The perfect place to stay!

Excellent location! We loved our time here and the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were much appreciated! Very clean and had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to visit again.

Stay on Kauai

The property was equipped with everything we needed from kitchen supplies, comfortable king size bed, washer and dryer in house, and a homey atmosphere. The host was easy to contact and any issues were quickly resolved.The area was beautiful, and the condo was close to shopping, beaches, restaurants and easy access to the whole island.

Perfect Kauai Holiday Home

We absolutely loved this condo for our family of 4. The outdoor dining for breakfast was lovely with a friendly fantail visiting us in the morning. The pool and hot tub are both awesome! We were so relaxed and comfortable in this beautiful condo. Thank you!

Lovely Stay

My boyfriend and I loved our visit here, very convenient and cozy! Had everything we needed as a young couple! Loved taking a afternoon nap while it rained and petting the local kitty on the lanai! We’ll definitely be back at some point!

Great place

Although it could use a little updating it is clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed is great and it is central to everything on the north shore. Pool and hot tub are nice. Thanks.

Wonderful condo village and area

Great condo in Sandpiper Village. Felt very safe and relaxed. Friendly people. Whole area is quite beautiful. Owners of our condo very quick to communicate and helpful. Comfortable condo with great amenities- well supplied with daily stuff/soap, etc as well as beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Notebook with helpful info and tips.

Great little unit

Nice quiet area. Pool and hot tub were well used. All the gear to go and enjoy the beach are in the suite. The kitchen eas well equiped for cooking and bbq. Did have a noisy heighbour for a few days but that was it.

Everything you need to enjoy your vacation!

We didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment but we did enjoy using the snorkeling equipment provided and all the beach stuff. We also enjoyed sitting out on the patio with our morning coffee listening to the birds. Would definitely come back.

THIS PLACE was the BEST, and the owners were AMAZING to work with! I could not be more thankful (and frankly wish we could LIVE HERE!) It was perfect: comfortable, every single thing we could have wanted to have there was there (including beach chairs/umbrellas/ maps, binder of info, key to pool/hot tub.) just everything. I'll go again (or move there!)

Great Location

This was a great little condo and served us well. We are walkers and didn't rent a car so we were able to walk to beaches and bus line and grocery store all within 30 minutes. Sandpiper Village seems full and busy with lots of turnover, but it was surprisingly quiet. Bob and Heidi were great and helpful and respected our privacy. My son came for a few days and the pull-out couch worked very well.

Great place and excellent location on the north shore. Fully stocked kitchen. Clean. Lots of information about Kauai. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella and boogie boards. Wish we had known there was leftover shampoo and toothpaste from prior guests before we stocked up at Walmart. Excellent pool and hot tub.

Cozy and accommodating!!

It was just what we needed. The neighborhood was well kept, and beautiful. It was also conveniently close to local shops, and beautiful Hanalei Bay. We had no issues staying here, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Kauai!

Overall the place was just okay. It was well equipped and the location was convenient. Although, if you are expecting that this place is walkable to restaurants, it is not. It is however very close to Queens bath as well as a nice golf course with beautiful views. Had the place been a little bit more clean I would have given it four stars. The bathroom unfortunately had a slight urine smell and the washer had black scum, as though the washer had not been aerated after each wash. Although everything else was good about the place I'm not sure I would stay here again.

Excellent Location

This property was in a great location to explore the north shore which was closed the last trip we made to Kauai. We didn't spend a lot of time at the condo but did take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals for our adventures. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, and an ice chest are provided making it unnecessary to rent. The photos of the property are accurate, could use a bit of a refresh. I had to contact Bob a couple of times and he answered within minutes. The bottom line is that we enjoyed our stay, the hosts were very accommodating and we would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Princeville

This condo has a fantastic location for exploring Kauai's north shore. Nearby Hideaway Beach and Queen's Bath are within walking distance (which is recommended with the limited parking). Hanalei is just down the road, but with the current road closure, requires a bit of planning. We found a way to walk to Hanalei Bay from the condo, but you have to ford the river :) It has everything you need, including extras like a washer and dryer, beach equipment, and even an aloe vera plant on the lanai in case of sunburn. We used the nearby pool and grill almost daily. The condo itself is a little dark inside and could use a bit of updating, but it was very comfortable and reasonably priced. I'd stay there again.

After traveling to Kauai since 2002 for vacation, and after buying the condo in Princeville in 2015, we decided it was time to become more committed to the ocean lifestyle my wife and I both love. So, in 2020 we moved to Kauai from Park City Utah during Covid to be closer to the ocean and to have summer year round. With a mother born and raised on the island of Bermuda, my love for island life started early while visiting her parents, my grandparents. And my wife, a 'left-coaster', spent her youth day tripping with her family to Oregon's beautiful Pacific Coast. And now that we live on Kauai, we are afforded an easier opportunity to interact with our guests. As a retired Hotel GM, it is important to me and my wife that the guest fully enjoys their island experience.
