C 'est un nouveau et moderne appartement, équipé de tout le confort, situé au 2ème étage d'un immeuble dans le centre de Taormina. L'appartement dispose d'une chambre double, salle d'eau, cuisine / séjour (avec canapé-lit) et balcon. Le logement est équipé de climatisation, chauffage, Smart TV LED 50 "avec réception satellite, wifi gratuit et sèche-cheveux
Le prix de l'appartement est loué exclusivement pour le séjour de deux personnes dans une chambre double. Si vous souhaitez utiliser le canapé-lit, un supplément de 25 EUR est requis pour toute la période.
A quelques pas se trouvent des bars, restaurants, pizzerias, l'arrêt de bus urbain, la station de taxi et le téléphérique qui relie la ville à la mer.
Le service de changement de linge est gratuite et garantie hebdomadaire.
L'appartement n'a pas de parking privé. Le parking le plus proche, appelé Parking Porta Pasquale, est situé à environ 150 mètres de l'appartement. Le parking est public et une taxe. Le billet coûte 14 euros pour 24 heures ou 22 euros pour 48 heures.
Le logement est situé dans le centre historique de Taormina est à environ 50 mètres du Corso Umberto, la rue principale de la ville.
Le théâtre grec est à 250 mètres de l'appartement.
Dans les environs il y a des restaurants, pizzerias, bars, épiceries, le marché municipal, une boulangerie, une pizza à emporter, deux pubs, un centre de remise en forme, une voiture / moto location.

Great location, clean, online pics are accurate, and the host was easy to work with! The only misunderstanding from online ad/post is that it does NOT have a washer/dryer. Lovely place, we will definitely stay again!

Upscale apartment with terrific outside facilities

Nice clean airy apartment in good neighborhood with convenient access to the sights. The private terrace is nice and the rooftop amenities are outstanding. It was a pleasure to stay there and Vincenzo made us feel welcome.

Really happy we stayed here

Immaculate, well-stocked, very close to Messina gate with pharmacy, restaurants and grocery - and the main drag with sights and many more restaurants. Lovely partially shaded terrace and a large communal roof-top terrace with games and varied seating. Very reasonable priced. Only tiny niggle was it was on a busy street so a bit of traffic noise during the day, but would absolutely pick this place again if we return.

Perfection in Taormina!

First, the apartment is exactly as indicated on the website…beautiful, spacious, and sparkling clean, containing every amenity one could want. The wrap around terrace gave us views to the main thoroughfare as well as the beautiful Ionian Sea. We awoke each morning to gorgeous sunrises, and each day, right at night, we heard the bells of the Angelus from the nearby churches. Perfect base

The apartment is perfectly situated within a 30 second walk from the Porta Messina stone archway marking the start of the bustling picturesque walk through the main trading street of Taormina. We were able to walk from the apartment down to the beach front opposite Isola Bella, to the Greek Amphitheater, and all the way up to Castelmola (take some water). It’s a very convenient location. The apartment itself is lovely, and feels spacious and airy with great views from the large patio area. Vincenzo is a lovely guy and greeted us at the apartment to give us the keys and a tour of the facilities, he also arranged our transfer from the airport to the apartment so no hassle at all. Thank you Vincenzo for you hospitality and our lovely base in Taormina.

Hôte extrêmement accueillant et présent, appartement fabuleux avec grande terrasse et vue superbe. Cuisine complète, très spatieux, très bien situé, à proximité de tout. Pas de parking, pas de possibilité de stationner dans la rue de l’appartement; toutefois stationnement payant à 200 mètres et la ville est pratiquement piétonnière et très agréable. Perfect!

Vincenzo was so friendly and attentive to our wants and needs. His building is in a great location. The bus from the train literally stops 50 feet away. One of the old gates is 100 steps away. The funicular to get down to the beach is just around corner, perhaps 500 steps away. The apartments are as good as new. Everything immaculate and tastefully furnished. Highly recommended!

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung

Eine sehr gepflegtes Haus und eine sehr schöne und gut aussgestattete Wohnung mit großer Terrasse. Sowohl von der eigenen Terrasse als auch der Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. In 100 Meter Entfernung von der Wohnung beginnt die Fußgängerzone der Altstadt. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und haben im Parkhaus Viale S. Pancrazio 54, ebenfalls ca. 100 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt, geparkt (22 EUR für 2 Tage, es gibt keine Schranke, d. h. man kann jederzeit in das Parkhaus rein- und rausfahren). Wir waren Ende Oktober in Taormina und hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit, es war nicht überfüllt, man konnte noch gut schwimmen gehen und schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen.

Great location and good cannoli downstairs

This property was wonderful. It is in the center of Taormina about a 15 minute walk from the main bus station. It was clean and had all the basics. The bathroom shower had good water pressure; the A/C worked well; the bed was comfortable. The bus stop for Castelmola was 20 feet away. I would recommend this little day trip for a few hours. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and watching all the cars/buses/people go by. Vincenzo was very quick to reply to Whats App messages and was very helpful. The location is great for wandering the main streets and getting to the Ancient theatre. It is located on floor 2 with 2 flights of steps. There is a little coffee/cannoli shop below the apartment, too. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui in due dal 22 al 25 Aprile 2019. L'appartamento è in centro, comodo al parcheggio, bello, pulitissimo, nuovo, molto confortevole e dotato di tutto, compreso il wi-fi. Ha una terrazza privata con un bellissimo scorcio sul mare, attrezzata con tavolo, sedie, lettino e ombrellone (utilizzata poco a causa del cattivo tempo). Spacious and modern apartment with private balcony

Apartment 4 in "I due griffoni" is located on second floor with a private balcony. The view from the dining room/kitchen is marvelous overlooking the Messina strait and view of the sunrise. The interior is spotless and convenient. You do not find anyting like this elsewhere in Taormina. The other four apartments looks just as nice and we believe they each have their advantage depending the time of the year when you visit. Do not forget, there is a large roof terrace with sunbeds, sitting areas and sunshades. The hosts, Serena and Vincent Sparta are, like many other Sicilians, extremely kind so you feel at home immediately. We stayed 16 days for a course in Italian and will be glad to come back another time.

As i said property was amazing and in great location. Owner Vincenzo was such a lovely man and always available to answer any queries etc. Taormina is such a lovely place and people were all really friendly. We did the Godfather tour which we thought was fab. We did drive to Corleone, Palermo and Messina but there was not much to see or do in any of these places. Palermo as a capital city was just so dirty. But all the area around Taormina and Catania was beautiful. We will defo be back as we didn't do Mount Etna

Siamo stati a Taormina per due settimane in agosto. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare ai 2 Grifoni e più precisamente nell'appartamento 4. Avevamo scelto questa soluzione in quanto ci eravamo innamorati della terrazza da cui si può vedere da un lato il mare e dall'altro la collina sopra il centro di Taormina. La posizione dell'appartamento è molto interessante in quanto si trova esattamente di fronte a Porta Messina (ingresso della zona pedonale di Taormina) e allo stesso tempo è di fronte alle fermate di tutte le navette che portano ai parcheggi (in particolare il Lumbi dove si possono fare convenienti abbonamenti settimanali per l'auto) e alle spiagge. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, noi eravamo in due ma potrebbe ospitare fino a 4 persone. Le finiture di tutto lo stabile sono state personalmente curate dal proprietario Vincenzo che, oltre ad essere un magnifico ospite, è anche una persona molto attenta alle esigenze dei suoi clienti. Buone le finiture della casa, ben arredata con gusto, spaziosa la zona giorno e magnifica la terrazza adatta per aperitivi dopo la spiaggia o cene con amici. Io consiglio questa struttura ove, molto probabilmente vi farò ritorno per le prossime vacanze in Sicilia. Gianluca

Beautiful and Modern Apartment in Central Taormina

Fantastic hospitality provided by apartment hosts Vincenzo and Serena. Made us feel very welcome when we arrived and throughout the whole holiday duration. 5 minutes walk to the entrance of Corso Umberto - Porta Messina. Located near a lovely supermarket (Etna 2) and next door to a pizza place. Short walk 10 minutes to old Greek Theatre. Would recommend a trip to Isola Bella, taking a boat trip visiting Grottos. Lovely ice cream parlour at end of Corso Umberto near Porta Catania - Cioccolato e Gelato. We loved our stay, apartment and wonderful hospitality. We recommend this apartment and will visit again. Loved Taormina

We struggled to find an apartment to book in central Taormina but so pleased we found this one. The owner was attentive and helpful. The apartment was well equipped and absolutely spotless. The only slight criticism is that the property is on a fairly busy road into Taormina so the balcony at the front of the property can be quite noisy however the apartment is very central and everything you could want is within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend arancini from the bakery a few doors down from the apartments.
