastic outdoor space

I think we were one of the first guests at this apartment which has clearly just been refurbished. It was spotless and everything felt ‘new’. The location is great, bang in the centre, but not on a noisy street, it’s on the top (4th) floor but there are two lifts and you get fantastic views of the town and the sea. The balcony is really wide and has a big dining table which is under a canopy so you can use it all the time which is really lovely. The roof terrace is also really nice for an early evening drink as you watch the sun go down. There were four of us and the two bathrooms were perfect for our needs. The TV, WiFi, air con all worked as described too. We had a great time and will definitely come back.
