Such a relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Second visit for us. We love it so much. This time we were lucky enough to meet Goose (the cat) who was adorable and so friendly. Kate was on hand and very helpful if we needed anything. Some lovely places to visit nearby. We enjoyed a day at Eden camp and also visited Malton and Pickering. If you are looking for a quiet restful stay in a lovely comfortable property with an amazing bed then this is for you. Thanks for having us Kate. Hope to stay again in the future.

This cottage was so lovely! It was cozy, clean and comfortable, and so very peaceful. It had pretty much everything we needed. And the bed was so comfortable! We slept great every night.Kate was an excellent host - providing us with whatever we needed, such as maps, a walking route, an umbrella and other suggestions. She was available whenever we had a question.If you're looking for a great place to stay in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, we highly recommend Kate's cottage!

This is an excellent cottage. Spotless and really comfortable. The surroundings are really peaceful and there are a lot of things to do or see in the area. The cottage is furnished with high quality items and has all you need for a relaxing stay. Styled with lovely decor and eye for details. The bed is extremely comfortable and nice and big. The host is very friendly and responds promptly. The cottage has a lovely outdoor seating and is in an area with outstanding nature beauty. Can absolutely recommend this cottage.

Rob was a wonderful guest. He was polite and friendly and left my cottage in excellent order. I'd happily recommend him to other hosts and would gladly have him back to stay.

The property was extremely comfortable in a quiet rural setting. Kate, the host, was friendly and very helpful. On the Malton to Pickering road there was a McDonalds, Starbucks, petrol station with a Star shop for essentials. This was about 2 miles away and supermarkets about 5 miles from the property in Malton. The property was very convenient for visiting the market towns of Helmsley, Kirbymoorside, Pickering and Malton. The coast is about 45 minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property and hope to be able to return in the future. Highly recommend a stay. Thank you Kate for hosting us

This property was amazing and in a wonderful location. Sadly we needed to leave early due to a close family member being seriously ill. We do hope to return sometime and would highly recommend this barn to others.

Exceptional property in quiet location

Exceptionally well-presented holiday let - plenty of room with everything we needed. Very quiet, farm-land location with plenty of bird-life to keep us company and many places of interest nearby, including a local pub serving good food. Would happily stay here again.

A little place in the country

The Granary is comfortable and well equipped. We particularly liked the peaceful location and comfortable bed. Well situated for access to the Howardian Hills, the moors and the coast. One of the best cottages we have stayed in.

Peaceful cottage

A spotlessly clean cottage in a peaceful remote location. The owner couldn't be more helpful but respects your privacy. Really ideally located for all the top places to visit.
